[Reno Sinclair]

Reno felt nervous. Who would he run into in Midgar? He was afraid if...specific people seeing him and just ripping through him for all the things he did in the past. He was never proud of ShinRa's orders to hunt down Zack and Cloud, it just bothered Reno to an extent, but maybe he could fix all that. He was here for a reason. To apologize to some people, Specifically Cloud and Tifa. Reno had already talked to Tifa and was forgiven, he had proved his apology to be sincere and true, that was one person down. Reno was really afraid of what Cloud's reaction would be, hopefully when it came time to talk to him, Cloud didn't have his sword with him. Another person Reno wanted to talk to was Zack Fair. Of course Zack had died awhile back when he and Cloud were being hunted. Maybe someday Reno would get his chance to make amends with Zack.

Walking down the street wasn't so bad, no one really paid any attention to the firey red haired Turk. Reno found that great, no one stared at him today, Or even noticed his helicopter which he landed a little ways away on a rooftop. It was the easiest transportation for him, plus he was an excellent pilot. With a grin now coming to Reno's face he stood in the middle of the empty street staring at the sky. Maybe he'd stop by Seventh Heaven, Tifa did say he was welcome there now, but then again it was probably busy around this time, and he wasn't so sure he wanted to face Cloud yet. Well that crossed the bar off his list.

What was there to do when there was no danger to fight against? ShinRa hadn't given the Turks any orders to be taken care of lately so now it was just basically free time. Reno stuffed his hands in his pockets and looked around. "Where's the danger when you need something to do?" He asked himself aloud before slowly walking off again looking at the very few people who were out and about today. It felt like something was coming, something unexpected, and with that though Reno walked, still deep in thought and hardly paying any attention to his surroundings now.

Yup he was alive. He had seen Cloud, and even met Aerith once again. Everything seemed to be going great for him! Although he couldn’t believe he was alive…or even why he was alive again. He hadn’t been able to figure it out so far, although since he was alive once a gain he decided that he should just not question it and enjoy life. When did anyone ever get a second chance at things? And so he remained his energetic self, happy go lucky, happy that things were mellowing out, although one thing that bothered him was that Sephiroth and his remnants were back…but he was confident that they could deal with them.

And then something caught his eye…which was kinda hard to miss. A man in a suit walking down the street, flaming red hair so bright it could blind you…Reno…it was hard not to remember things when all you had to remember was the past. His brow furrowed when he saw him, although Zack didn’t hate any of the Turks, he was also apprehensive about meeting one. The Turks always had a motive to be where they were, so why was Reno here…now? Was he hunting him? He wondered if he should talk to the Turk or simply leave. He did however, wish to talk to him.

He had never had anything against Reno, or any of the Turks for that matter. So he hesitated, while Reno walked towards him, although he seemed to be lost in thought and hadn’t seen him. He hesitated, blue eyes glanced at Reno as he tried to decide whether to call out or duck away. Crossing his arms, he sighed, deciding to call out to him, even if Reno was indeed searching for him. “Hey Reno! Look alive!”

Reno was lost in his thoughts. Was he on Vacation? What would he say to Cloud or anyone else he ran into? What if Rufus ShinRa heard about his...apologizing for the actions he was ordered to do? Would he get fired? a talk? Why were all these questions running through his head! Technically i guess you could call this a vacation since he hadn't gotten an assignment lately, there really was nothing to do. Wow, Reno actually stared answering these questions. 'I hope Cloud doesn't kill me on sight...Tifa did say she would help me with that.' He thought before he heard something yelled at him. It made him lose his train of thought as someone told him to LOOK ALIVE. Reno looked up, his blue eyes searching for who was talking to him, till his eyes locked on a face that he wouldn't believe to be here.

Reno's face was covering in pure shock right now. His eye brows raised, his eyes a little wide and his expression mostly blank as he stared at none other than Zack Fair. Wasn't he...dead? Then again, more and more seemed to be coming out of the lifestream, like Sephiroth and his remnants, maybe Zack had escaped too, well obviously, but was there a reason behind it? 'He's alive? Woah. Ironic timing.' Seeing as Reno was just thinking of how he wanted to apologize to him. "Zack Fair?" Reno said almost as a statement rather than a question. Reno then walked forward till he was a few feet from zack.

"How did you...Erm...the lifestream....uh....You're Alive?!" Reno finally choked out before pushing the goggles on his forehead up more and making sure he wasn't going crazy.

He smiled in a greeting, although his eyes were still weary, even though he hadn’t ever really been able to get to know Reno, he had liked the crazy Turk. They just, never really saw enough of each other to be able to become friends, both being really busy with missions. When he asked the question as a statement, Zack just chuckled, “Well If I’m not my parents fed me for a long time without reason.” His arms were folded across his chest as Reno took a few steps forward, almost as if he didn’t believe he was real. “What…think I’m a ghost or something?” His eyebrows raised a bit, but he understood where Reno was coming from. After all, he hadn’t thought it possible for him to be alive either…but he was…or he thought he was.

And then the question…how? He just shook his head as Reno finally half way choked out what he had wanted to say. “yup! I’m alive…or at least I think I am…” He frowned at that, not quite admitting that he had no idea why he was alive or even how he had been brought back to life. Something told him Aerith had had a lot to do with it, but then again he wasn’t exactly sure.

Brow furrowed again as he took in the Turk before him, and he just had to get one thing out. “Your not hunting me are you?” He didn’t think the Turks knew he was alive…but then again one never knew. The Turks seemed to know everything that went on, especially stuff behind the scenes. Arms were crossed as he watched Reno push up his goggles and stare at him. He shifted from one foot to the other, before lifting his hands up and shrugging his shoulders, “Dude stop staring at me like that....” he said somewhat playfully, his mako blue eyes sparkling.

Reno was still trying to process this all. He never understood how anyone could escape the life stream. Whoever did, must've been REALLY lucky. Most people don't get a second chance, but seems that some do. Life was funny like that, making things confusing and such, never given a straight forward answer. Reno shook his head some to try and put this all together. "Not a ghost...I just can't believe you're alive!" This was unbelievable! Reno almost had the urge to poke zack in the arm to see if he was really there, but he didn't he just kinda stared a bit.

Finally onto a less, shocking subject. The idea of Reno and the other Turks hunting him again made Reno cringe. That wasn't something he wanted to relive. "No no no no! No hunting I promise." He said quickly trying to get that out of the way quickly. "But...About that...." Reno said trying to come up with the words, this wasn't like his apology to Tifa, that was a little easier because she was nice and didn't have a weapon strapped to her back. "Zack...im really sorry about all that before....you know how the Turks are....very dedicated and loyal to our job." He sighed.

"I hope...I can get your forgiveness...sometime" Now things were feeling akward. Reno just apologized, not a great apology but one none the less. He looked away and figured, if Zack forgave him, then there was only one more person on his list to talk to. Cloud Strife.

He smiled now, glad that he indeed wasn’t a ghost. When he had come back he had been confused, dazed and handn’t believed that he could be alive. How was it even possible…he HAD escaped the lifestream and even he didn’t know why. Aerith probably did, although he hadn’t really asked her about it. “To tell you the truth I couldn’t…can’ believe it either. It seems…well impossible, getting out I mean.” Holding out his arm he laughed, “wanna pinch me and see if I’m real?”

He just cocked his eyebrow when Reno stated that he wasn’t hunting him, but how could he be sure? He didn’t have the most trusting of looks on his face, but by the expression that went across Reno’s face it actually looked like he could trust him. He hesitated a few seconds, wanting to be friends with the Turks. He had always liked them, and besides, it wasn’t exactly heir fault the president had ordered them to chase him down. “Your…be honest Reno. I know the Turks…your really not hunting me?”

And then came something he had never expected. Jaw dropped as the fiery red headed Turk actually…apologized? He couldn’t…no way! He knew the Turks, and they had to keep everything under classification. “You…” And then he snapped his mouth shut. “Your…apologizing…?” Never had he expected that. He couldn’t believe he had heard Reno say that, but then again he had always liked Reno, as well as all the Turks, Cissnei, Tseng, Reno, Rude…they had all been pretty decent people, just to dedicated to their jobs.

“Is that off or on the record?” He spoke with a devilish little smile, before waving it off and taking a deep breath. That awkward silence filled the air as Zack decided whether or not to forgive him. He glanced at him and smiled a bit, his mako blue eyes intense. “I forgive you Reno, I always liked the Turks…even if they were way to dedicated to their jobs!” He understood where Reno was coming from, and decided to just forget about what happened in the past, which was hard since that was all he could remember. He held out his hand and just waited, “I know we were both way to busy on missions to be friends before…but how about now? Friends?”

Reno smile a bit. At least someone worth living got out of the lifestream. It was a shame that Sephiroth, his remnants and a few unmentionable beings had escaped the lifestream as well. For all Reno knew, with all these bad beings coming out hell was going to break loose, and that wouldnt be a fun fight to try and save Gaia from total destruction, but with people like Zack and Aerith out, that gave Reno a little hope on what was to come in the future. Reno gave out a small chuckle as Zack held out his arm. "I believe you. You're real"

After Reno apologized he was someone surprised by Zack's response. It seemed that Zack was surprised that Reno even apologized, and the really shocking thing for Reno was that Zack flat out forgave him. Just like that. Tifa at least had to have Reno prove himself, Zack was just more easy going. Reno shrugged some. "I felt the need to apologize for my...mistakes. No matter what my duties as a Turk tells me to do, I apologized, and im actually quite shocked you forgave me this easily." He chuckled a bit. "Tifa kicked me out of her bar not 5 minutes after i walked in." His grin widened but faded quickly as Zack held out his hand and talked of being friends.

Zack had forgiven him, and he wanted to be friends? This was unexpected. All Reno really wanted was forgiveness and to be somewhat of aquaintences, this was further down his list of things to accomplish. Reno's smile came back as he stepped forward and shook Zack's extended hand. "Friends. Sounds good to me." He said hoping that his future missions as a Turk, never set him in Zack, Tifa, or Cloud's path again. Otherwise all this hard work would be a waste of time and then none of them would really trust him. It was then he decided, if Mr. President assigned a mission that had anything to do with the destruction of Any of those three...Reno would refuse...he would rather receive a lecture or something, dock pays and all. "So how long have you been out of the lifestream?" Reno just felt the need to ask.

What was on Reno’s mind was in fact on Zack’s as well, Sephiroth and his remnants. Cloud had told him that Sephiroth was back, although he himself had not had an encounter with them as of yet. He wished to keep it that way but was smart enough to realize that it wouldn’t happen. With them around he would have to fight, which was one reason why his giant buster sword hung on his back, he wasn’t gonna be caught without his weapon, not anywhere with Sephiroth around. He just smiled when Reno told him that he believed him that he was real. Nodding happily, Zack crossed his arms and smirked, happy that he indeed was alive.

When Zack forgave him Reno was the one to get the shocked look on his face. Zack was kind of surprised that he himself had forgiven Reno so easily, but after all, the Turks hadn’t been the one hunting him like a dog, that had been the Army. He smiled a bit, nodding , not knowing Reno would be so shocked that he had accepted it. “Reno, I think more of you for feeling like you had to apologize. Why would you think I wouldn’t forgive you? You know me…I don’t like to hold a grudge, and besides, it was more of the Army’s doing that landed me dead.”

It was true, Zack didn’t like to hold a grudge, and he forgave easily. Zack laughed a bit when he spoke of Tifa kicking him out. “Really? Tifa did that? I’m kind of surprised…but not at the same time.” When Reno took his hand in a shake Zack shacked firmly and smiled at the same time. He liked Reno, he always felt like he was a decent guy, so maybe they could actually be friends this time. He cocked his head before crossing his arms again. “I’ve been out for a few weeks now. And it feels good believe me!”

Glancing at Reno he wondered how the rest of the Turks were doing. Tseng was his friend, as well as Cissnei. “Hey Reno…how are the rest of you Turks doing? Are Tseng and Cissnei doing alright?” He glanced down and stifled a yawn. He wondered if Reno would ever get another mission to ‘deal’ with any of his friends….and if he did, what would Zack do?

Reno’s mind was stuck on missions and tasks that would maybe come up in the future. Of course knowing Mr. ShinRa, no one really knew what tasks would be asked to be done. Reno just hoped it wouldn’t destroy all his hard work on gaining trust and forgiveness, and even a few new friends. Even though going against ShinRa and apologizing for what they…he had done, saying ShinRa was wrong wasn’t probably a good thing to say when your boss, who paid you, was indeed Mr. Rufus ShinRa. But no one was around who would tattle on him, unless Zack wanted a chuckle with Reno’s pay docks, which happened quiet frequently, but none the less, any mission that was given to Reno, and it had anything bad to do with anyone he was now friends with, and even Cloud, or Yuffie, anyone like that, he would surely deny it. Reno didn’t go around working hard on things to let them be destroyed that easily.

Reno wasn’t ask shocked as he was a few moments ago about Zack accepting his apology and forgiving him, but he was still surprised a bit and quite happy with these results. Then there was the question of why Reno thought Zack wouldn’t forgive him. That was an obvious question though, in Reno’s mind at least. “Well, seeing as I hunted you down…or well tried to hunt you and Cloud down, You’d think that’d be enough to hate a person.” Reno shrugged a bit trying to imagine how he would feel if someone were hunting him down. He’d probably be scared silly, but he knew that wouldn’t ever happen, unless he did something INCREDIBLY stupid or someone else did something INCREDIBLY stupid. “Well, it’s good to know you aren’t going to hold a grudge against me Zack. I can’t say the same about some other people, but for now, I’m quite happy with how all this is going.” Reno grinned again, this was all working great in his favor.

Reno chuckled at the memory, not a long ago memory, of Tifa practically throwing him out of Seventh Heaven with her words. “Oh yeah Tifa wasn’t too happy I was around. I apologized and…what was it she said….After everything I did to her, cloud and everyone else how could she forgive me? Eh something like that.” He continued to chuckle and laugh at his own expense before the subject of other Turks came around.

Reno hadn’t seen Cissnei in awhile, last he knew she wasn’t even with the Turks anymore, he missed her a lot though. She was like a little sister to him, maybe she’d come back someday. “Oh everyone’s fine, Tseng is doing good and Cissnei…well as far as I’ve heard she isn’t with the Turks anymore, been awhile since that happened actually.” Reno still didn’t know that his fellow Red headed turk would be back working with him once again. “Otherwise, everything’s…pretty nice around the other Turks lately…maybe its all this….’vacation’ time.” Reno shrugged a bit.

Zack Shrugged his shoulder’s when Reno mentioned that the Turks had tried to hunt he and Cloud down. It really didn’t matter to him, what had been done in the past should stay there, or at least he thought so. Giving Reno a smile and waving It away with his hand, he hoped that he and Reno could indeed be friends and not have to worry about what had previously happened. “Reno seriously I don’t really care. Even back then the Turks didn’t make me angry so much as the Army did. Actually I understood where you guys were coming from. Orders are orders…I remember having to kill two of my SOLDIER buddies when they were turned into monsters and tried to kill us. Its just…the way things go when it comes to ShinRa.” He ended with another little shrug. “Which, might be the reason I tried to get out of ShinRa…not that I really succeeded, the Price for Freedom is steep.”

“I…really don’t know if I have it in me to hate. Even Sephiroth…I don’t hate him, and look what he all did…” He shrugged, knowing Sephiroth from before, and knowing why he had gone crazy made him realize that it hadn’t been all Sephiroth’s fault. If anyone was really to blame it should be Hojo…he was really the one that caused all the devastation. “Lets just be happy that Hojo is dead hmm?”

He snickered when Reno mentioned that Tifa hadn’t been to happy. “I guess I can’t really blame her all that much, but she eventually forgave you right? I know I thought she still hated me for all I had done, or what I had stood for, getting her father killed and such, but she forgave me to!” He contemplated, “Maybe it’s a time for us all to forgive before the next round of crisis happen eh?”

He was sad that he hadn’t seen Cissnei, after all she had been a good friend of his. Why had she left…? She had taken her job so seriously. He was a little bit surprised, after all…he had been under the impression that once in ShinRa there was no getting out. “Maybe she’s lucky for getting out hmm?” he raised a brow, “Vacation time?! Since when does anyone in ShinRa get vacation time?” He said it with a little laugh, but he actually was a little bit amazed that they had gotten any vacation time.

Zack seemed to mean what he said about not hating the Turks and what not. It almost sounded stupid to Reno, if he were in Zack’s shoes…well things wouldn’t be so peachy with him, but oh well, that’s the way it is. Reno just smirked some and nodded in agreement to everything Zack had said. “The price of freedom…yeah, its steep alright.” He shrugged some wondering what would have happened had Zack succeeded and not been struck down by the army. Would things now be different? Of course the Turks would probably still be hunting him and Cloud, which wouldn’t be good at all. Reno probably would’ve continued with ShinRa’s orders and not really thought about what he was doing, like he thought about it after all these events happened and realized, he was wrong. So maybe all these events were for the better…? Maybe. Just maybe.

Reno chuckled some. “You’re just too nice Zack. If you can’t hate Sephiroth…well then power to ya. Just don’t try to make friends with him…that might not end well.” He said sarcastically before bursting into a must greater laugh at the mention of Hojo. Oh how he was the main cause of EVERYTHING anymore. If anyone was to blame it was him. None of this Jenova mumbo jumbo probably would’ve happened, and Sephiroth wouldn’t be the way he was…probably. That was a question no one could really answer, but still Hojo being gone was the greatest thing that could’ve possibly happened for a long time to come. “Amen to that. Hojo being gone is a great and fantastic thing if I do say so myself.” He chuckled calming his burst of energy down .

Reno then smiled again as he was greatful that Tifa indeed had forgiven him. “Yeah she did forgive me…eventually…actually after I saved her and a lot of other people from a raging summon....I guess I earned it in her eyes.” He sighed. There was 2 people down on his apology list. And the last one scared the hell out of him. But that could wait…for awhile…So with that thought Reno shrugged a bit. “Everyone deserves a second chance…at least I think so…sometimes first impressions…aren’t what you think….like myself for instance…Im not heartless or anything to go after you or cloud, in fact, I didn’t like it one bit, but like you said, it’s the way things are with ShinRa.” Reno slumped his shoulders down a bit as he seemed more...relaxed and less worried anymore about getting stabbed in the face with a sword or something. An apology, and forgiveness. Today was a good day.

Mentioning Cissnei was a sadness to Reno, he missed his little sister so much. At least that was what she was to him, a little sister to look out for, and now he hadn’t seen her in awhile. He simply shrugged. “She may be lucky…who knows? I just hope I run into her sooner or later…I wanna talk to her again…I miss her.” He looked down a bit before chuckling and his happy mood returned! “I wouldn’t call it a vacation really…more like…waiting for a new assignment….”

He stood there and watched Reno seem to be deep in thought. He actually laughed when Reno said he was too nice and that he shouldn’t try to make friends with him. “Believe me Reno! I won’t!” He just shook his head, “I guess you didn’t get too work with him really, but he was…a good guy before he…figured out his past and why he existed.” He shook his head and chuckled again, “But yeeah, I hope I’m not stupid enough to walk up to him and shake his hand…probably just try to kill me.” He scratched his head, “Was it only me or did Hojo cackle about using everyone’s remains as they went into the training room to fight one of his creations?”

He raised his eyebrows, “well I guess that would earn it in probably anybody’s eyes.” He got a mischievous look on his face then, “Man Reno I made it easy on you…I should have made you work more for forgiveness.” He crossed his arms, “So what brought on the want for you to be forgiven by us anyway?” He shrugged, “Not that it’s a bad thing, I’m just wondering.”

When Reno told him about everyone deserving a second chance he felt two things, one that Reno was telling him what was in his heart, and two that was one reason that he had wanted to apologize. Did Reno want that ‘second chance’ with people to be friends with them? He smiled, not funny or mischievous, but actually sincere. It made him smile that Reno would feel that way. It was a good day, that he thought as he inhaled deeply. “I don’t think your heartless Reno.” He shrugged, “Some people probably think I’m heartless for killing one of my best fiends. But I’d sure like to think I’m not heartless either.” He thought about Angeal and sighed somewhat. He wished his mentor would be the one to come back to life. Suddenly he “I hope we don’t have to fight Reno, with you being in ShinRa and me…well not in ShinRa.”

He understood about Reno wanting to talk to her. “I’m sure you will!” And then he talked about waiting for a new assignment. “you haven’t had an assignment in awhile? That’s…strange.” He glanced away for a second, “Hey! Rufus, the son of the late Mr. President is the president now right?” He glanced away for a second. He wanted to make a weapon’s shop, but as of right now he didn’t have anywhere near the money he needed. He glanced at Reno…should he tell him? He didn’t figure it would hurt anything. “I was…well obviously I don’t have a job now since I’m not working for SOLDIER anymore. I wanted to make a shop for weapons, but I need some financial backing…”

Reno smirked a bit as he stared off again. Talking of Sephiroth and Hojo, wasn't the most pleasant conversation, but they were more so making fun instead of a serious subject, so that was okay. Reno got a chuckle or two out of what Zack said. Reno looked off to the side. "I think Hojo Cackled about alot of things...i think we can establish that he was a psychotic nutcase...cackling included...end of story." Reno didn't really want to spend alot of time talking about the one to blame for just about EVERYTHING. So moving onto a new subject would be a good thing to do right about now.

Reno just looked at Zack as that mischievious look on his face and talked about making Reno work for his forgiveness. But he didnt so that was already said an done. The blank look on Reno's face made it sound so serious when he started speaking again. "You wouldn't make me do thousands of squats to earn your forgiveness would you?" He said and paused letting a moment of silence pass as he let his blank stare go back to a small smile. "I...Felt bad...I...didn't like leaving things as I did and I figured if i apologized, maybe that would help clear some of my guilt." He said now looking towards the ground. Reno...Being this way was never seen really. Normally he wouldn't have cared but he really felt bad about this and these apologies seemed to do the trick.

Reno didn't know what to say to Zack really. How could he reassure him he wasn't heartless? He didn't know him all that well, but Reno was sure Zack was FAR from heartless. Things just happen for a reason. No matter what life throws at you, you gotta deal with it. Reno just nodded some at the whole heartless thing, he still felt bad, no matter how many apologies he threw out. "I hope we don't have to fight each other either...." Reno thought for a minute...what if that scenerio really came around? That they had to fight against eachother. With a sigh Reno looked at Zack and was totally serious. "If ShinRa ever puts me against you or Tifa and Cloud etc. I'll refuse...Even if it means my job....or the typical pay dock." He added with a small chuckle at the end. A very powerful sentence for him to be saying...going against ShinRa...wow. unexpected from him.

Cissnei...where was she? Reno hoped she was happy with whatever she was doing. Maybe that would be personal task Reno would set for himself, find Cissnei and see how she was. But that would have to come later. "Oh yes. Mr. Rufus ShinRa is the president now...haha...i can always hear him yelling PAY DOCKS! at me...most of the time its worth the pay docks to have a little fun around there..." He chuckled. Apparently Reno was still up for doing pranks, pay docks and all!

Reno looked at Zack as he told him about his idea of a weapons shop. Wow that would be impressive Reno had to admit. "Financial Backing?" Reno pondered a thought. A strange thought that might surprise Zack...with a smug smile Reno figured, might as well offer this now. "If you are REALLY interested in a weapons shop...." He looked away now, his smug smile disappearing some. "...I could be that...Financial backing....i mean if you really want to start this shop...." It was a nice offer, but would zack take it?

Zack shook his head, “Yeah end of Story! No one wants to talk about stupid Hojo anyway!” Zack laughed so hard he bent over at Reno’s blank expression when he suddenly asked if he would make him do a thousand squats. Apparently everyone knew his reputation of being a fan of doing squats all the time. He shook his head and leaned back, lifting and arm when he had managed to stop laughing so hard. He merely chuckled, “Yeah that would have been the perfect punishment, why didn’t I think of doing that?!”

He actually managed to get a serious face again as the conversation turned serious, but he was still thinking about the squats and laughing inside. Reno’s expression actually made it look like he dreaded the thought. He had never understood why everyone avoided squats so much. “I think all the more of you because you feel that way…” He suddenly thought that felt way to mushy. “I mean…not in a creepy way…” He chuckled a bit, resisting the urge yank on Reno’s overly long pony tail.

When Reno told him that he wasn’t going to accept any missions ShinRa gave him that messed with the lives of Tifa, Cloud and the rest his eyes got somewhat larger then narrowed slightly. “You shouldn’t loose your job over it. I mean…I can’t speak for Tifa or Cloud but if being a Turk means one of your missions puts you against me I won’t hold it against you…I worked for ShinRa long enough to appreciate the fact that you can’t just refuse every mission, so don’t worry about it ok?”

He chuckled again, “The pay docks are that bad hmm? How do you stand taking care of the president so much? In SOLDIER I didn’t really have to deal with him so much thank god. I find that the presidents are usually whiny as I’ll get out.” Power to Reno for dealing with the President, because he really didn’t think he could be a Turk. Did they even get to do anything for fun? “Reno do you Turks EVER get a vacation? Because it seems like your always working nonstop.”

When he pondered about Financial Backing Zack shrugged a bit sheepishly. “Yeah I’m not exactly rich…” When the smug smile crossed Reno’s face made Zack glance at him curiously, now what did that smile mean…? When Reno made his offer Zack’s mouth dropped open. “You…mean it…?” He asked questioningly, why would Reno make such an offer. “If you…really mean it I’d take you up on it. And either you could get some of the earnings or I would just pay you back over time…I mean, of course I would pay you back, just not right away ya know what I mean?”

Reno rolled his eyes some with a smile. "Perfect punishment? Wow. I don't think I would've done that one...I would rather fight off another summon than do thousands of squats...." He said looking back at zack. "Shoot, just try and get me to do one." Reno chuckled a bit glad Zack never thought of the idea till Reno mentioned it. That probably might've been a stretch at what Reno was willing to do to earn forgiveness, he would've probably attempted it, but failed after about the first 10 squats. The thought made him chuckle actually.

Zack seemed to think it was downright hilarious about Reno doing squats, he had to admit, it would be a funny sight. Reno all winded after 7 squats with 9,993 to go...Reno had to join in the laugh but calmed down a little quicker than zack did. "Im glad you think better of me...and in a not creepy way...thats an even bigger plus..." Reno chuckled. This was quite the conversation they were having.

Reno waved his hand a bit trying to say it was alright about ShinRa. Even if he did get the boot or massive pay docks. "I've already made up my mind...No missions involving You, Tifa, Cloud or anyone else in that group...Its alright...I can take the heat from Mr. President about anything later on." He said shoving his hands in his pockets and leaning against a brick wall next to him. "Oh yeah the paydocks get bad sometimes. Just depends on what you do...I....like to pull pranks so im used to the pay docks....and Rufus isn't all that bad...I just do whatever...I guess im used to protecting Mr. President himself for so long Rufus isn't much different." He shrugged feeling weird not calling Rufus ShinRa Mr. President or anything else formal.

"You could consider inbetween missions vacation time...otherwise...No not really. It's non stop with ShinRa...But that doesn't bother me really...keeps me from being bored and useless." Reno smiled and looked over at zack. The look on Zack's face when Reno offered to be his financial backing...was priceless! It made Reno grin even bigger. "Of course I mean it...And we'd work out something im sure...either you pay me back whenever or something." He shrugged not really wanting to make zack worry about paying him off or anything. "Maybe a monthly fee after you get things settled and what not."
