Josh sighed as Ebony whispered to him, his tone was still dark and cold, emotionless as he was far from happy. "Dont....worry about it okay?" Josh said probably a little more harsh than he should have, but the sound of running footsteps made him roll his eyes and sigh in anger as he stared at the ground. "Geoff...Shut up." Josh snarled a bit before looking at the demonic looking man ahead of him, but did Geoff listen? No. Geoff blabbed and made the story have sympathy! For him! That was totally backwards, and what was this sick hold Josh had over Repa? WHAT!
Josh completely released Ebony and stepped forward towards Geoff. "Thats a Lie! You practially cornered MY sister and I saved her! You did get one thing right though Geoff...you are a monstrosity. And monsters like yourself don't deserve to live!" And with a swift angry movement Josh threw his arm back and let his fist fly forward, punching Geoff in the jaw before flipping out his gunblade and gripping it tight in one hand aiming the tip of the blade at Geoff's face. "We finish this now. Buddy." Josh growled.

Ebony sighed as Geoff went on with his sob story. It as obviously only his side of the story, and most likely fixed so that she should feel sorry for him. Yeah, sure. She was starting to get annoyed with all of this. And then she noticed Josh. This was not good.
People were starting to stare after Josh proceeded to punch Geoff and then point his gunblade at him. Ebony pinched the bridge of her nose and sighed. Why here? She sighed once more after making sure he bag was secure against her body, and taking off one of her gloves, just in case.
"Really? With all these peopl around?" she said to herself. She might have to participate, but she was secretly hoping that she wouldn't have to use the Black Arts with all these spectators.

This is exactly the response Geoff was wanting. Anger. Josh had thrown a punch to Geoff's face after throwing a little tantrum with his words. Geoff felt the sting of Josh's fist against his jaw, wow, he didn't expect Josh to hit him that hard. Geoff rubbed his chin before the pain had simmered away easilly, he'd taken worse hits before, hence the eyepatch. "Did I not say Josh has a lousy way of controlling his emotions?" Geoff said raising an eyebrow and looking at the pretty gunblade infront of his face. "So you upgraded weapons I see eh Sergent?" Geoff didn't know Josh also bumped up in ranks, but that didn't matter really.
His eyes- er eye, glanced at Ebony. "Its a shame he's causing such a scene, I'd hate for it to get any worse for you...must be embarassing." Geoff shrugged some before a sly grin came across his face. "Not that I really care." he said before moving around the gunblade fast and returning a punch to Josh. It seemed people were so interested in fights these days, practically building bleachers on the side to watch as they stared.

Causing a scene in a world that wasn't yours probably wasn't the smartest idea...especially when there was PSICOM soliders on every street corner that would be glad to shoot you dead. Josh didn't care at the moment, his anger was boiling and it didnt seem to quit. But this is was Geoff wanted right? Josh could just tell by his reaction to his punch that Geoff was just aiming for a fight, and in public. He didn't seem to grasp the concept of unwanted did he? Josh tried to leave with Ebony and he just came right up and fueled all this. Oh if its a fight Geoffery wanted...he'd get one. "Ebony...if you want to go back to the inn...ill catch up with you later."
Josh didn't expect Geoff to move that quick, but Josh was quicker, Ducking under the punch Josh moved his gunblade and had the tip of the blade pointing its way into geoff's stomach, not hard enough to puncture skin, but any sudden movement and Geoff would be a kabob. "What do you really want Geoff? Not sympathy, but what?!"

Ebony stood still, arms crossed, moving out of the way if need be. It was clearly obvious neither of the two were going to stop at any given moment, and who knew when Josh was getting to the point of a disavantage. If she remembered correctly, Geoff had said he was Josh's mentor at one point.
"Oh no, I'm staying. Besides, with the way he's still going on with all this, I'm starting to feel the need to his him myself."
Ebony was used to this, if you count two homeless ten-year-olds trying to strangle each other for some bread.

Geoff smirked. So Josh was trying to get Ebony to leave...for what? To protect her innocent eyes from seeing two guys go at it till one was beaten senseless? She could handle it, and if she couldn't that was not Geoff's problem. Although he did have a soft spot for the ladies seeing as they were always so sensative and girly. At least most of them anyway, he wouldn't dare hit a girl...most of the time. Pending on who it was and what the situation was, he may not exactly be the good guy now, but once upon a time, he was a great honorable soldier...who was respected, and he carried some of that honor with him.
"Josh, leave her be...Really? You don't think she can handle-" Geoff's sentence stopped as he felt the tip of Josh's gunblade at his stomach. "What I want? Josh is this really necessary? Putting on a show to act tough when you and I both know I could easily out do you...I taught you everything you know." Geoff grinned wickedly as he continued to stay where he was, gunblade at him and all. "You're right...I don't want sympathy...I want...Revenge..." Geoff growled before looking at Ebony. "Now's the time I personally agree with Josh and suggest you leave...unless you want to apart of this too Miss.." His tone was cold and heartless...

Josh didn't want to inflict any harsh emotions onto Ebony but he just couldnt switch back and fourth between the nice guy and the utterly pissed guy. He sighed heavilly, stress was not a friend of Josh's even though it hovered around him all day, every day. "Ebony..." but then again, she wanted to hit him, that would be a plus, of course that also but her in danger and in the line of fire. If something happened to her...Josh would feel awful. "Just dont die okay?"
Geoff's explaination was what Josh figured it would be, the typical, i want revenge. For what? Well Josh had done a few things that probably destroyed Geoff's life like...banishment and what not, so no wonder the guy wanted revenge. Josh tried to keep his game face on and continue to try and stare down his old mentor, but that would never work knowing Geoff. "Geoff...can't we work something out? I'd rather not die today, or kill you. Im sure....we can get you back into Delatorr...back to the way things were before?" Josh was trying to talk himself out of this now. His nervous look at Ebony showed he didn't want to fight.

Ebony didn't exactly know what to do at this point. She didn't really know any white magic, and the magic she did know would lead to some sort of destruction. If she didn't attack, there was the possibility of Josh getting hurt. Which grew larger with her now knowing that Geoff wanted to seek revenge against him. And if she did attack...Geoff would most likely go into a wild frenzy. Her only real option was to make sure to get these two away from any large points of civilization. In other words, the mansion.
"Josh, it doesn't look like he's going to want to talk. Perhaps we could take this to a more...isolated location?"

Geoff stood there waiting for Josh to make some sort of move, but instead...tried to talk his way out of the whole thing? How lame. Geoff smirked a smile. "Nothing could get me back to where I was...but what a nice thought." That comment was made before Ebony spoke. He raised an eyebrow at her. "What? Who knows I might talk this out. Chances are slim but give me some credit. Although I do think you are right. We should probably take this someplace else...just in case Im not in a chatty mood." Geoff shrugged looking around at the people going out of their way to watch the fight, not much of a fight anymore, but it was like...they were waiting for something to happen. Well this was NOT going to be a free show for anyone...it was none of their business anyway. "So what do ya say? Leave the innocent out of this Eh Soldier?" Geoff said putting on his Commander voice, as if he were still Josh's superior.

Josh sighed heavilly. This wasn't exactly what he wanted to do on his time off...if time off is what you wanted to call it. In fact he'd rather be out on the battle field getting the life kicked out of him then standing here and facing such a menece, but if talking was the solution, then he would talk away. "I know things couldn't be exactly the same but-" Ebony spoke next, she was absolutely right about this, move locations. Not make a scene about it, otherwise things would end up worse than they already were. Josh's eyes shifted from Ebony to Geoff, but the looks were different, Ebony got the normal Josh look, while Geoff got the 'if looks could kill' look. Then again, they were BOTH right.
Josh sighed. "Fine. Lets go..." He looked at Ebony, she looked as if she had a place in mind, then again, she did know the local area better than he did. "Where exactly did you have in mind?"

Ebony grinned some, before putting on a stoic face and heading in the direction of the isolated mansion.
"Oh, you'll see."
Ebony turned and walked off knowing Josh would probably follow her, which would then lead to Geoff following her. After about a good ten minutes of walking, they all finally reached the mansion. It still looked the same, just a bit more deteriorated. Ebony was most likely guilty of this.
"This should do. No one will bother you two here, if the "talking" turns into explosion."

Geoff simply followed quietly as he looked stayed at the side of Josh having Ebony lead. Gues neither of the two boys trusted one to be behind...and able to shoot the other in the head or premptive strike the other. So they walked side by side, eyes locked on eachother with the occasional glance at Ebony to make sure they were following her correctly. Geoff looked at Ebony now when the got to the mansion Courtyards. "So...we're here to talk..." He said shifting his eyes to Josh. "Then Talk." He grumbled waiting a few moments before looking at Ebony again. "You and him a...package deal?" He asked raising an eyebrow. He dismissed his thought and went back to the inital subject.
"Josh...I really do hate to do this...but...the Revenge I want from you...calls for death..." Geoff now folded his arms and spoke louder, making a slight echo in the open empty area. "The Raines family line has to be cut somewhere...meaning you and your sister...that world is a pathetic excuse for a kingdom...and you and your family need to step down..." A grin appeared on his face. "Ill be willing to let you walk free...if you and your family...steps down...and gives me Delatorr's control...."

Ah the mansion. A perfect place, why hadn't josh thought of that before? Surprised he didnt after he had caught Ebony doing the black arts there once...and almost getting thrown off a cliff. Josh wasn't in the mood to argue anymore with Geoff talking. So he let the guy speak. Of course his demands were stupid and totally impossible to achieve...and even if Josh could, he would never step his family down from the thrown. So he looked at Ebony. "We shouldn't have come here...Should've just killed him and been on our merry way." Josh grumbled looking back at josh. "There is no way in this life...or the next life, or the life after that...that i would EVER give you power over Delatorr..."
Josh sighed and was getting a splitting headache. "So go ahead...kill me. Get your revenge and what not, but Ill say this, I die...and you're toast." He grinned glancing at Ebony some. "And if my secret weapon doesn't take care of the job...i know the army...at my fathers iron fist...would be more than happy to strike you down." Josh was okay with threats...but he knew nothing could get past Ebony and her magic...at least Geoff couldn't he was not good against magic and that was a weakness Josh could use at his advantage.

Ebony moved back a few steps, giving the two boys enough room to fight, but be close enough to chip in when Josh would need her. She braced herself, ready to conjure any spell needed. Her glove was still off allowing easy access to summon Abyss without any hindrances slowing her down.
When she heard Geoff first speak, and talk to her, a light pink came over her cheeks and she looked to the side. But, it disappeared just as quickly as it came once she heard Geoff's true reason for his revenge. It was serious now. Ebony scowled.
He'll have to go through me if he wants the Raines family dead.
She didn't know Geoff's weakness was magic just yet. But she could easily take on a skilled swordsman with all the magic and sorcery she knew and read. Geoff would be no exception.

Geoff looked at Ebony and smirked a bit, he had noticed the light shade of pink that rose to her cheeks even for just a split second. "Either your mad or that was you blushing my dear." Geoff chuckled a bit getting a little distracted. Oh how it was hard to let good things like charm and what not die out, but if that was her blushing, Geoff still had some charm to his name. But forget that for now, he turned back to Josh. "Secret weapon?" He said looking at Ebony and realizing what it was. "I don't think i'd have the heart to take on THAT secret weapon Joshy...but here I am...offering you to take the first swing." Geoff pulled out his twin 400 magnum pistols and opened his arms like an open target, a gun in each hand.
"Take your best shot Josh...I want this to be a more memorable fight, it would look bad on your name if you died just giving up." Geoff chuckled darkly once again before looking over at Ebony again. "Besides...don't you wanna show your little girlfriend how tough you are?"
