[Tifa Lockhart]

Tifa lifted her gaze once again to meet Cloud and let a small smile form into her lips as she listened to his words. “If I knew you felt the same way back then things would have been different…. I would have been able to confess and things would have turned out differently…… but I am not giving up yet no matter who I am up against….” She replied back as she stood there still in Clouds arms.

The second kiss she didn’t expect. Her eyes closed as his lips touched hers and then it deepened to one of the most passionate kiss they shared. It lasted for a minute before Tifa had to pull away for air taking in a few deep breaths before listening to his words. “Alright…. If that’s what you want then that’s where we are going.”

"Tifa...If things were confessed back then...Then we probably still be in our home town...." It was true....If things were different back then and her father had accepted him...Then they would be a regular village married couple....And Cloud would most likely be a hunter or some thing.....But unfortunately that was not the case and things were as they were....The way they were...
After the kiss he backed away....That was so magical to him....So passionate....Maybe just maybe they would be together forever no matter what happened.....

“Alright…. If that’s what you want then that’s where we are going.”

With that said a big smile spread across his face....As he couldn't believe she finally agreed to his last request....As he then wrapped his arms around her and picked her up off the floor and twirled her around and placed her back on the floor.....

"Oh man! I'm the luckiest man alive right now....Is there any thing you want?" Which was ironic.....He was the luckiest man but still the most dangerous man....But right now it didn't seem possible....

"I know...." Tifa replied gazing into Cloud's eyes and let a smile find its way to her lips. "But there is no thinking about that now..." She replied taking his hand as she led him back to the table and sat down next to him. "lets stop thinking about the past and think about our future....." She said taking his hand in hers.

Tifa leaned in for a third but quick kiss before looking back to gaze deep into his mako blue eyes.... "I already have what I want...." She replied with a smile. "Your what I want Cloud.... and now that we are together I couldn't be happier" Tifa said and it was all true the only thing left to complete her happiness was a wedding for them but she wasn't going to say anything about it.

"I know...." "But there is no thinking about that now..." "lets stop thinking about the past and think about our future....." Cloud nodded...."I'll try....For you...."

"Your what I want Cloud.... and now that we are together I couldn't be happier" He looked up at her then....That was all she wanted...? He wished he could say he would there for her forever but he couldn't there would be moment in time where they would not be together.....And it killed him to think about it. But he would not tell her that now....

"That's it?" He laughed a little after said that....He wanted some thing else but was scared to even ask her.....He knew she was saving herself for marriage and everything.....But he just wanted that one thing....But he was scared to death to ask her even that...What if she just told him no....Or laughed...He wanted to share one night alone with her on their vacation where it got romantic. But would she let him....? He wanted that so much it was hurting....Because what if this focus thing allowed him to remain a crystal for so long that when he came back she would no longer be alive again....What if he did kill her on contact when completed this focus...? He couldn't even think of that to where it made him sick....

Her smile never faded as she gazed into Cloud's eyes. After everything that happened between them Tifa thought that she and Cloud would never be together in the was she hoped, but just when she was ready to give up and move on he confesses his love and assured her she was his only one. That memory broadened her smile.

Tifa had always wanted to tell Cloud what he meant to her to confess her true feelings she has been holding in ever since their childhood. "Who would have thought......" She uttered those words as her gaze remained focused on his mako blue eyes. "That we would end up together...."

She leaned closer for a quick kiss before her eyes meet his once again. "Yes.... Cloud thats what I want and.... to marry you...." slowly she lifted her hand up to show her engagement ring. "Now that you proposed I can't wait till our wedding day...."

"Who would have thought......" "That we would end up together...." Cloud gave her a handsome smile at that...."Yes.... Cloud that's what I want and.... to marry you...." "Now that you proposed I can't wait till our wedding day...."

Cloud actually blushed when she said that and showed him her engagement ring. He grabbed that very hand and closed it as he kissed her knuckles....And smiled at her....He too couldn't wait for that day either. But it was kinda hard....Considering after that he will have completed his focus possibly....

"I don't care what it takes....I'm going to marry you..."

He slowly then started to lean in to kiss her again. He loved being able to show her his love for her now. When he was a kid, it was kinda hard considering that her father never wanted him to a part of her life....But now he had a deep feeling that her father was not so angry any more.....Surely if he was in the Life Stream, he had already forgiven Cloud for every thing. But that was possibly his wishful thinking. It did bother him some that Tifa's father would not be here for her special day....Who would walk her down the aisle....? Cloud then brushed some hair away from her face as he closed in for the kiss.....He was so ready for this vacation to take place....

Tifa's smile broadened at Cloud's words, she couldn't help it when she saw how determined he was in marrying her. "Thats right..... nothing will stand in our way" She added her tone just as determined as his. She soon noticed that they both changed, they both seemed more open about their feelings. She smiled at that thought letting go of his hands to gaze into his eyes.

"What about you....?" She asked taking a sip from her glass. "Is there anything you want....?" She added with a broad smile. Her thoughts soon considered the idea of a vacation, she agreed for Cloud and now they needed to find someone to care for the kids. "I guess I can call Barret tomorrow and ask him to watch Marlene and Denzel before we leave....."

"Thats right..... nothing will stand in our way" "What about you....?" Cloud looked at her when she started to ask...."Is there anything you want....?" if there was any thing he wanted? He had it.....Right here with him....Didn't she know that? "Tifa....You're it. You're all I want."

"I guess I can call Barret tomorrow and ask him to watch Marlene and Denzel before we leave....." "Good idea....He's long wanted to come and see them again....Tifa....I love you." He grabbed her hand and rubbed the top if it on his cheek....And just kept his head still for a moment....."Want I want....Is to no longer have night mares....That's what I want...." He then released his cheek from her hand and looked into her eyes he was all serious now.....

Tifa's cheeks flushed when Cloud replied to her question. "Me..... Cloud...." She had to admit now that they were together she was happier than ever before. Finally, it felt like a dream come true to her. "Cloud....." She uttered his name in a soft whisper as her gaze lifted till their eyes met. "I love you Cloud..... finally I can say those back without holding back.... you don't know how much that means to me.... how much you mean to me....."

The mention of those nightmares reminded Tifa of the times she rushed to his room to wake Cloud up from a bad dream. "I will try my best to help you stop those nightmares Cloud.... I will do everything I can to help....."

"Me..... Cloud...." "Cloud....." "I love you Cloud..... finally I can say those back without holding back.... you don't know how much that means to me.... how much you mean to me....."

"I will try my best to help you stop those nightmares Cloud.... I will do everything I can to help....." Cloud looked up at her when she said that and their eyes met then...."Thank you...I just...No matter what I do, he's always in my head...And now this L'Cie thing...It's made things a lot worse.....I feel better though now too.....I can talk to you about any thing....And you won't judge me....Or push me away...." He was happy and relieved now. If things happened on their vacation then it would just happen....He really needs one and he knew she did to.....Maybe even Barret could keep the bar open...."Hey, maybe Barret can keep the bar open would that relax you?"

Cloud knew how devoted she was to this bar....This was just not a bar either....This was their home....And Cloud understood then, that she had a soft spot for this place as he did as well....For this was the only place for the kids to live and be safe from dangers.....Cloud then leaned in to kiss her.....He wanted to show her more how well he loved her too....Especially on this vacation they were about to take.....

"I know....." Tifa replied, she knew how bad those dreams could be for Cloud, and being a l'Cie wasn't making things any easier. "But remember Cloud..... your not alone you have friends that care about you.... friends that would fight and risk their lives for you..... and you have me...."

She added reminding him of everything. Now she knew why Cloud really wanted to go on vacation. A week of from work could actually be good for both of them. Tifa only hesitated because she didn't want to stop her work in the bar worried about the place and the customers when they find out Seventh Haven was closed for a week.

"Barret....?" Tifa couldn't help but let a chuckle escape her lips. "I don't think thats a good idea..... you know how he gets when he is angry some times.... and with the handgun he might scare some of the customers...." she explanied, so the best solution was to keep the bar closed till they come back. At least then the place might still be in one piece.

Cloud looked up at her....He always seemed to forget that he had friend that would stand by him and help him though the tough times....He was always on his own when it came to fighting.....He was not ask for help unless he really needed it.....

"I always seem to for get that don't I?" He smirked a smile.....But it was true....She would be the one to remind him he had friends that would go to end of the world for him.....

"Barret....?" "I don't think thats a good idea..... you know how he gets when he is angry some times.... and with the handgun he might scare some of the customers...." Cloud couldn't help but laugh at that....She was right....He could just picture that in his head...

"Alright....Hey....What about Alex...? He seems like the right guy for the job....And he's always wanting to help you out with some thing...."

Tifa shook her head at Cloud's worlds. She knew without a doubt that Alex would be great help taking care of the bar, but after what happened in his life she didn't want to trouble him with anything, at least not now. "I know...." She uttered with a sigh "But I don't want to burden him or anyone for that matter with the responsibility of taking care of the bar..... besides you know how some can be when they get drunk..... even I have trouble dealing with those customers...."

Tifa added explaining her reason. "I think the best thing to do is to just close the bar for one week and hope the locals understand...." she added leaning up for a quick kiss before letting her eyes gaze into his mako blue she loved so much. "We better get some rest then right..... tomorrow is going to be a long day..."

Cloud smiled. He was so fine with that. He could give Barret a vacation with his daughter and Denzel too....So Tifa just wanted to close the bar completely? That was fine with him. What ever she wanted to do....

"I guess I can call Barret to let him a little vacation on his own...That way he can spend more time with Marlene and Denzel...." Cloud replied as he looked into her eyes then.....

"And yeah...You have nothing to worry about Tifa.....All your luggage is ready to go....As well as mine....I uh...had Marlene help me with that...Come on....Let's go to bed...." He stood up and reached his hand out for her to take......

"If we're going on vacation....We need to be together when we both wake up....." He smiled sweetly....

"You already told Marlene to pack my things..... wait how did you know I would agree to go on this vacation before asking?" Tifa asked with a chuckle. She was surprised to see Cloud excited about this trip but she couldn't deny that she was too. This would be after all the first vacation they take without the kids, and now that they were together things were different.

Tifa lowered her gaze at Cloud's last words, did he just suggest that they sleep together again? Even if it was just shearing the bed so that they wake up together. The very thought made her cheeks blush though she tried her best to hide them from Cloud. " Yeah alright...." She replied nervously taking his hand before walking up to her room with him. "I just need to make sure everything I need is already packed" She added turning with a smile at Cloud before checking everything to make sure they got everything they needed for the trip.
