The Forgotten

Synopsis ~ So, I'd been a little curious. There'd been some sort of 'portal', and - well - I couldn't help but 'investigate. But, anyway, I'd landed in some town I'd never been to before, which would've been great and all, if the first place I'd happened to stumble upon had not been a sneaky/haunted mansion-like place. I entered and - after making a long way down - realized that, okay, this place should not be explored by the likes of me. To cut a long story short, I met a girl, who was not-so-human (yeah, I'm not that idiotic that I hadn't realized) and some 'dude' - or "jerk" would be more accurate - happened to know/want her (kinda understandable, since she was wearing no clothes and possessed a beauty that even I was jealous of. Typical guy ...) and began to take her away somewhere. So, yeah, note to self: never explore creepy places like that. Again.

A Warm Welcome

Synopsis ~ So, I'd been taken on another 'adventure' (for want of a better word). This time, I'd been transported to Pulse, of all places. It looked just like the deserted wasteland I'd studied in class ... but it hadn't been completely deserted: I'd then noticed that a woman was fighting a couple of Flans by herself. Well ... then, I'd gone on to help her and two others soon joined the group. After taking care of that problem, we'd then introduced ourselves: two of them, I had no idea of where they lived (although, they later told me - in Esthar, or something). But, the other guy ... seemed to know my father. His name was Ashibo, and he worked for PSICOM - originally, from Palumpolum but was usually stationed in my hometown of Eden. So, anyway, after wandering aimlessly for a way out, we then eventually gave up and rested for the night. Although, in the morning, help came in the form of a couple of PSICOM soldiers - one of them being a good mate of Ashibo's. So, with their permission, we boarded the helicopter and flew back to Eden! Now, wasn't that a warm welcome?
