"Ah... My head..." Squall Leonhart slowly worked himself to his feet, brushing the dust off his classic outfit. The black leather jacket with the white fur collar that stop just at his rib cage, his fitted white t-shirt, black pants, and black boots. At his waist his many belts, holding his gunblade in place. He winced at the pain beating in his head as he slowly got a good look at his surroundings. "Is--This-- Am I on Centra?" He said softly, "When did they get a town here?" No, it was far from it actually. This was Sector 7, the slums. He was in an entirely different world and had no clue!
The building looked poorly constructed. It was safe to say that this place didn't have the best money resources. ...What's going on? Trabia one moment, Centra the next? Dream world? Did Ellone take him to the Dream World again? No, he was in his own body and he didn't have any recollection of the event that was occurring now. He rubbed his forehead trying to remember how he got here...
Squall had travelled to Trabia Garden with Selphie to have a meeting with Trabia's headmaster. After the meeting Squall, Selphie, and a few other cadets went out exploring. Selphie wanted to get a feel of her old home once again. Of course Squall couldn't say no. Well, that quickly turned into a series of games that led into hide 'n' seek. Squall had found two of the boys and was looking for Selphie and two other cadets, but suddenly stopped. In front of them it was as if one of the trees was warping. That's when one of the boys touching it, instantly disappearing. Before Squall knew it the other boy had touched it, going after his friend. Squall, not sure what was going on, knew he couldn't just leave the boys on their own. He left a message for Selphie and touched the warping tree. Blackness. Pitch blackness which lead to the world they were in now.
"...Whatever." He pulled himself together, walking a few feet from where he was only to find one of the boys (Sonuske) laying on the sandy ground; unconcious. He kneeled down, gently slapping the kid across the face to wake him. "Hey, hey! Snap to," He said, "Kid wake up." He surveyed the area trying to find the other boy who entered first. He would have to find him then find out where the hell they were at.

Darkness. Complete and utter darkness was all Sonuske could see. Next thing he knew, he felt a sharp stinging pain in his face, which woke him up from his dream like state. He groggily opened his eyes, moaning all the while. His vision came into focus, only to see the man he had come to know as Balamb's Headmaster, Squall Leonhart, standing over him. Apparently, he was the one to thank for the slap to the face.
Sonuske grabbed his head and slowly sat up, looking around, clearly noticing where they weren't anymore. And that was Trabia. The question now was, where 'were' they? How did they even get there? That's right, a strange portal type thing opening up on a tree, and Fate, being the 'genius' he was, decided to touch it, getting sucked in. Instead of going to find another friend like he should have, Sonuske went in after him. Apparently Squall followed them, a thought which eased Sonuske's mind somewhat. "Okay, so, where are we?" He asked shaking the groggyness from his head. If anyone would know, it'd be him right?
He looked around, now noticing another important fact. Fate wasn't there. He sighed, the whole reason he was in this troublesome mess was missing. What a drag... "Where's Fate?" He had to ask the obvious question that Squall was trying to answer as well, otherwise he doubted he'd be looking around so frantically like he was. Okay, maybe not frantically, but Sonuske could tell he was kind of worried about the situation.
He stood up, stretching his back and yawning. Atleast he had gotten his nap like he wanted before. He looked up to the skies for his usual calming exercise, cloud watching, only to be disappointed when he found they apparently were underground, there were no clouds in the sky, there wasn't even a sky, nothing but what seemed to be a giant plate. He sighed before looking back down to Squall. "This place is already such a drag..." He was more vocalizing his thoughts than talking to Squall.

"Hmmph, that building over there is more destroyed than my brother Sonuske's room." She said swinging her hair behind ear. She heard talking from a like a mile away from where she had been standing. Matsu barely knew where she was, she just knows she left home, stopped and gotta couple of drinks, then started wandering again. Her journey is all a blur. Just like 7th through 10th grade. Matsu thought. "Wow, I need to get home, if only I knew my way back." She giggled to herself. Matsu was disgusted with poorly constructed this town was. She's guessing that they must have had some horrible economic problems. And no one even tried to make this place a little more lively. Matsu heard shouting and conversing going on around the corner from where she was. "Who would even be in a place like this?" She questioned herself. The only person who could be in this wreck-less place was her brother(s)?... "Oh, so that's where I am.." She said placing her hand under her chin. Matsu guessed she was in Sector [7]....Slum, because she seen in it while she was researching on the online. Matsu quickly got herself together, finally moving a few feet from that destination. Matsu seen her brother Sonuske lying down as always. She also seen some other dude wearing a tight looking leather black vinyl jacket with white fur on the collar area. "Hmmph, that looks really tight on him.. He must be gay?" She said in her mind. "I come here unannounced Sonuske Asama, and this is what I catch you doing." She said placing her left hand on her hip. Matsu took a stepped forward and her breasts moved a tad bit just to say hello to the fellars.. It looked as if Sonuske didn't even hear was she had been saying. He appeared to be sleep when she waltzed in.

That may have been the stupidest thing ya did to date. What was ya thinkin'? Nero said he was from another world. I was thinking that the tree must have been some sort of portal. 'Kay. Just want ya to know ya could have totally killed us.
Fate Lingod just stared up at the sky-- No, the ceiling? He was wearing a pair of baggy pants, a red 'I AM NUMBER 1' t-shirt, and red sneakers. The weather had drastically change from the freezing climate of Trabia to a more humid. He stood to his feet, casting his thick jacket aside. His head had stop pounding only for him to realize that he was surrounded by locals. "Uh..... Hey?" He said, "Uh, where am I?" The people continue to look at this strangely before walking off, leaving him with an unanswered question. He walked forward eyeing the locals and the area in general.
After a good five minutes of walking around this... 'town'? Fate came to a halt when seeing Sonuske. He had followed him! Not just him, but Squall also. "Sonuske!!! Mr. Leonhart!!!" He waved his arms, "Over here!!!" There seemed to be another person with them. A female. Fate didn't remember her so she must have been a local here. He slowly walked up to the group, rubbing the back of his head and laughing. He pretty sure he was about to hear how stupid he was from them. "Okay, before we point fingers... I just want to say you didn't have to follow me," Fate nodded, "And we have more important matters... Is this Esthar?" Fate had never been to Esthar before, but not that he thought about it this couldn't be the place. Esthar was suppose to be technology advanced, right? It only led him with one assumption... They had to be somewhere on Centra Contintent. Ten cookies says this isn't Centra... Deal!

Did he really just ask Squall where are they? If Squall knew that he would have told him. To make it even worst, he asked another stupid question: Where was Fate? If he knew that he wouldn't be looking around for the kid. He placed his right hand on his forehead, lowering his head slightly. This was too much. The pressure of being a headmaster, the pressure that everyone put on him. And now now he had lost one of the kids. No, he had to find him. "Stay close."
It took Squall a moment, but he realize that the sky wasn't there also. It was like a plate? So they were underground. He was completely silent as this Matsu girl walked up. Apparently she knew Sonuske. How was this possible? He was sure she wasn't with the group so she couldn't have came through the portal. He was sure he was going to catch an attitude from this character so he just save the trouble and ask Sonuske. "This is?"
He was hoping for a full explaination from Sonuske. Suddenly, Fate decided to show up. Squall let out a sigh of relief. The gang was all here. The more this Fate guy talked to more he felt sorry for Sonuske. Then again, Fate must have been Sonuske's Zell; somewhat annoying, funny at times, but at all around good friend you could count on. He felt a slight smile let upon his face as he played with that thought. Touching that tree was totally a Zell move. The smile slowly faded from his face as he looked around. They needed information on their whereabouts and going inside one of these buildings may have been the best options. "Stay close. We need information so we'll to question some of the locals."

Sonuske raised an eyebrow at the appearance of his older sister. What the hell was she doing here? He opened his mouth to question her, but heard another familiar voice yell his name. "Atleast we found him...." He mumbled, grateful Fate wasn't hurt. It'd be a real drag if his new buddy had gotten mauled and he wasn't the one doing it.
He turned to Squall, sighing. "That's my sister.. Matsu." He answered, now turning to the girl in question. "While we're on the subject, what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be at home? Or searching for a job?" He questioned, his eyebrow raising once again.
He turned back to Fate as he spoke. What an idiot! But he did have a good point, they didn't have to follow him. "Does this look like Esthar to you? Esthar is a technilogical wonderland, and this is obviously a slum. So to sum it up, yes.... We're in Esthar Fate."
He turned back to Squall, nodding. "Sounds like the best plan we've got so far. Stay on guard though, we don't know if they're hostile or not." He added, putting his hands in his pockets. He waited for Squall to move, obviously content with letting him take charge of their situation, figuring he had better qualifications and more experience.

Matsu turned around as she seen another guy stepping into the some spot they we're in. "Why are all these people coming here like this is the finest place to be in." She thought. Matsu had grown tired of standing, because her feet started to hurt & her legs start to itch when standing for a limited amount of time. So therefore, Matsu blew herself off the ground and started to hover with both of her legs crossed tightly together. Matsu gawked a Sonuske for asking her all those questions. She thought he must be high because she should be the one asking the same things to him, maybe more. "Hmmph, you sure as hell have some damn nerve to ask that." She said floating closer towards him. "What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be at home? Or searching for a new hobby instead of lying down all day like a little spazz?" She said. "I don't have to answer to you because I'm the oldest, but the oldest must inform the young, soo... I'm here because I don't how to get back. I kept walking and never stopped and all of a sudden I run into you and some biker dude having a bro-fest and/or broman-sational conversation." She answered. Matsu Asama turned to the other guy that had just walked in. "Hii, I'm Matsu. Excuse me for being rude, I meant to say hello when you walked, but my spazzy brother distracted me." She said as smile rose to the corner of her mouth. Matsu didn't plan on saying anything to the biker dude because she sensed there would be some trouble off about the two. Matsu got bored for quick sec. So she spun around all the way up in the as if she almost made a tornado. The wind started to blow a little hard. She came down gracefully, like a feather floating down to the ground. But in her case she never touched the ground because she stayed in her exact position. Which was floating with both her legs crossed. She waited on her brother to speak, while crossing her arms around her chest, hoping he would have at least two words to say. Maybe he's just ashamed.

Fate gave Sonuske that blank expression. Now wasn't the time for the two of them to get into an argument. Besides, Fate would easily when since Sonuske was lazy, extremely lazy. He simply gave Sonuske a thumbs up. If anyone knew where they was it would have to been Squall. He was a SeeD so he had to do a lot of travelling, right? It made sense to Fate. He's the headmaster. He sits on his butt and does nothin' now! He was a SeeD before then! Shut up!
He saluted to this Matsu girl who was Sonuske's sister. Fate wondered what it was like to have a sister. Well, to have a real family in general. That bond was something Fate never really got the chance to experience. Ya better not cry! He slowly turned his attention to Squall as he spoke. Okay, so apparently he took the role of the leader. Which was fitting since he was the leader. "I don't think these people are hostile at all," Fate smiled, "They actually seem pretty cool other than the fact they were all staring at me..."
Fate pointed at all three of them and then ran off toward one of the buildings. Running off by himself wasn't the greatest of ideas, but he was a dare devil. That, and he was expecting them to follow right behind them. He enter the doors of what seem to be a bar, 7th Heaven, of some sort yet it was empty or so he thought. "Yeah, we can totally get some info here," He said, "Excuse me! Is there anyone here!?"

Marlene Wallace, being the responsible 7 year old girl that she was, was in charge of the bar until Tifa got back. She didn’t really know where the older girl had gone off too, or even if she had taken Denzel with her. The only thing she knew was that, when she had woken up, there was a note for her waiting on the edge of her bed. She had just finished cleaning the top of the bar, and was working on the bottom half whenever she heard someone walk in. She assumed, something she probably shouldn’t have done, that the person who had walked in had been here before.
That was until she heard the voice ask if anyone was there. She jumped up on a little stool she had brought in earlier and gave the guy who had walked in a bright smile. She hadn’t seen him before, so she knew he wasn’t a regular. She just hoped he wasn’t like the three men that plagued her dreams. “I’m here.” Marlene said, giving a little wave with her hand. She could already tell that he wasn’t from around here, and she instantly began to wonder where he was from, or even if he knew Tifa, or Cloud. Maybe he was a friend of theirs she had yet to meet.
“You can take a seat anywhere you want.” She smiled, waving her arm to show him to the many different empty seats. It was still pretty early, so she hadn’t been expecting anyone to come through. “Is there anything I can get you?” She asked. Marlene was an okay cook. She wasn’t as good as Tifa, but she could make a batch of cookies without burning them. She made them once a week. It just so happened that, on that day, she had just made a special batch. She jumped off the little stool and made her way towards them, grabbing the plate she had put them on and making her way back to the man. She set the plate on the bar before introducing herself. “I’m Marlene. I’m in charge, here.”

Matsu was Sonuske's sister? His sister that happen to be here before they even showed up. Squall had gather that much. Still, his head was cloudy. He turned to Sonuske's sister with a serious look upon his face. "Squall Leonhart. Matsu... Do you know where we are?" A simple question that he feared would lead to a more complex answer. Rinoa, Zell, Quietis, Selphie, Irvine, Ellone, Laguna, Edea, Cid, Seifer, and Ultimecia. The events that drawn them all together was something that Squall wouldn't change. He was happy to have those he cared for and loved in his life. But he didn't want to relive the events.
He wanted a somewhat normal life with Rinoa, with his friends. He knew that sounded selfish and he would just have to man-up to his responsiblities as a Headmaster. As Sonuske spoke, Squall nodded in agreement. They didn't know where they were or if the people were hostile or not. And Squall having a gunblade at his side wouldn't help their cause of looking friendly. ...Phone! It was a brilliant idea! He would just call Selphie, explain what happen, and maybe she could get a trace on his phone signal. He reached inside of his jacket, pulling out his small celluar phone. He put the phone to his ear waiting to hear Selphie's cheery voice. Nothing, but the tone dial... Not even her voice mail. He looked at his phone, seeing that they wasn't any service at all. ...Underground. Of course no service.
To make matters worst, Fate decided to run off again. "WAIT! STAY TOGE--" He let out a deep sigh. This kid was really pushing Squall to his limit. He looked at the other two and signaled for them to fall in behind him. Would it be wrong if Squall strangled Fate whenever they found him again? He was seriously like the thought of having his hands at the kid's throat right about now. Following Fate's footsteps lead them to the bar where they found the idiot.
"What part of 'stay together' did you not get Fate?" He asked. It was more of a rhetorical question so Squall didn't expect an answer. He looked around for a moment. They were in bar... With a young girl. Squall let a cheesy smile fall upon his face before he would attempt talking to the girl, trying to look as friendly as possible. "I'm Squall. We're lost. Could you please tell us where we're at?" He asked, "Is there any... older people around that I could speak to?"

Sonuske sighed. This was already turning into such a drag, and they had all only been awake for a few minutes, but to him it felt like an eternity. He tuned his sister out as she spoke, as he always did. Why of all people to run into, they had to see his troublesome sister? Knowing how useless she was, he doubted she would provide any useful information on their location.
He watched Squall try in vain to use his cell phone. Anyone could've told him that being underground would cut off his signal, but he decided to let him find out on his own, not feeling like exerting the energy to explain that it would be a fruitless attempt. For the Headmaster of an entire Garden, he sure wasn't acting very bright right now. Maybe it was just the stress getting to him? Then again, great leaders weren't supposed to buckle under pressure.
As if things couldn't get any worse, Fate ran off again. He sighed and smacked his palm to his forehead. How stupid could you get? They just found him, now he was running off again. What was he thinking? Upon retrospect, he probably wasn't thinking at all. As Squall signaled for them to follow, instead of running, he simply walked, not seeing much point in running at this point.
He was the last inside he building of course, making it just in time to hear Squall's question to the little girl. Clearly she wasn't the owner of the place. But then where was everyone else? He walked over and stood next to Squall and Fate, not feeling a need to put in his two cents since it seemed Squall had everything under control, atleast with the asking questions part anyway.
He looked at Fate with an annoyed scowl. "Are you stupid or something? You could've just gotten killed for barging in here like that." He said lowly so the little girl wouldn't hear, but the anger and irritation in his voice was still apparent.

Matsu got tired of floating, so she firmly placed both her feet on the floor. She heard the biker looking man tell her his name. Which was Squall Leonhart. "Well, Squall I don't know where we are know, but my glasses can analyze some of the place and it can give me some detailed information on where we are." She answered while adjusting her glasses. She took a few steps forward. "Hmmph, where did that other guy go?" She questioned. Matsu took a deep breath while she slowly used her index finger to press the activate button on her glasses. Matsu started walking around so her glasses can get a quick view of the place. "Hold on, my they're almost done, they just have to run a quick analysis." Matsu said to the boys. "And done! Well boys, it appears that we've ended up in Sector [7]....Slum." She said while deactivating the device. Matsu had never heard of a place named Sector [7] Slum. Maybe its just because she doesn't get out that much or this place must be too horrible to be known. Matsu turned her head to Sonuske to see if he ran off too. But, he was still there. She sensed as if he didn't want her to be there with them. She thought to herself he should be lucky I even showed up because I'm the only one who has the power to access and analyze almost anything on a telepathic level. She has not yet known how to intervene with other electronic devices, equipment, and/or weapons. But she will.. Later on. "Wait for me people." She said while trying to catch up with the boys. Luckily she seen Sonuske walking in the same bar she tried to apply for job, but she decided working just isn't her thing. She thought that must be where evreyone else was because Sonuske wouldn't walk in some random place. It has to be someone he knows there or has a crushes on. "Hmmph, this is one small world." She said mumbling to herself. Matsu can realize Seventh Haven from a mile away. She got curious and wondered, where was Tifa? Matsu stepped forward as she seen a little girl named Marlene working instead of Tifa. "Awwe, she is so adorable." Matsu said with her squeaky voice as she placed a smile on her face. Matsu thought while she was here she'd might as well grab a drink. Sniff! Matsu smelled something sweet & delightful. She seen that the little girl placed a plate of cookies on the table. "Mmm, those look yummy." She said reaching her hand out to grab one. Matsu took a bite out of the cookie while hearing Sonuske tell Fate that he could've gotten killed or something other than that preposterous statement. "Heyy Sonuske, what's the problem here." She said while chewing on her tasty cookie. Matsu knew something was wrong because she could tell by his voice. Sonuske might not had been yelling but you could still her the aggressiveness in his voice. Being his sister for 18 yrs. She could realized his tone like the back of her hand.

The sound of a young ladies voice was surprising to Fate. This was a bar and she was too young to be here, right? He shook his head slightly, thinking that it must have been an older lady. Her voice just hadn't matured or something along those lines. But when he finally turned in the direction of the voice he was frozen in place. It was a little girl! Toto, we're not in Kansas anymore. What's a Kansas!? What's a Toto? ...Don't know. Sounded cool though. Dumbfounded by the fact that it was a little girl running the bar, Fate had to pull himself together. "No thanks. I won't be here long ma'am."
He stared at Marlene for a moment then returned to surveying the entire bar. "It's nice to meet you, Ms. Marlene. I'm Fate," He smiled. As she put the cookies out Fate could feel his mouth water. He usually wasn't the type to go for sweets, but it had been a long time since he had any. He wanted a taste and it would have shut Hope up for a few hours. "Those smell great," He shrugged slightly, "Unfortunately, I don't have any money on me." He rubbed his head, giving her a sheepish smile. The whole time he was expecting an older figure to pop up, but nothing.
As Squall and company made their appearance, Fate laughed nervously. Man, was he making the wrong impression on the Balamb Headmaster. He would never become a SeeD if he kept this up. "Sorry sir. If it helps... I found a local that actually speaks," He smiled, "She has cookies too which brings me to my next question... Any of you got some money so I can get one?" Then Sonuske had to scold Fate. Fate gave him an evil looked and slightly pushed him. "It's a bar! They won't people barging in! It's how they get paid buddeh!" He too spoke only loud enough for Sonuske to hear him. He didn't want to upset Marlene in anyway. Fate then turned to Matsu and shook his head. "No problem here ma'am. Sonny and I are the bestest of friends!"

Angeal paced himself into the bar hoping to meet up with Zack again, he pushed the door open and looked around. No Zack to be found, Angeal's calm cool demeanor did not falter however, smoothly he walked over to the bar and unlatched the Flügelian Buster Sword from his back and leaned it up against the bar. It was completely possible that Angeal had just missed Zack by a few seconds or something, knowing how hyper and languid Zack was by nature. Angeal rested his arms on the bar and reasoned with himself that he could probably wait here and Zack would come prancing back in.
Angeal looked over at the group in the opposite corner of the bar. They seemed to be not from around these parts, but hey, Angeal had been dead for some years, perhaps the quality of people around here had changed. Angeal figured that since he was essentially a friend of Zack's he could at least get a bottle of water without getting in trouble. Angeal checked to see if anyone was looking before he reached over into the small ice box that was visible under the beer faucet. Grabbing the bottle Angeal sat quickly sat down and twisted the cap off and took a few sips.
As the cool water refreshed him, Angeal remembered his days as partners with Sephiroth and Genesis. The days of his life as a SOLDIER had passed by the day he left SOLDIER to follow Genesis. Zoned, completely out of it, Angeal was so consumed by his thoughts that if Sephiroth walked in, Angeal wouldn't even spare a glance. ''SOLDIER Honor, heh'', he thought smirking, and taking another sip of the water he had pilfered. ''SOLDIER honor, You would think those words actually meant something'', he said to himself.

Marlene smiled, glad that she was being treated like an adult. Her smile faltered only a little when he didn't want anything, but she was actually glad about that. It meant that she didn't actually have to go and get something. Maybe the man was here waiting for Tifa? "Oh, well...If you change your mind, let me know." She said brightly. "It's nice to meet you too, Mr. Fate." She giggled when he complimented her cookies, and again when he claimed he didn't have any money. If she were selling them, she would have put a glass over them. No, these cookies were for whoever wanted them. Of course, they could only have one so that everyone could have one. She always made a lot in case a lot of people came by, and, speaking of people...
It seemed that Fate wasn't alone. With him, he had brought three others. She smiled at each of them before leaning against the bar, putting her head on her hand as she stared at them. They were certainly a unique bunch, and they were obviously not from around here. She wondered, for a brief second, where they were from before the man who introduced himself as Squall caught her attention. "You really aren't from around here, huh?" She asked, although she already knew. "You're in Edge, silly!" But, after hearing his next question, she pouted a little. Didn't he think she was responsible enough to handle the bar by herself? Sure, there were usually some other orphans popping in and out, and most of them were older than her, but she could handle everything on her own. "I can take care of the bar, I have before! But, no. Aunty Tifa went off somewhere-I think she might have taken Denzel with her, and Cloud isn't here, either."
The people were certainly weird, but it seemed as if Squall was in charge of them all because he had been the one Fate had apologized to. Although, as to why, she hadn't exactly been paying attention, but then he mentioned that he had found her, and that she actually spoke. Did that mean that the rest of the people they had encountered hadn't spoken to them? That was rude of them. Then, Fate went on to say how he didn't have any money for the cookies, and that caused her to giggle again. "But...they're free cookies. You don't need to pay for them." She laughed, pushing the plate towards him a little. But, as soon as the words left her mouth, Fate pushed the guy next to him. Her eyes widened a little and she sank back, giving them a suspicious look. She hated when people fought, Tifa and Cloud especially. Fate soon turned and told her that they were the best of friends, but she didn't really trust that that was true. Then again, she was again distracted because that was when the girl entered, telling her she was adorable. She flushed slightly and looked down at the bar, a little embarrassed.
Unlike Fate, the girl grabbed a cookie as soon as she saw them, announcing that she thought they looked yummy. Marlene immediately brightened up at this and flashed the girl her brightest smile. "Thanks! I made them myself...don't tell Tifa! She might, maybe, get mad at me for using the oven." But, the girl quickly turned and asked the guy Fate had pushed what the problem was, and she was confused all over again. She sighed and turned her head, catching the sight of another man. A man she hadn't seen before now. She blushed when she realized that he had a bottle of water in her hands, and wondered where he had gotten that from. She considered leaving the people in front of her in order to go and ask if he needed anything else, but he seemed content while the people looked lost. Clearing her throat, she repeated what she said earlier. "I'm Marlene. I'm in charge of the bar until Aunty Tifa gets back."
