Warrior PrincessYeah I'm a Princess...but I'm no Damsel in Distress...Far from it. "You have got to be kidding me...." Repa huffed in an angry tone as she wandered the streets alone. Pure daylight and she got lost already. Lady luck was just not on her side much anymore! In fact, Repa believed she was doomed to hit rock bottom sometime soon at the rate things were going for her. Would ANYTHING good ever happen? Probably not, whether it be she tripped on a curb or someone close to her died....Doom always seemed to stalk her and just waited to make its next attack against her. Rock bottom wasn't too far...but how much would it take to get back up from rock bottom? That's what Repa wondered. Repa was here, not for a particularly important reason, but it was a place to be. Away from home, anywhere but there, was a good place to be right now. Why had Repa picked this world? Well her old friend Noctis just so happened to live here...and well, that was a plus, someone she knew, but today, Repa adventured out on her own and as always something bad happened. Typical. Maybe she was a jinx or something? She started to wonder. She stared around looking totally lost and confused, which she was. A heavy sigh escaped her lips as she placed her hands on her hips and stared down at the ground, obviously frustrated. Repa closed her eyes and grumbled to herself before sitting on the edge of a curb as other people simply walked by...knowing their way around. "If im just plain unlucky...may lightning strike upon me now!" Repa waited for it to actually happen, but it didnt. Shocking really. Maybe she wasn't that unlucky after all. A small smile appeared across her face as she rested her head in her hands and closed her eyes. Just then Repa felt a raindrop hit her head, she stared up, the clouds were dark and rain began to fall, lightly but increasing its intensity quickly. Oh that smile was long gone now and replaced by a frown. "Or rain....whatever makes everyone else happy." She mumbled.

"Ah, another simple...yet boring day.." Sighed the well bored Scar as he rested his hands to the back of his head and made some well striated steps around the area. His eyes glancing about as he looked to find some entertainment as well as some possible information if needed for the future. Hunting for what felt like nothing was, well, boring.. Not usually his type of work, but it was his excuse to go out and find something fun to do. Or something along those lines. Even if it was something like a small drink, at least it was something.
As Scar continued to walk, he saw the sights of, not that many people. His head tilted as he finally lowered his arms to his sides. "How the hell is the people..?" He asked himself, looking about only to see the sights of one young girl. His head tilted a bit towards her as he was curious as to why she was out all by herself.. then again, so was he. "Well, what's- ah!" He stopped his words at the pat of a rain drop met his his face, as did another.
Trotting a few feet back, he wiped the small droplets off his face and sighed. "Well, now a boring and gloomy day." Scar's brow raised as he looked up to see the clouded sky. He turned his gaze back down to the girl and his smile began to curl. She was all by herself, why not get her a small drink or something?
"Oi." He grunted to try and get her attention. The rain was beginning to pat them down even harder. And from what Scar had saw in the distance, there was a bar no too far from where they are standing. "Want to try and get out of this soon to be down pour or do you like to get wet?" He asked her with a rather coy smile. In ways, he was trying to cheer her up as well as himself. Maybe he was about to make a new friend in all of this...
Maybe.

Warrior PrincessYeah I'm a Princess...but I'm no Damsel in Distress...Far from it. Rain. Great. At least it wasn't lightning, for now that is. If Repa challenged anything else to go wrong it just might. Getting struck by lightning probably wouldn't be the funnest thing to do at this point in time. Just getting rid of stress would make her feel SOOO much better. She didn't mind the rain all so much as it was light and kind of refreshing, but if it started to downpour, then she would move most likely. She stared at the ground as the dropplets started to dye the pavement darker with each drop. Something caught her attention. Repa let her eyes scan the area as they locked onto Scar. Was he trying to get her attention? Well seemed so seeing as everyone else was smart enough to get out of the rain except for her. With a smirk she stood up from where she was sitting and looked up at the sky. It was getting even darker...Wow. Doom and Gloom did haunt her in many ways, even if it was just rain...which was just bad timing really. Not her fault it would rain. As Repa stared at the sky, drops hitting her face, she held out her hands and let the rain bounce off her leather gloves before smiling. "It's only water....It's not like I'll melt...." Wait, second thought. Knowing her luck she might as well melt. She let her hands drop to her sides and looked over at Scar. "I think getting out of the rain is probably a good idea..." But where to go? She didn't know her way around much that was for sure...hence her being lost-ish. With a smirky smile she looked around for a place to go before looking back at scar with a raised eyebrow. "Where to?" Repa asked now waiting for the rain to just dump on her, or for her to slip and fall or something else that she normally would do...unexpectedly.

The rain was the same as how rain works. Usually very dark and gloomy. The drops were actually...warm rather then cold. It felt really really weird. But all feelings aside, he at least got the girl to get to her feet. He smiled a bit to her as she seemed to admire the darkened sky as well.
A small chuckle then came form him as she mentioned that it was only a bit of rain and that she wouldn't melt. "Alright, point taken." He nodded and wiped a few more rain drops off his face as he stared. It was, however, starting to get a little annoying. They seemed to be attracted into hitting his eyes. Like, directly into them. And it bloody hurt when you didn't expect it.
She then suggested in getting out of the rain, and Scar nodded with approval. "Alright! Good choice." He chuckled. As she then asked as to where to, he quickly pointed down the road. "Well, I was about to go there myself, but then I saw you having that...doom and gloom look and I wanted to see if I could...possibly cheer ya up.." Scar smirked to her as he continued to point. "C'mon! I'll get you a drink." He waved her over to head towards the bar.

Warrior PrincessYeah I'm a Princess...but I'm no Damsel in Distress...Far from it. Well this was enough rain for now. Repa wanted to get inside somewhere before she got soaked, so now she really wanted to move. Upon looking down the street at the building Scar was pointing at she nodded some. Okay well that'd at least be out of the rain, she could wait it out before attempting to find her way around again, that should be fun. Of course she decided then to try and be happy, having people notice her look of doom and gloom didn't make her anymore happy. That was a judgment people would make and she didn't want people thinking she was depressed or emo or something else along those lines. First impressions were so hard to succeed in anymore... A bigger smile appeared on her face. "Well thank you. Some cheering up sounds Sooooo good right now." Well at least something good had come out of her day so far. Possible new friend perhaps? Maybe. So long as Repa didn't make any bad impressions or something. And so with that thought in her mind telling herself to be nice and what not, she finally moved towards the building Scar had pointed to before. She walked a little quicker and turned around to walk backwards facing Scar. "Im Repa by the way..." She smiled a bit. "just thought i would go ahead and start some introductions" And she shrugged and turned back around. This world was a great choice for her first pick. Everyone seemed so much nicer here, and not to mention the fact that Repa sorta kinda maybe knew her way around, but not enough. It was better than being in a place knowing no one...and not knowing where anything was. Maybe rock bottom had already appeared and this was her climbing her way back up again. Hopefully, no need for anymore problems. Upon arriving at the bar she was happy to be out of the rain. She shook her jacked of the little dropplets that clung to the fabric before actually going inside, and with a smile. Although the day had turned from sunny- to rainy...it sure went from unhappy to a little better than Repa expected...

Her reply was well answered in scar's eyes as she answered that she felt some cheering up would be good at the time. A large smile came from him as he replied back. "Sweet..! I heard their food is good too." He informed and began to, somewhat almost skip his way there. The girl seemed to move quickly as she went ahead and her legs were leading her own way. Soon enough, however, she quickly stopped and turned to face Scar, gaining his attention to stop.
She introduced herself as Repa. With a small chuckle he nodded in affirmation that he understood her name. "A different name. Never heard of it before." He stated simply. After implying that she just wanted to at least introduce herself, they both continued their way into the bar and he continued to hold his smile.
They finally made it inside, roof over their heads and a few seats were placed before them. Quickly, before they were taken, Scar rushed over to where there was two seats at a small table and he sat down, keeping the other chair open for Repa. As she moved over to sit, Scar looked around for any menus before he turned his attention back to her. "Nice to meet you, Repa. Name's Scar." He introduced himself a little late, but it was better then not doing it at all. He offered his hand for her to shake. His smile still kind looking as ever.

Warrior PrincessYeah I'm a Princess...but I'm no Damsel in Distress...Far from it. Repa couldn't help but smile now, and a small laugh escaped her lips as well when talking of her name. It most certainly was different and uncommon. In fact, Repa never heard her name used anywhere else before. So that made her unique...as if other things didn't this just added to her differences between the normal people or her world...and ever where else, and herself. "Yeah....Repa is very different...." She shrugged some not bothering with it really. It's not like being different bothered her...it was just that...being different in so MANY ways bothered her. Well the place looked nice and at least there was a place to sit and wait out the rain for now. Repa sat down and looked around a bit, might be a place to come to again sometime maybe. Depends how good everything actually was. Then his introduction came, at least it came sometime. Better late than never! It didn't bother Repa. So she smiled and nodded before shaking his hand. "It's nice to meet you too Scar...Actually its very nice to meet you....You're probably the first Nice person i've met around here..." She shrugged some resting her arms on the table. Repa smirked a bit as she thought about this place, she knew very few people and making new friends was the best thing that could happen. Knowing more people in more places was the way to go, it helped if you ever got in a tight spot or needed something. "Im guessing you're a Local here? I myself am just....er...visiting..." Starting small conversation was good, better than sitting there in silence just staring. Besides, Scar seemed like the kind of person Repa could easily get along with, at least thats what she thought for now.

His smirk continued as Repa then took his hand and gave it a quick shake. "Ah, a good arm!" He chuckled as he took his hand back and gave it a bit of a flex. Repa then was mentioning to him as to how she was happy to have met him as well as him possibly being the first nice person she's yet to meet here.
"Really? Guess you've either not been here long or you've been busy." He shrugged with a raised brow as he over looked a menu near by and saw what he wanted. He looked back to Repa and tilted his head. "Well, you do seem like the new type. You on vacation or something?" Scar asked curiously. He had a tendency of asking a bit more then he should, but he was always interested in others. Especially those with interestingly different names.
She answered him though, she was only just visiting, Nodding he did respond to her little question. "Yeah. I usually travel here and there, but I'm just hanging out here for today. Didn't know it'd rain till those clouds showed up." He confessed with a small chuckle. Finally, the waiter came up to them, wearing a small apron and seemed to have that punkish look to 'em. A small earring and a bit of a spike to his hair. Pretty simple. Scar ordered a simple small alcoholic beverage and turned to Repa, pretty much saying he was done with his order.

Warrior PrincessYeah I'm a Princess...but I'm no Damsel in Distress...Far from it. Repa let her eyes wander as she looked at the other people. Friendly and chatting, she really hadn't been here that long so there was bound to be more people to meet, pending on how long she actually decided to stay, which was indefinate right now. Only time would tell really. "I got here probably...a few days ago? I've lost track of time and the days." She shrugged her shoulders up with a slight giggle. Staying here a little longer would probably be good. Get to know the town a bit, learn her way around then pop over to a new world and come back again someday with a better knowledge of things. Repa smirked and looked back at Scar now. "I guess you could call it a vacation....or an escape from stress." She said smiling wide. Her day had taken a 180 turn and gone in the other direction, from horrible to good. "But i think vacation sounds better...sounds more relaxing." Vacationing...why didn't Repa think of that before? Why didn't she take a vacation instead of running out on EVERYTHING? It would've saved her and alot of other people she knew alot of trouble. Oh well, too late now. "Well this is certainly a nice city...." Repa stated what she really thought. It was modern, yet there was a hint of history to it. "I've actually been here a few times before...but not enough to know much about it...." Repa had come here with her father a few times, thats how she met Noctis many years back, and she figured why not visit? Catch up? it just worked. Repa almost didn't even notice the waiter come up, she wasn't really ready to order because she hadn't really looked at anything. So she made a quick choice. Pulled out her I.D. and just did the same, a small drink, easy enough. She looked back at Scar once the waiter left. "Do you happen to know a guy named Noctis?" She asked randomly.

Scar listened to the visitor as she explain dhow she had only been here for a few days. "I'm guessing you've not seen it all yet, then." He figured and rubbed his annoyed eye. That rain was really beating down on him. Pressure and all. "Although, I can see how you may have lost track of time. It does that to ya when you visit new places. Totally understandable." He stated with a nod. She seemed to agree with the idea of it being like a vacation, to get away from such stresses and whatnot.
Understandable.
After a few more words, then sudden silence, scar could tell Repa was now deep in thought. Seems there was something more to her life, but as curious as Scar was, he knew it would be more then rude to pry in for more info, so he figured to let it be for the time being. still, he was almost concerned about his new acquaintance. She then reclaimed about the city being rather nice and he nodded with quick agreement.
"Yeah. It's nice. Just gotta be careful at some parts." He stated. It was like that in every city. Always good to be careful. She then mentioned that she had been here before, but from the way she sounded, it had to have been a while ago. "Ah, a visit I see." Scar's brow rose as he placed his hands together and propped his chin on to them like a small stand.
As the waiter moved away to get their drinks, the next question caused Scar's brow to raise even more. "Noctis? Oh, yeah I know the guy!" He chuckled. "Haven't seen him in a while, but I plan to see 'em again soon. How do ya know 'em?" He asked her, waiting for their drinks to come.

Warrior PrincessYeah I'm a Princess...but I'm no Damsel in Distress...Far from it. Oh Repa was far from seeing much of anything really. That there was another reason she left home for...'world hopping' if thats what you wanna call it. She literally wanted to 'see it all' and get to know other worlds better than just knowing there was other life on them. If she, or her brother, were going to take over their home world someday, Repa wan't to be prepared to deal with other people and worlds so she didn't fail at everything. Adding onto her stress but she channelled it more as a vacation than research and development. "I tend to loose track of alot of things." She muttered with a soft smile. Poke fun at herself, lighten her own mood. Repa never really noticed when she went into deep thought. It sometimes just took over her at times, many times really. Seemed all she did anymore was space off into thought. That would have to stop sometime...especially while talking with other people, it made you look like you were ignoring them or not even listening. So with a few blinks and a slight shake of her head Repa tuned back into the conversation. Her mind still running laps over almost anything that came to mind but at least some attention was being put forth into the conversation. She nodded at his statements about being careful around the city, but that was everywhere....No place was perfect. Repa finally truely smiled with a laugh, now talking about Noctis. She rubbed the back of her head and smiled Sheepishly. Well if this guy knew Noctis then some of things she could say would be surprising. Noctis was different around Repa, probably because they had known eachother so long and Repa didn't care any for his trying to act cool or whenever he was just utterly quiet. That was Noct and well she didn't want him changed from being just himself. "Oh Noctis and I go way back....Whenever I did visit here...I was always with my father on...business trips so to speak, and well I'd always find Noct alone and eventually we formed a friendship." She shrugged a bit, a grin glued to her face as she couldn't help smiling. "And here I am...about 15 years after we met visiting once again...."So Repa and Noct had known eachother a long time, and Noctis was probably no doubt Repa's best friend whom she trusted with everything. For now that was, at this rate, Repa was gaining friends faster than she would've ever dreamed of. It was like...starting over, no one knew her, could judge her for anything she did, and it made things even more simple for her. A new start. That sounded good to her. Once again, caught in thought again. Repa felt herself space out before coming back to reality once again as the drinks were set infront of them. "Im sorry...I tend to space out a lot....so don't mind me." She said before taking a sip of her drink and trying not to stare off into space again.
