Work kept her busy and her mind off Cloud for now, but she knew it wouldn't last long. Tifa also tried to contain her tears as she recalled the look Cloud gave before heading up to his room. 'He probably hates me now..... for that question' she thought and it felt like a knife stabbed her in the heart. Would she lose him now because of what she asked? Tifa wanted to tell him she felt the same that ever since they were kids she always had a secret crush on him.
In the past Tifa tried everything she could think of to drop hints for Cloud about her feelings, the most obvious one was when she asked him to be her hero.
{'Hey, why don't we make a promise? Umm, if you get really famous and I'm ever in a bind..... You come save me, all right?'
'What?'
'Whenever I"m in trouble, my hero will come and rescue me. I want to at least experience that once.'
'What?'
'Come on--! Promise me----!'
'All right.... I promise.'"}
She smiled as that memory flashed in her mind. It has been so long ago but she still remembered every word of their conversation that night. "Cloud if only you knew....." She mumbled under her breath before turning to the costumers that called for her.
For hours it has been non stop work and slowly as the hours past it was coming closer to the closing time, and the thought that she might have to face Cloud after what happened worried her. She glanced up the stairs in the direction of Cloud's room. He was still there with hi door closed. Was he that upset at her words? She felt another knife pierce her heart, but maybe she could avoid talking to him that day and just run up to her room maybe that would be the best thing.

All afternoon Cloud really did avoid her this time. He was still pretty much upset with her. That look on her face to when she asked that question. He was now laying down on his bed...All his lights were off...Maybe she would see that he went to bed already and would not disturb him...He knew the bar was closing soon....And she would be going to her own bed room soon....He was seriously thinking about leaving in the middle of the night....He was that upset. Even his computer was turned off. He was so down....He couldn't even work...
He was laying on his bed with his boots off and shirt as well...All he had on was his black pants as he laid there in silence just thinking....Of their past they shared as kids...A lot of it was heart breaking for him. But as down and depressed as he was right now, it would not bother him no more than what she asked....after all this time she had doubts about his own feelings...? He took a deep breath in....And exhaled softly...What was he really doing here if she didn't think the same feelings for him....? That was it then...He made up his mind....
The next morning....He had wrote a note to Tifa....It basically read this to her....
"Dear Tifa,
I'm sorry, if I said any thing or did any thing that made you feel this way that you had to say that to me. But believe me, my love for you is the real thing...But obviously, you do not believe me. I'm leaving the bar for a while. Don't try and text me cause there is a chance I won't answer it. Please forgive me for walking out on you. I just...need to think alone....
Your friend always....
Cloud...."
He placed the note on the bar where she would see it when he walked down to the bar that morning....and left the bar......

Tifa woke up with a smile but it quickly faded as she remembered the events of last night. Cloud didn't even come down not once to help her with cleaning the bar. She sighed at the memory which soon brought tears to her eyes. She forced herself to get out of the bed and headed to Clouds room before knocking gently on the door.
"Cloud....... are you awake we...we need to talk....." She stuttered trying to find the right words to say but no answer came. "Cloud?" 'Please no' She thought in fear as she opened the door to find his room empty. "No....." She uttered with fear and soon her eyes teared up as realization struck her. Cloud left her again.
She turned to walk out when a letter got her attention, and she picked it up. The words tore her heart apart as she was filled with more guilt, and those words 'don't try and text me cause there is a chance I won't answer.' broke her heart. "I am sorry...." She uttered falling to her knees.

((OK I'm gonna start using Yazoo with Tifa and then Aerith with Cloud^^ So they can reunite^^))
Yazoo was not through with his search for his brothers. But he now knows why he is really here...To deliver a message to his other so called brother...Cloud Strife. Yazoo had not known though that Cloud left this morning. And so Yazoo parked his bike up to the bar's door and got off and walked up and opened the door to 7Th Heaven....He was looking for Cloud....And he would get his message delivered one way or another.....
"Cloud?! Cloud Strife! You better be here!" Some of the customers gave Yazoo a weird out look! Like he was being so rude right now! He then saw one person that would know where Cloud was....Tifa Lockhart was behind her bar as usual serving the customers....He walked big and confident over to her and placed his arm on the bar....

Cloud went to the only place he knew he was always welcomed. Aerith's Church in the Slums. He would just have to stay here for a few days and then go back to Tifa....Hopefully by then he would have his answer for her. He was all alone. And depressed as he entered the church and saw Zack's Buster Sword still in its place where he placed it. It was surrounded by flowers...He smiled slightly at the way the sun shone down brightly on his friends sword. The reason Cloud made his own sword was because he just could not bare to use his best friends sword. He did for a while...But then he just couldn't handle it. So this is why the sword was here at the church at its rightful place.....
Cloud walked over to a certain area where he used to sleep and rolled out a sleeping bag. He was used to this place so it did not bother him staying here alone. He had stayed here once before. After he got his little 'nest' made he felt right at home...."Zack...I don't know if you can here me...But I really need you now....Just some one....Anyone...Hear me. I'm so confused...I don't know what to tell Tifa." Just as he said that, some thing from behind him was tipped over! He turned around quickly unleashing his sword....And pointing it at who ever or what ever made that noise! But when he saw the person that made that noise....His mouth dropped...."Aerith....?"

Aerith gasped loudly at him as there were tears in her eyes....
"CLOUD!" She saw him instantly drop his sword to the floor. As she ran towards him and hugged him tightly! "Cloud...I...I can't believe it...." She saw the shock impression on Cloud's face. "Aerith....You're here....You're back....?" She nodded her head as she continued to hug him like a mother would do her child....To her Cloud was considered her child...She always thought of him that way....She was so happy to see him here...But why was he here....? Shouldn't he be at the bar with Tifa....? A lot of questions ran in her mind at this moment...She was so confused as to why she was back....But if she was back....Then that meant was Zack back as well....?
"How'd you....Come back....?" Cloud did not know how to ask that to her....Aerith then lifted her head off his chest and looked into his light blue eyes...."I...I don't know..." But she did know. But she was not about to tell Cloud....What if he had not known yet about what was going to happen to Gaia....To him? So she lied for now....She knew she was brought back in the nick of time. For she could tell he was not a L'Cie yet....Thank goodness...
((I used Cloud in this post^^ Since he is mine^^ XD))

"He is not here leave" Tifa replied turning to give the stranger a glare, and hoped her wouldn't cause any trouble and just leave, thought she highly doubted. This man he reminded her of the one she fought months ago. He left her without a name but she knew very well he was a remnant of Sephiroth, just like this one probably was. The resemblance was clear but even when she knew this Tifa took her stance to stop this remnant from harming anyone in the bar.
Cloud abandoned her again so she had to do this alone. She didn't think he would come back knowing Cloud he was always like this. Tifa sighed turning to glance at the costumers then back at the man that approached her. She still held her glare, and hoped that was enough to get the remnant to leave.

"CLOUD!" "Cloud...I...I can't believe it...." "I...I don't know..."
Cloud saw the look on her face was a bit of a shock. He was too. But he was happy though. He felt the problem had seem to just evaporate into nothingness..."I'm so glad you're back...You don't know how much I've needed you...." 3He only meant that in a spiritual sense not relationship wise. No, Cloud could never love Aerith that way. He knew that Aerith belonged to Zack. Even in death....Cloud then looked into her eyes and smiled as he saw that faith she carried around...It was truly amazing...Would she remember seeing him in the Life Stream....?
Cloud hoped so. But why bring that up. That was the subject of death....And if Cloud knew her, she would want to try and see Tifa of all people....."I've missed you so much Aerith....I...About...Sephiroth...I...I was under his control you know that right...?" He then bit his lip....Hoping that she would forgive since that was what he was asking....

Oh she knew how much he was going to need her later on that is....But for now she would just let them settle down from this shockness they gave to each other.....Oh yes she was intended to tell him everything soon....But how would he take it....? If she knew Cloud the way she thought she did then not very well.....He would do what ever he had in his power to stop it.....But you can't stop what the Fal'Cie wants you to do....No matter what you do. It was amazing that Aerith knew Cloud's focus and he was not even a L'Cie yet....The Fal'Cie hardly ever tells the focus....But this time....Cloud would get lucky to know his....
"Shhhhh......." She then placed two fingers on his lips to shut him up for a minute as he was probably trying to apologize for what happened to her...."You're forgiven....But Cloud you need to know some thing....." She looked right into his eyes then when she started to tell him what he needed to know....."I know you have not yet known of the world Cocoon or for that matter Pusle....I didn't think so....See I was brought back for a reason....To keep you alive until....You complete a focus....You were chosen out of so many people in this world....to become a L'Cie.....I'm sure you know what a L'Cie is or at least of them....Other wise I'd be explaining it all to you....Cloud....You will become a L'Cie....Your focus will be....To destroy Gaia with in a year....And he's close....Very close to you...Right now....He might have already got to Tifa asking where you are.....But Cloud you can't go there....If you go....He will surely take you to Cocoon and you will BECOME A L'CIE......"

"He is not here leave" Yazoo raised an eye brow at her....And caught a customer trying to leave....Not on his watch! Yazoo pulled out his gun and shot the customer right in the back! The guy screamed and fell! He was still alive but barely....But soon the other customers screamed out in fear! And ran to the other side of the bar in fear of Yazoo shooting them....Yeah, Tifa was on her own....Yazoo then walked up to Tifa calmly....And grabbed the barrel of his gun in his hand and smacked her across the face hard! "Now....I tell you I'm not a patient man! But since Cloud is not here....I bet I can get him here...." He grabbed her cell phone and started to search for Cloud's number....He knew it was in there where and then he found it and started to hit the emergency button! "I think I can find him....Now that I have you....Sorta settles a score for my brother....huh....?" He was meaning Loz.....

Tifa frowned as she kicked her phone out of the remnants hands. 'So this was the third brother' she thought. Tifa already fought with one and meet the other when trying to save Danzel, and now the third was in her bar demanding to see Cloud. Well she wasn't going to give him what he wanted, not that easily. Tifa didn't care if she could defeat him or not. She never backed down from a fight and right now the lives of the citizens were at stake.
The martial artist made up her mind the moment the remnant walked into her bar. She already had her gloved on now and if this one was anything like his brother then Tifa knew they had to be careful since the last one didn't fight fair according to her memories.
She punched quickly at his chest before following it with an upper kick as she stood there. The man just got on her last nerve by the way he walked in demanding to see Cloud, and almost killing a citizen was just another reason to anger her. "I told you to leave now or else......" She warned and slowly lifted her fists up preparing herself for another attack.

"Because....He's there already....Yazoo....Has a message for you....The only way to set the plot in motion is to only find you....I can't let that happen....My job is to keep you safe from the Fal'Cie.....Cloud is you really love her you will not do this....Please....." Cloud glared at her....He was glad she was back, but this was some thing he just had to do....He made a promise to Tifa years ago.....That if ever some thing happened to her he would be there no matter what! And he was not going to break that promise not now! "I HAVE to go...." He let his arm out of her grip then by yanking....And ran for his bike....Aerith just sighed....He did not know what was really going on.....
Cloud got on his bike and revved it up! And headed back to the bar at top speed......He just hoped he was not to late!

And when that happens....He will become what he has been told to become...Are you familiar with the Fal'Cie....If not too bad....." She must know of the Fal'Cie....since it's been all over the news....for one no one was talking about Shinra! And this new threat instead.....

Tifa stumbled back but immediately found her balance. Her eyes never left the remnant in front of her. She glared wiping away the blood that trickled down her cheek. 'Fal'Cie..... has this man really lost it? Or was this something Shinra was after?' Tifa thought for a moment as she recalled her encounter with the other brother when he barged through the doors of the church. But that brother said nothing about the Fal'Cie, it was something about 'mother' and Tifa later knew he meant Jenova.
"I don't know what your talking about and if you want me dead well you will have to do better than that" She relied with a stern tone her eyes fixed upon the intruder she wasn't about to let him win or get what he wanted. With that thought in mind Tifa charged at the remnant with every attack she learned though her martial arts training.

Cloud raced practically down the roads trying to avoid the people! Some screamed at his crazy driving! But he could not slow down not now....He was very determined to get to Tifa before Yazoo did....But Cloud still did not know what this day would end up like....But he was scared for Tifa. For her life! He had to be there for her! He couldn't break this promise to her...Even though he has saved a few times....But this was like a soul mate promise.....He had that determined and focused look on his face as he was now in the area the bar was....But was still not close....He had a ways to get to the bar....."I'm coming Tifa.....Hold on....." He said that to himself as he sped up the speed.....
