Sometimes...this whole, traveling different worlds thing, was really tiring. Repa sat down in a little field that she had found as she wandered aimlessly on this new world. With a yawn she laid back and stared at the sky, her blue eyes trying to adjust to the burning sunlight beeming directly at her, but what she was really focusing on, was the clouds. You never got to see many fluffly white clouds back home, practically everywhere else had nice clouds, but back home....it was mostly rain or overcast anymore. Repa sighed and closed her eyes for a few minutes thinking back on her past few travels. There was...Gaia, a nice little world where she met some wonderful people, Tenebre, where she caught up with her old friend Noctis...and now this place, she didn't know what to expect. Everything was different.

It seemed only like a few seconds that Repa had her eyes closed, but when she checked the time she realized it had been a little over a half hour, she figured she better move on, yet, she didn't want to. The sun was warm, and air clear and easy to breathe in, and she just felt at ease...a few more minutes wouldn't hurt...as long as she didn't drift off into another nap. She forced her eyes open as she sat up and looked around. She hadn't spoken to anyone yet, but hopefully that would change soon enough, any place she went she met the nicest people, which she wondered why that was happening to her seeing as no one really did like talking to her in the first place...at least back home.

"Well Repa. Time to keep moving." Repa said to herself aloud as she got up and stretched her arms and legs with a smile before starting to walk off. "Hopefully..." She started speaking to herself again as she pulled her hair back into a pony tail. "...This world is even better than the last..." Hope was all she had, she didn't have much else, it was just her, no friends or family tagging along for her trip, she didn't want anyone with her, just looking out for herself was all. Just trying to find a new way of life and a new start to the horrible past she created...and wanted to forget.

[Fate Lingod]

Fate Lingod sighed as he laid in his bed, staring at the ceiling. He was bored out of his mind trying to think of something to pass the time. He spent his earlier part of the day in the cafeteria stuffing his face so he didn't plan on doing that again. Rising from his bed, he finally gather enough strength to leave his room and to just walk around the Garden. That's when he got his great idea! He overheard some other cadets talking about a T-Rexaur breeding ground somewhere on that island that held Balamb Garden. What better way to make a name for yourself then taking down a number of giant monsters! He knew just who he was going to take with him too... His new best friend; Sonuske.

..::Two Hours Later::..

Using one of Trabia Garden's ships, Fate and Sonuske had found there way to the island. Since the weather was much warmer here, unlike the mountains of Trabia, Fate had to change his outfit completely. A pair of black sneakers, baggy cargo shorts, and a black t-shirt that had in bold white lettering "4 Out of 5 Doctors Agree That The Person Wearing This Shirt Is Awesome!". On his back was his two sword revolvers sheaths holding his blades since he was going to need them. Everything was perfect except that he didn't excatly tell Sonuske that they were going T-Rexaur hunting... He's totally gonna kill us... Man, this is going to be fun. Just watch.

"Hurry up man," Fate yelled, "You move in slow motion." He simply smiled, but kept pressing forward, hoping Sonuske was following. No, Fate wasn't stupid like most people would say. He just believed life was too not to have fun. He also wanted to do something people to remember him for. He wanted to become history. History... Yup. We're gonna get ate'd! Ignoring Hope's comment, Fate continued on his path; determined to get himself a dinosaur. But he came to a jolting stop when he saw a female walking by herself... No! No! She's crazy! Just walk the other way. She's not crazy... We haven't even talked to her yet. Pretty girl... Walking by herself... That scream CRAZY! Whatever, that wasn't going to stop Fate. He ran to catch up to her, but stopped a good ten feet away from her. He didn't want to come off as hostile or anything that would drive her away.

"So what's your name? Lemme guess... Angel? Nah, you look more like a Goddess."

What was he doing here? That's right, Fate had dragged him out of the comfort of his room, and for what? Sonuske didn't even know! Fate said they were going somewhere special, and that it was a secret. Normally, Sonuske would've told him to go away so he could take a nap, but he knew that Fate wouldn't leave unless he agreed to go, so he reluctantly went with him. He sighed at the very thought, he could be taking a nap right now, but instead he was on a boat with Fate headed towards who knows where. Atleast it was some nice scenery. He enjoyed seeing the clouds touching the ocean on the horizon, made him feel relaxed.

He followed Fate off the boat onced they touched land, going at his own pace. He stretched as he walked after his buddy. "No need to rush, let's enjoy the nice atmosphere." He said with a smile. "Besides, you haven't even told me why we we're here." He added sticking his hands in his pockets.

He was right behind Fate, and almost walked into him when he stopped suddenly. "Hey! Give a guy some warning before you stop! Why'd you stop anyway?" He asked kind of irritated, then saw what he was looking at. Or rather who he was looking at. A girl had made her way into thei vicinity. Sonuske sighed and brought his palm up to his forehead. "Fate... Don't do it..." It seemed as though his plea fell on deaf ears as Fate ran over to her anyway. He shook his head and decided to watch this unfold, though he seemed annoyed, a smirk was on his lips. He was actually pretty amused at what was about to happen.

Repa's mind was elsewhere at the moment, as she slowly walked her way through the field, day dreaming and continuing to look at the clouds. She didn't exactly know where she was going, more so wandering aimlessly than anything, but she had to find someplace to go for now, otherwise just move onto the next world and get lost there. Her mind was so wrapped around all the pretty sights and what not that she barely heard running footsteps behind her till they were close, her thoughts drifted off as she thought the possibilites. "Oh I hope its not another bloodthirsty creat- oh..." She thought to herself as she turned around as the Boy was about 10 feet away from her.

Repa kept her expression blank at the boy started to speak, he was probably only a few years younger than her, not much, But Repa couldn't contain the smile that stretched across her face as she held back a giggle. Oh the pickup lines she had heard all over, no matter how pathetic or cheesey they were, they always seemed to amuse her none the less. So Repa played along, just for kicks. She shifted her weight and rested one hand on her hip as she smiled. "Wow, I've never heard that one before." She smirked a bit trying to be a bit friendly. "Actually, if you really are interested in a name...Its Repa...R-Raines..." She never really was used to saying her last name, normally she went by the nickname of Repa Reaper, but she was getting over all that...

Repa let her eyes scan back a bit as she saw Sonuske, so more people were here? Maybe this was a good thing, normally she met more nice people when she wasn't looking for anything or anyone in particular, it just was random meetings with the right people. She let her eyes look back at Fate. "And you are?" She said expecting an introduction from him seeing as she just spilled out her name and what not.

"I'll tell you where we're going when we get there," He smiled, "Now fall in line soldier and keep up." Fate knew that didn't make sense at all. It would be pointless for him to tell him the location when they arrived. He just through something out their to shut him up. Fate did hear Sonuske's plead for him to not go, but he choose to ignore it. Life was about taking chances, especially when there was a pretty girl involved. She gonna eat us! And put our pretty eyes on display in here home! ... Please, when you're about to speak do me a favor and just don't. I'd say you're driving me insane if I weren't already there.

She smiled? Job well done Fate! Fate knew a smile either meant she found it cute and funny or maybe sad and pathetic. He prayed it wasn't the latter. She was speaking to him so it must have been the first. A slight grin danced across Fate's face. He had a sudden boast of confidence. Repa Raines... That was a nice name. His name? She wanted to know his name! Don't get too happy marshmellow. Fate's grin transformed into a huge smile as he straighten out his posture.

"Fate Lingod... I'm a SeeD," He smirked. Okay, he was more like a cadet, but he was trying to impress the lady. He just hoped she wasn't one of those types that hated SeeDs. He wasn't in the mood to have one of those arguments. He then pointed back to Sonuske, laughing nevously. "That's Sonuske Asama. I call Sonny," He said, "He's a SeeD too. We're two of the best." Yeah, white lies were always fun. He placed his hands behind his head, wondering where to go next. "So what you doing out here, Ms. Repa?" He asked, "We're going to hunt T-Rexaurs."

Sonuske watched as Fate approached the girl and spat out one of the cheesiest lines he had ever heard. Where did he get that one? He laughed quietly to himself watching the scene unfold. His laughter subsided as the girl seemed to respond well to his pick-up lines. What? Was she crazy in the head or something? She even gave him her name! This didn't make sense. This was exactly why he thought women were so troublesome, you never knew what they would do next.

Did he just hear correctly? Did Fate just say he was a SeeD? Why was he lying? His eyes widened when he heard his name. He just gave out his government name to a stranger without his consent! Then lied again calling him a SeeD too! He was right about them being the best though, the best Cadets! He sighed, what a drag this was turning out to be. His eyes widened even further when he heard what he said next, his mouth even fell open.

He had to say something, it might not have been to tell the truth, but he was about to voice his opinion. "I know that's not what I just heard you say Fate! We are NOT here to hunt for T-Rexaurs!" He yelled, now approaching the two with a look of anger on his face. He took his hands out his pockets, clenching them tightly by his sides, so that he could easily swing them as fists when he got to Fate. "You dragged me away from a nap, just so we cold hunt for a monster that could potentially, and very much likely will kill us?! Are you stupid?!?!" He continued his verbal assault, clearly upset with the situation.

Repa had no idea what a SeeD was, must be some sort of soldier or something, so she simply smiled and nodded, pretending to know what was what. "Just...smile Repa. No one will care if you don't know whats up, just pretend..." She thought to herself, and before she had a chance to respond to anything, Fate and practically introduced Sonuske, well it beat having to wait for names to come to her, so she didn't mind all that much. "Oh two of the best eh? That must be pretty exciting." She kept a smile going, of course, Repa tended to always smile, unless something was really bothering her, and this was still so amusing. "You could say im here on....vacation." She shrugged some, not really knowing the right answer to that.

If SeeD was like soldiers, at least that she what she thought, then Repa might enjoy a little friendly competition, she wasn't in the army or anything, but she had trained with them, and the best beyond that. It would give her something to do and possibly create some new friends, that'd be great! Repa let her eyes shift to Sonuske...or Sonny as Fate put it, as he came over, her smile continued on but faded some as the arguement had started. Hunting T-Rexaurs sounded dangerous, no wonder the guy was upset. "Um. These T-Rexaurs....sound pretty dangerous, just by the name..." Repa mumbled in trying to keep this from breaking into a verbal fight, or possibly worse.

What was the easiest way to distract people? Talk about something else and get them off topic? It might work. So Repa looked at Sonuske and Fate with a smaller smile than before but still in tact. "So This is quite the scenery eh? Very pretty, unlike some of the other places I've been." She talked a little faster than before, just trying to get the distracting part in. "Oh I haven't introduced myself, Im Repa by the way." She said to Sonuske. "Anything fun to do around here that doesn't involve getting...torn to shreds by a T-Rexaur?" Was this distracting thing working? Repa hoped so.

”Yeah, don’t mean to brag, but I’ve saved plenty of people on a daily,” He lied, ”Yeah, I’m something like a hero. I’m surprise you never heard of me.” Okay, stop with the lies Fate before it’s too late. He rubbed the back of his head nervously. That was the last lie… For now. When she said she was on vacation, Fate smiled. He wondered where she was from and of course he was going to ask. ”Vacation? That’s nice,” He smiled, ”So where you from? Shumi Village?” But then Fate realized he had said too much. And by the way Sonuske’s mouth had open Fate was about to hear it. He sighed and waited for it.

”I’m not stupid… It’d be good training man,” Fate smiled, ”Besides, you need the exercise and sleeping all day is bad for you.” He placed his hands behind his head, smiling at Sonuske. He was pretty sure Sonuske would have something else to say, he usually always did. But in the end, the two always ended up doing something stupid. It was pre-determined. He turned his attention back to Repa as she spoke. ”They’re not that dangerous...” He paused, ”Okay, so they have sharp teeth and are like a million feet tall, but we’re SeeDs!”

After a moment, Fate hoped that Sonuske had calmed down. ”Alright man. We don’t have to go fight some T-Rexaurs man…” Fate sighed, ”How about we go fight some Red Dragons instead?” Red Dragons were actually more dangerous then T-Rexaurs. They were faster and just as strong. So Fate was pretty sure Sonuske was going to hate that idea too, though it was meant to be taken as a joke. He looked around at the scenery and shrugged. ”We could always go T-Boarding?” Fate shrugged, ”What do you wanna do Sonny?”

"Good training... Right. The best training is the life threatening kind right?" Sonuske stated sarcastically. He had already calmed down for the most part, as he didn't want to appear as a hot head infront of the new girl. First impression's were important, or atleast that's what his mom would say. He sighed again, fully calming down.

Sonuske knew Fate knew darn well that Red Dragons were more powerful than T-Rexaurs. His sarcasm was slightly agitating, but he took it in stride. "We can go fight you're dinosaurs, that's fine." He hated to admit it, but Fate was right, he did need the training. He turned to Repa, done talking to Fate for now.

"The scenery is pretty nice.... Nice to meet you by the way Repa, I'm Sonuske." He said, extending his hand for a shake with a friendly smile. "There's plenty more to do, but he really seems to have his heart set on hunting T-Rexaur."

Repa seemed to be a little interested in all this talk of being a hero and what not. It was pretty amazing. "Wow. Thats impressive Fate...But then again, It's not shocking that I haven't heard of you...Im not exactly from...this world." She shrugged answering his later question. Then the mental image of one of these T-Rexaurs came into Repa's mind. Her + Dangerous things = Bad. She was so prone to accidents and danger wherever she went. Or so she thought.

"Oh...Sharp teeth....millions of feet tall. That doesn't sound too bad." She said with a smirky smile on her face as she looked at Sonuske and shoot his hand. "Nice to meet you too..." She said before an idea popped into her mind. Something to do, and it involved hunting these t-rexaurs. "So I've got an idea...If you two are such great Heroes like Fate has said...you know beeing SeeD's and all...I'd like to challenge you two." She said folding her arms and still smiling. She didn't look like anyone who would want to challenge anyone, at least at anything that involved effort, or she might you know...break a nail? No, Repa was way different than that dispite her looks.

"How about a little...contest. We go find these T-Rexaurs...and whoever can take onE down first wins...?" Repa said already plotting her victory. "If it makes it easier, you two can be a team, vs myself." Oh this was fun, plotting was great, and now for some prizes to be fought for. "And...whoever wins gets something. If I win...A tour of this place would be nice....and you two can figure up your own prize...." This would be easy...if she got the right position on fighting these monster things, but she was pretty confident. She smiled at the two. "So what do ya say?"

"Not as impressive as--" He stopped his statement short when she said she wasn't from this world. Usually, Fate or anyone would find that hard to believe, but he had met someone earlier in the week who claimed to be from a different world. Nero and that strange hand of his. He laughed at the thought that someone would go to so much trouble just to prank him. Besides, there was no reason for someone to do such a thing to him. Fate was someone who minded his own business and the only person he dragged into it was Sonuske. And we all know that Sonuske is too lazy to put this much effort into a prank. So Fate had no choice, but to believe her. "THAT! IS! SO! AWESOME!!!" He yelled, "So do you do a lot of world traveling?"

Now Fate felt like a twevle year old in a candy store. Ever since that day he met Nero he had been fascinated with other worlds, traveling to new places. He turned to Sonuske and laughed. "Hey, it's not life threatening as long as i'm with you bro," Fate nodded, "Trust me. I wouldn't drag you into anything that I couldn't handle." He wasn't going to let Sonuske get hurt. That was his best friend... Well, only friend really. So Fate would gladly give his life to protect the kid, though he would never come out and say it. "T-Rex got nothing on us buddeh. I mean, you know what you're capable of, right?" Fate smiled, "I know what i'm capable of. So this will be a walk in the park... or forest... Whatever!"

As Repa spoke, Fate just nodded in agreement. She was so awesome! See, if Sonuske would just go along with his ideas like she just did then there wouldn't be any wasted time. "You're on! But you and Sonny can team up," Fate smirked, "A hero like me doesn't need a sidekick." He placed his hands behind his head, knowing that Sonuske wasn't going to like be called a sidekick. Ya know, if ya win this... You could totally ask her to bake ya some cookies! Uh, yeah. Cookies...

Sonuske just looked at Fate and nodded. He had a point. With both of their powers combined, nothing really stood a chance against them. Well, nothing that they had met yet anyway. He yawned, stretching his arms up towards the sky, his eyes becoming slightly watery. He was really wishing he had stayed back for that nap right about now. But, it was too late for regrets, so he had to make due with what he had, which was pretty much nothing right now.

His ears perked up at the idea of a challenge. His mind raced with what she could possibly have in mind. "A challenge you say? I'm listening..." He stated with mild interest. For some reason, this challenge actually piqued his interest. He hoped it would be worth his while. He folded his arms as he listened, nodding in agreement. Actually sounded like a pretty fun idea. Then another thought hit him, this would involve work.

He was about to open his mouth to protest, but Fate spoke first. Did he just call him a sidekick? Really?! Feeling his anger rise, Sonuske took a deep breath. "You're funny Fate, I think I'll be on my own team. Free-For-All." He suggested, wanting to show that aside from being a lazy bum, he was pretty powerful too.

He smirked, knowing that with his shadow manipulation, he had a pretty good chance of winning. But what about Repa? Was she really that strong? She didn't look it, but everything isn't always as they appear. She had to be powerful to even suggest taking one on alone, in addition to the fact she wanted Sonuske and Fate to team up. He'd have to keep his eyes on her.

This was going to be fun! Unless someone got hurt, but then again Repa could heal someone if they did. So this all shouldn't really be a problem. Repa just knew this would be a piece of cake, unless she wanted to play fair and take the hard route and actually beat the monster down. But that probably wouldnt go over well in her book. So Just stick with the original plan and get started. She looked at Fate for a moment. "I guess I do alot of traveling...i've seen a few different worlds lately...." Repa shrugged a bit.

Repa figured it was best to have each of them be their own team. It would make things more...fair and interesting. "Alrighty then. Every man...or girl for him or herself." Repa said looking around for some idea of where these T-Rexaurs were, but she saw nothing out of the norm...well at least for this world that was. "So where are these things anyway?" She said folding her arms, continuing to search the area with her eyes.

Being over confident was probably not a great thing to be before a challenge. Sometimes you got too cocky and lost none the less, when you should have won had you not been so complacent. So Repa tried to drown down her thoughts an ideas of her winning into the possibility that she could win...and if not, well better luck next time. She narrowed her eyes some as her smile grew. "This'll be fun...I just hope my victory doesn't make you two cry." A little smack talk was good, it was all in fun and with her light humorous tone it was easy to tell that she was just kidding around.

Repa then whispered something softly, it was to summon her scythe. "Commence." She simply stated and there it appeared in one of her hands, which she had started to take her gloves off, just being careful not to touch anyone or anything to give her power away...or hurt....no kill someone. This was how she was going to fight. A few little hits against this T-rexaur then smack it with her hand BOOM that was the end of that fight...if it would only be that simple.

A few different worlds? This was mind blowing! Fate had always knew there was much more to life. Maybe, just maybe, he could find himself a purpose on one of these worlds. Not that he hated this world that he was in he just felt this world didn't have anything to offer him. Actually becoming a SeeD was cool, but it wasn't what he truly wanted to do. It was just something that he felt fit his abilities and what he was; a weapon. Still, no reason to cry over the past. It was over and done with, for the most part. Smiling, laughing, and doing "stupid" things was better than thinking about the past. He looked at Repa and smiled. "So are you running from something or searching for something?" He asked, "Or are you just trying to see new sights?"

It was a bit of a personal question so Fate completely undetstood if she didn't want to answer it. But he would get her to answer soon or later. "Alright! A free-for-all! Though the only way to even stand a chance of winning against me is to join forces." Fate hoped he wouldn't have to eat his own words, especially after hyping himself up so much. He signal for the both of his friends to follow, leading them to a nearby forest. The tree were so high that it look as if you could climb up one and touch the sky. The branches and leaves blocked out most of the sunlight. "Word is that you can find them roaming around this forest. Uh, well it's most important that no one gets hurt so take these...." He tossed them both two cellular devices, "Uh, just hit the green button and I should be able to find you."

It was one of the perks of his abilities. He could sense electronic devices. Guess it paid to be electrical capacitor. Well, he knew what his partner in crime, Sonuske, was capable of so Fate wasn't really worried about him. He just hoped Repa was just as good as them or even better. "Psh! I don't cry except on days that end in 'Y'," He smiled, "But I don't plan on losing." His eyes went from his purple color to crimson as he grabbed hold of his sword revolvers, walking off in a different direction then the two. Why couldn't we just go to a nice resturant? ...Because weren't not normale people.

Sonuske was actually pretty content with his life of doing nothing. Or atleast he seemed like he was, deep in his heart, he knew he yearned for adventure. Though he truly did lack the motivation to do much of anything, when he set his mind to do something, he was gonna do it. Albeit not many things aroused his interest to that extent, except for the stupid ideas Fate had. At first he hated them, now he had actually grown accustomed to them and was now quite fond of the idiotic adventures he and his ace boon coon had.

Sonuske chuckled at Repa and Fate's trash talk. "I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but neither of you will be winning. I'm about to drag both of you in this contest. You'd better team up while you still have the chance, I don't wanna hear any complaints or excuses when you lose." He said with a false hint of cockiness in his voice. He was about to show these two what he was made of, well Repa, Fate pretty much knew what Sonuske was capable of, and vice versa.

He followed Fate into the forest, making careful observations of the landscape, noting how he could possibly use it to his advantage. He already had a few plans in his head on how to down his foe quickly, that's considering he even found his T-Rexaur first. He turned to Fate, catching the cell that he tossed to him. "Hey, before we start, how do we know if someone kills one? We use the phones for that too I assume." He said, pocketing the device.

He noted Fate's eye color change, he activated his powers already. He turned to Repa, checking out her scythe from a distance and also noticing she took off her gloves. He hoped she didn't have to ability to suck out someone's life force through her hands. That had to be the only reason she wore gloves, because her hands weren't disfigured in anyway. The way things were looking now, she may just be the one to win this contest. "What a drag...." He groaned walking off to his own direction to find his prey. Hopefully, if everything went the way he planned, he could down one quickly and be done with it.
