Nightmares become real...

Cloud stood by a window in his bed room one morning. It was only a few days ago when he confessed his true feelings for Tifa! And he was actually smiling at that. He was happy all the way around! He knew he wanted to be with Tifa more than any thing else. He wanted to make this home a family! And he was off to a great start at it. He even didn't let his brand bother him right now. Cause he and Tifa would start planning for their wedding right now. And he was going to go shopping with her today. He hated shopping! But when it came to this special occasion he was not grumbling.

Cloud finally walked down stairs to the bar. And went to close the bar up for the day since he and Tifa would be busy. Cloud wanted to spend some time with Tifa alone any way. She would not object with this...Even if she did, she would just have to accept it. That there would be no working today allowed...They had to plan their wedding and send out about a ton of invitations. And he just knew that they would be up well past mid night doing that. But he had a lot on his list to do today. So that would have to wait. He then heard some one come down stairs....and turned around.....

[Vincent Valentine]

"Well. Sad to see the bar closed for the day." Vincent smirked from the corner of the room where he watched Cloud happily close the bar. His eyes seemed rather happy and almost glistening with joy over the fact with..Tifa. It was rather..cute, but Vincent was the last person on earth to even debate that through all of this.

His arms were crossed as best as they could as his back as leaned on that of a wall, his crimson eyes watching. Sure, he did not have the permission to really enter, but he was already in when Cloud was closing the place. It wasn't entirely Vincent's fault for being just so darn quiet.

Still, Cloud was in such a joyful rush...it was starting to freak Vincent out. "You can relax, Cloud. You're scaring me." A small smirk resided on Vincent's face as the sounds of footsteps seemed to gain both of their attention. No, it was obviously not himself. He was already in the room, but he was sure to give Cloud a bit of a scare. Those were usually fun. It was...almost kinda hard to really get the picture of his friend being as joyous as he was.. But Vincent was happy for him. He and Tifa did deserve each other. it was...pretty obvious, after all.

[Tifa Lockhart]

Tifa woke up with a smile at the thought of the previous week; Cloud’s words were still fresh in her mind. She blushed and smiled slowly opening her eyes to glance at the ceiling. He asked her to marry him and she still couldn’t believe that Cloud really asked.

Not only did her confess his feelings for her, but he actually proposed. ‘It’s still not official though…’ Tifa thought knowing that she still had to wait for a ring before she could say anything to her friends.

Tifa turned to glance at her clock to see that it was almost time to open the bar. Unaware that Cloud had other plans for the day, she jumped out of her bed grabbed her clothes from a drawer, and instantly changed. Once dressed and ready she rushed down the stairs. Tifa stooped surprised to see Vincent there so early.

“Vincent….. You’re here earlier than usual.” She glanced from him to Cloud before moving to clean the dishes. But as she did, Tifa glanced up at the two “why do I have the feeling that there is something I don’t know?” She asked glancing from Vincent to Cloud.

Zack lay in bed, arms behind his head, fully dressed thinking about everything he had been told by Aerith, Cloud and Tifa. Mainly the fact that Cloud was a l’cie. He had been shocked by the news until he remembered that Aerith had told him that in the lifestream, and that was one of the reason’s he was even alive. He had had this feeing it was something more then simply being alive and getting a second chance, and he was right. It was going to be so hard not to let on that he knew Cloud was a l’cie. He knew Cloud didn’t want him to know, which he could understand, but he wished he could be there for his best friend more. He sighed a bit and shook his head, trying to stop thinking. He hated thinking to much, it just made him want to sigh, and he hated having the feeling of actually wanting to sigh.

He had heard the door open and close before, so he should probably go down and be with Cloud. He smiled when he remembered about Cloud asking him to be best man. He couldn’t believe it! But he was so glad for his friend. He wondered if Cloud had told Tifa about what was happening tonight. Probably, he told Tifa everything he wouldn’t tell anyone else. Suddenly he heard light fast footsteps going down the steps and got out of bed quickly. The bed was already made so he just yawned, stretched and opened his door to walk out. He had been up for awhile, he was used to that being in SOLDIER previously. Old habits die hard.

So walking down the steps, he observed that Cloud and Vincent were in the room, as well as Tifa. He heard her ask why she thought there was something she didn’t know and glanced at Cloud quickly, Mouthing out the words, ‘she doesn’t know?’ Grinning then he dropped into a chair and waved, “Heya Cloud, Heya Tifa!” he said in greeting before yawning again. Smiling over at Vincent he nodded, “And of course Morning Vincent!” he had just met Vincent a few days before while fighting those…whatever they were.

He glanced around, he knew they were going to have fun today. Reaching back he settled the buster sword on his back better. You never knew, as was seen with the portal, when something was going to come at you. Besides he knew from experience he should never be without his buster sword. He cracked his neck and knuckles in his hand, before that happy smile of his resurfaced. It was going to feel good to just have fun!

"You can relax, Cloud. You're scaring me." Cloud jumped as he heard that voice in the back of him…And turned around to see Vincent! He must have sneaked in when Cloud did not notice. And Cloud had finally calmed down and grabbed his chest to calm his heart down….”Vincent! Sorry…you scared me…Yeah…I’m okay now….” Cloud then smiled as he saw the girl of his dreams walk down to the bar but he sighed when he saw Tifa go back to cleaning….

“Vincent….. You’re here earlier than usual.” “why do I have the feeling that there is something I don’t know?” Cloud walked over to her behind the bar and took the wash rag out of her hand and kissed her several times on the side of her face as he wrapped his arms around her….And just played with her by tickling her lower back to make her giggle…..”You’ll see soon babe….And no cleaning allowed!”

“Heya Cloud, Heya Tifa!” “And of course Morning Vincent!” Cloud stopped doing that to Tifa when Zack came down stairs and smiled as he held Tifa close to him….”Hey pal! How did you sleep? I’m sorry for the lack of funiture in your room right now….I’m expecting stuff to arrive some time today…Like a new computer and some more items….I want you to feel at home here….” Cloud did worry if that room Zack stayed in was some thing that Zack was not used to…

[Repa Raines]

Yeah I'm a Princess...but I'm no Damsel in Distress...Far from it.

What was on todays agenda? Absolutely Nothing. Repa normally didn't plan out her days like some people. She just went with the flow of things, but today...today felt like a good day to go out, see some people and chat. A social day! And where was the best place to do this? She knew, she wanted to go to Seventh Heaven today, Tifa would be there, her newly found friend and surely it wouldnt be too busy to talk right? So as Repa scurried out of her little condo and onto the streets she headed directly for Seventh Heaven.

Once outside Seventh Heaven she sighed. Closed. Darn it. Maybe Tifa was still- wait, there were people inside. She saw Tifa and another recognizable face, Cloud Strife! Followed by two new faces. Repa figured she could just pop in and things would be fine. Besides, she had friends in there so it wouldn't be a big deal. So Repa waltzed right into Seventh Heaven with a smile on her face as her eyes locked onto Tifa and Cloud first, the ones she knew. "Hey Tifa, Hi Cloud." Repa said with a nod towards them. "I just came down here to see if you were here. and turns out I was lucky."

Repa let her gaze shift over to Zack, then Vincent. Friends of Tifa and Cloud no doubt. She smiled and nodded at them some. "Hello there...I don't think we've met before." Repa said to both of the guys. "Im Repa..." After introducing herself she looked back at Tifa and Cloud. "Are you doing anything specific today?" Repa asked sheepishly hoping she wasn't intruding on anything really.

((just so everyone knows. Cloud and I decided to continue how cloud and repa know eachother from SH. So there you have it.))

[Vincent Valentine]

To see Cloud's little jump gave Vincent a small chuckle. "I'm not that scary.." He raised his brow in a somewhat waved pattern as he mentioned that and sighed. Cloud indicated that he was alright and Vincent just shook his head. As Cloud was still in a bit of a rush for Tifa, the young girl and Zack, his most recently met acquaintance were down the steps and out in the bar. He gave a small wave to Zack with his right arm as he gave a small nod to Tifa. " I woke up early. Felt like saying hi." He figured out loud towards her small mention of him arriving rather early.

He was usually always an early bird, so this was no problem for him. However, it seemed to be one interesting morning for him to be apart of. Not that he minded at all. In fact, it was more entertaining, really. As Tifa then mentioned something about there being more here then she knew, or something along those lines, Vincent remained silent as Cloud made his way over to the overly cleaning woman and gave her a good giggle as he took the rag out of her hands.

His suggestion in no cleaning almost made Vincent want to throw a rag at the gravity defying hair Cloud had. "To make a woman like Tifa to stop cleaning will most likely get us all killed, Cloud." He figured and looked over to Zack. At that time, Cloud was mentioning to get more furniture for him for his new room. "And it's good to see that Cloud has another buddy to hang around here. I was almost going to get worried if it was just going to be Cloud and Tifa all by themselves here.." With his semi-smart remark made, he focused onto the two love birds and tilted his head.

'Ok, Cloud. What's on your mind?" He asked with his brow raised, raised enough to where his read headband his it. This was proving to be entertaining alright.

However, maybe it was too soon to think such. As he finished, his eyes caught the sight of another. A young girl, darkened hair and a pretty good smile to her face. After a small greeting to both Cloud and Tifa, her eyes then focused on Vincent and Zack. She quickly introduced herself to them and Vincent only gave her a small nod of acknowledgment. She seemed infatuated with Cloud and Tifa at the time and would introduce himself later when the time was right. For now, he felt it best to just leave things as they were for now.

[Reno Sinclair]

Fiery Red Head
Looks like today we're clockin' out early

Reno didn't know what drew him back to visit so quickly. He did tell Tifa he would visit soon, besides he had some tools to return. Tifa had let him borrow some after his helicopter had received some damage from a raging summon. Thankfully that was an easy one to fix and go unnoticed by anyone back at ShinRa. So here he was today, back in Midgar and keeping his word, he came to visit Tifa, but had NO idea what he was going to run into today. Had he known Cloud would be here...he probably wouldn't have thought to come...But at least he dragged someone along with him...He dragged Cissnei along.

"Not too much farther." Reno said walking down the sidewalk, Seventh Heaven coming into view, a grin appeared on his face. Happy Reno, thats all he was anymore, good things were happening to him lately. He had gotten forgiveness from Tifa and from Zack- lucky for Reno he didn't have to earn that one with doing thousands of squats or something- And Cissnei had returned to ShinRa. It seemed things were going up hill lately. Until Reno walked through the door oblivious to the whole place being closed. When Reno walked in...well....he was shocked and afraid.

Reno locked eyes with a familiar face. A face he really didn't want to run into for a long time. Reno still had to apologize to this one person. Once Reno had locked eyes with Cloud Strife, he seriously debated walking right back out before Cloud could kill him. But since he had already made an appearance he figured, just stand and look calm. Tifa wouldn't let Reno die by Cloud's hands right? Reno looked off to the side and put his hands in his pockets. "Umm....Quite the gathering you got going on here." He said with a nervous laugh before being quiet once again. Thank god he brought Cissnei, otherwise he probably would have walked right back out.

[Cissnei]

...Quiet Warrior...

Cissnei hadn’t told Reno that she had apologized to both Tifa and Cloud. Cloud hadn’t really liked it, but he had eventually forgiven her. Actually she hadn’t told anyone, a bit apprehensive that she would get in trouble. She didn’t think either Reno or Rude would turn her in, but what if it got out and Rufus figured it out? Glancing up at what she considered to be her big brother she gulped. “Reno….? I um…why are we going there anyway?” She wondered if she should tell Reno about asking them to be forgiven, deciding she should she gulped and touched his arm. “Reno? I um…I need to tell you something but please don’t tell Rufus or I’ll get in trouble…”

Glancing around she looked at him, almost worried that Rufus could hear them, though she knew he couldn’t. “I talked to Tifa and Cloud a few days ago…and asked them to forgive me…” She peeked over at him before looking down and walking some more. He had drug her with him, which she hadn’t known why until he had mentioned where they were going. She was a bit apprehensive too, even if they had forgiven her, what if they were in a bad mood today and just got angrier that they were here? She wouldn’t leave Reno to face it alone to go there though. He said he had to return some tools, so she just kept walking with him.

As they walked in she held her breath, before her eyebrows raised and her jaw dropped. There were…many people here, not simply Tifa or Cloud, but…well a lot of them. And then she saw something…Zack! “Zack!” She said with a smile, she hadn’t seen him although Cloud had said he was alive. She had always thought herself in love with him before she figured out that it had been more of a brother love. But she remained by Reno, not leaving him as she could suddenly feel that his nerves were on end. Smiling she glanced around, “Hello everyone!” She said in a quite voice, although she was a bit nervous to. They would probably not like two Turks showing up. She put her arm on Reno’s hand almost to steady his nerves, her crimson eyes holding concern.

[Tifa Lockhart]

"You could have used the phone if it was to say hi..... but I am glad your here.... let me know if you want anything to eat or drink as always..." Tifa said with another one of her famous smiles, before she continued with washing the dishes.


"Cloud what are you doing.....?" Tifa asked once Cloud took the rag out of her hands before whispering that cleaning wasn't allowed. "Cloud what.... I have to open the bar in a few minutes......" He started tickling her and she couldn't help but giggle a few times as her face flushed bright red. "Cloud....." she whispered his name, and was glad to see that he stopped when Zack walked down the stairs.

Tifa held his hand as Cloud moved ho hold her closer to him. She smiled and blushed once again before glancing back at Zack. "Hey Zack...." Vincent wasn't the only one to come that early, Repa soon walked through the bar doors causing her smile to brighten as she rushed to hug her friend.

"Hey Repa its good to see you again...." She paused for a moment thinking of an answer before shaking her head. Her plans were just to open the bar and work as always, but she had a feeling Cloud had other things in mind. "I don't know if there is anything special today really...." Tifa said glancing back to Cloud as she answered.

Soon Reno followed by Cissnei walked to the door. Another surprise but Tifa smiled once again as she rushed to greet them "Hey Reno.... Cissnei...... its good to see you two again......"

Zack grinned as Cloud held Tifa close. They made the cutest couple ever…so he just sat down and smiled to himself, wondering what was all going down today. He shook his head, “I slept great! And don’t worry about it, Its more furniture then I’m used to!” He said with a chuckle before yawning and stretching his muscles. “I feel at home already so please don’t worry about me! Worry about keeping Tifa from cleaning as I heard you say…that will be a challenge.” He said with a grin and laughed outright when Vincent spoke about them all getting killed.

He raised an eyebrow and smiled, “Yup they’re gonna have to put up with me for a little while…poor souls!” He said with a grin before standing up and getting some water to drink. Retreating back to the seat he had been sitting on he took a drink and tried to keep his mind on good things instead of bad. It wouldn’t do to think of bad things on such a nice day! Besides everyone seemed to be happy, which made him extremely happy as well. How often did they get a chance to be happy and have fun anyway?

Then a girl burst in. His eyebrows raised but he smiled nonetheless. She was a pretty girl with long black hair. He lifted a hand in greeting to the girl who said her name was Repa. “Heya Repa! I’m Zack, Zack Fair, nice to meet ya.” He saw that Vincent hadn’t said his name, but from what Zack had seen of him he was simply being himself. He didn’t care though and had a pleasant smile on his face while looking at her. “wow lots of people!” He said with a grin before he heard the door open once again. Turning he heard his name spoken and he felt he should know the voice. Seeing an auburn headed Turk he smiled, “Cissnei?”

And then his eyes went toward the second red headed Turk, who seemed to be a tad bit on edge. “Reno you told me she wasn’t with you guys anymore you liar.” He said with a laugh. His voice was happy, not caring that Reno was tense. He shook his head and walked over by them. He and Reno had shared quite the experience with the beasts that had come out of the portal he had showed Vincent, so he classified Reno as a friend once again. Hugging Cissnei he grinned before putting a hand out to shake Reno’s. He was trying to avoid any tension that was in the room. "Good to see you again man."

"Hey Tifa, Hi Cloud." Cloud turned his head and saw some one he had not seen in a long time! Repa! ”Repa!” He ran over and gave her a hug of welcome! He was happier now that others were indeed showing up! "I just came down here to see if you were here. and turns out I was lucky." ”Well, I’m glad you made perfect timing!” He smiled at her…Repa was considered his little sister he never had…Where as Zack was the brother he never had…"Hello there...I don't think we've met before." Cloud laughed at what Vincent replied…And just looked down…To some he would be…But Tifa and Cloud knew him…And how he was…So he was cool with them…." I woke up early. Felt like saying hi." Again Cloud just said nothing and ignored that question he wanted to make sure everyone was here to hear his plans….This was going to take a lot on his friends part….But he knew the more help the better…"Umm....Quite the gathering you got going on here."


But some one he knew he did not invite sure enough popped in the bar….Reno….There was some odd tension gathering in Cloud’s mind right now. As he looked at the red headed Turk….”What are you doing here?!” Cloud asked with a hard tone and firm glare at Reno..But remained where he was. He was scared that if he went any closer he would really loose his temper….And that was some thing he did not want to happen….


“Zack!” Cloud jumped as he heard another voice! One he knew all too well….Cissnei….He and Cissnei already had word on what the past happened to him and Zack….And she aplogized to him just as he did with her….And they were cool….But it was Reno that Cloud had yet to get an aplogogy from….“Hello everyone!” ”Cissnei…Hello….” Cissnei would probably read between the lines and see that Cloud and Reno had not yet made up…..


"You could have used the phone if it was to say hi..... but I am glad your here.... let me know if you want anything to eat or drink as always..." "Cloud what are you doing.....?" "Cloud what.... I have to open the bar in a few minutes......" ”No! I closed the bar early today…and you are all here for a reason….Just calm down and wait a few more minutes….” Cloud informed every one….But he was not saying any thing to any one until he was sure no one else was coming…."Cloud....." "Hey Zack...." "Hey Repa its good to see you again...." "I don't know if there is anything special today really...." "Hey Reno.... Cissnei...... its good to see you two again......"


“I slept great! And don’t worry about it, Its more furniture then I’m used to!” Cloud nodded at that…That was true…It would be hard on Zack some to have a home like this…He probably hadn’t had a place like this since he lived with his parents….But Cloud never would bring up his parents…..Because Cloud knows what had happened to them…..And that was a sore subject for his buddy….Cloud knew what to talk about and what not to talk about…..“Yup they’re gonna have to put up with me for a little while…poor souls!” Cloud looked down then and blushed as he hid his face in Tifa’s hair to hide his blushing…. “Heya Repa! I’m Zack, Zack Fair, nice to meet ya.” “wow lots of people!” Cloud was waiting on one more person….Aerith….Was she coming? He hoped she was learning how to use that cell phone he and Tifa bought her as a welcome back present….“Cissnei?” “Reno you told me she wasn’t with you guys anymore you liar.” "Good to see you again man."

Well...Repa most certainly felt he love in this room. Both Tifa and Cloud rushing to give her a hug and welcomes that just flew into her face, she barely had time to acknowledge everyone. But she tried. She quickly returned the hugs both cloud and tifa presented her with, she was glad to see everyone so happy. "Tifa, its good to see you too! And Cloud...what can I say? Im just good." She giggled about her having perfect timing apparently before Zack had introduced himself. Repa looked over at him and nodded with a smile. "It's nice to meet you Zack Fair."

Vincent had nodded at her, she took that as a hello for now, she didn't want to fell rude not saying anything to him but things just started to go a little quickly now, so she simply waved at him acknowledging that he was even there. Then as two new people had entered and all the happiness Repa felt in here seemed to breeze right out the door. She stared in awe at the bright red headed Turk, how could someones hair be that...vibrant?! Oh well. If Repa ever got to know this guy on a first name friendly basis...she'd have fun with the jokes...Carrot top...GINGER! She smiled to herself and waved slightly at the two new comers. She'd heard Tifa say their names. Reno the vibrant haired one and Cissnei the girl who seemed to be just plain sweet and nice. Repa could tell.

Repa walked over and stood a few feet away from Reno and Cissnei before deciding to introduce herself so all introductions were out of the way. "Hi there...Cissnei and Reno?" She said hoping she heard the names right from Tifa. "Im Repa, its nice to meet you....both" She said right as Cloud asked what Reno was doing there. So thats where the tension came from. Must be some sort of misunderstanding hopefully. No need to cause any drama today. So Repa slipped back into the background of everything and observed, waiting to see what was going on. Her initial reason for coming was to see if Tifa wanted to hang out or do something, but with such a large group...and tension, what would happen?
