Deiling city, a bustling city which really took off during the darkness of the night. Though of course that darkness was barely noticeable with the variety of lights covering every inch of the city for effect, it truly never did sleep. People and cars sped around the roads to reach their destinations, music fluidly trailed from the various clubs and bars that were pinned down the streets. Galbadian Soldiers acting as bouncers for some establishments, they were always around this world now days she had noticed. As the city continued to work like cloak work below, The Sorceress Ultimecia hovered gently in the air, slowly landing on a rooftop of one of the buildings. Her long red dress blew to the side due to the stronger winds of the buildings compacted space, along with her silver hair. Her golden eyes gazed over the streets below, it brought back memories of her manipulation of Edea as she took over Galbadia. She would see about restabilising control over that army soon enough. “Nostalgik…” Her softly muttered to herself as she trailed a hand over herself, a blue light twirling around her arm, and then her body. Her silver hair hung down her back, along with her clothes turning into a more modern red dining dress. Her lion like feet appeared more human, slipping into a pair of high heels, and her arms were now bear. Her tattoos did not vanish completely however, some still remaining on her legs which became visible as she walked due to the cut in the dress up to her hip. The Sorceress turned from the roof side, and glided down into an ally below. Upon landing, she turned to head into the street; it was time to do some investigation. Ultimecia was not used to such tasks being done herself, she always had minions to make such things be done, but ever since those SeeDs had interfered she had found herself working alone much more frequently, and even had shown her true form in Centra. It was somewhat of a risk, but she was confident enough that her powers would be unmatched for the time being. Ever since this business with these otherworldly beings had come to her attention, threatening her worlds and many others, she had found herself being somewhat more active. Not that she cared even an inch for what happens to these disgusting, persecuting human scum, but she would not allow her road to Godhood to be shattered. The Sorceress descended into a lounge in one of the Galbadian hotels, the sounds of music flowing into her ears.

Princess at HeartYeah I'm a Princess...but I'm no Damsel in Distress...Far from it. Bright lights…Big City…everything about it screamed exciting to Repa. She walked along the sidewalk staring at each building with care as she took in everything. She’d never seen a place so lively and bright, the few places she had visited lately were quite…dark and torn up but this, this was like a city of dreams or something by the way it looked. Her home world used to have a city like this…but that was until a war broke out on her world shutting a lot of the tourist attraction cities and what not down. So this…was like taking a break from the doom and gloom. Or so she thought. Being out on the town Repa had figured it was best to dress up, nothing like what she would wear for a night out back home, but something…decent. More than just your regular jeans and a t-shirt. “I think im In love with this place already.” Repa smiled as her eyes kept glancing around in this busy city. This was a definite place she would want to stay for a few days, check out the great local clubs and what not, and simply relax and not have to worry about anything. This was the city of dreams to her…it gave her hope that some places were still guided by light and not darkness. With a sigh she looked at a hotel building. Might as well check in and get a room before it was too late. She walked in, heals tapping ever so lightly against the floor as she walked to the front desk arranging for a room. Once that was taken care of Repa looked over at the Lounge entrance. She smiled to herself as she tightened the gloves on her hands before walking in a few steps behind a woman in a red dress. Maybe this would be the place to meet some new faces eh? It seemed lively enough and maybe someone was willing to talk to an outsider such as herself. Repa was just so fascinated by this place that her pace had picked up some and her eyes wandered. She felt her shoulder connect with someone else’s shoulder, basically she bumped into someone. So Repa turned to the woman she had just ran into and worry crossed her face, she didn’t know anyone here so she didn’t know how got hostile or what. “Oh im sorry! I wasn’t looking…my bad.” Repa said trying to sound apologetic but really her mind was someplace else.

The lounge was not overly crowded but was fairly lively, a band playing calming music at the head of the room, with various red couches and circle tables for people to sit. The sounding of chattered filled the corners of the room, the music keeping a fairly contemplating mood. Ultimecia found such things to be a rather droll experience; she had no interest in such obvious pleasures when destruction was what caused her heart to race and her mind to fluster.
Before she could continue on, a shoulder found its’ way to connected with hers, a younger woman not looking where she was going. The Sorceress gazed down to her, her golden eyes studying the human silently for a moment as she apologised. After a brief moment, Ultimecia offered a fake smile. “Not at all, dear, do not think anything of it.” The Sorceress slowly raised one of her hands in the fashion of a womanly shake, and spoke once again, her red lips curled into a smile in the corner of her lips. “My name is… Julia. May I ask for yours?” She asked in her confident yet elegant voice. Upon asking the question the Sorceress lowered onto a seat at the bar crossing one leg over the other and motioning to the barman to fetch a pair of glasses. “And, what is it you will be having at this establishment?”
She had some time to kill that was for sure; perhaps she would hear some words within the bar that would update her about the current situation of the Centra world. Did they even know about the other worlds and these Fal’Cie. Whatever the case was, it was her universe, not theres.

Princess at HeartYeah I'm a Princess...but I'm no Damsel in Distress...Far from it. Repa was still thinking of all the hope and potential this city had, she still listened though returning a smile as she let out a small sigh of relief, thank goodness, no trouble here and that was good. All Repa needed was more trouble to follow her...not. Of course something was bound to come up. As the woman Repa had bumped into put out her hand, and introduced herself, Repa being oblivious and unfamiliar with this world and its people or history, gladly shook her hand. "Nice to meet you Julia...Im Repa...or...Princess Raines...whichever you prefer?" Repa slightly laughed a little as she then walked over and sat at the bar as well. While setting her hands in her lap and staring at the bar Repa didn't really know what to get, she simply waved her hand and shook her head No. “Oh I don’t need anything thank you. I’m fine.” Repa tried to smile as she didn’t take the offer but hoped that didn’t offend the woman who called herself Julia. “I’m still exploring this world and its beings…and way of life…so honestly…to cover up my rejection, I have no idea what to get.” She shrugged her shoulders a bit letting her eyes wander and her ears listen to the soft calming music. It gave Repa almost a sense of a sanctuary, a nice place where there was no stress and a calming atmosphere. “What’s this town called? I’m assuming you are a local here? If not sorry...anyone I’ve met from anywhere I’ve gone has been a local so I’m beginning to think it’s turning into a pattern.” A small giggle escaped her lips. There were a few bad things about Repa…well maybe not bad it just depended on how you looked at them in each situation. First off, she was too nice to strangers. Second, she was very oblivious to the minor details of anything. And third, she is easily fooled…all of these were bad for her in this point and time.

Ultimecia relaxed on her chair, her back leaning into the rest as her golden eyes followed the movements for this Repa. Princess Raines she called herself was this Princess title simply a pet name for herself or in fact her origin. Though considering the fact she mentioned exploring the world, which would imply she is aware of the fact that the worlds were now connected. What an interesting thought; that others were now travelling between worlds as well. It could make her situation all the more interesting should any of the Legendary SeeD make an appearance in this Cocoon. Then again, the fate of the universe was different now, with the Fal’Cie plotting in their mannerisms, perhaps it meant her fating cycle was broken. If that was the case…
The Sorceress pushed the thought aside as Repa replied to her offer a drink. The silver haired woman quickly flashed her eyes to scan the bottles at the back of the bar, for she also had no idea what was here. Quickly picking out a drink, she ordered it and had both glasses poured, just in case the girl changed her mind. Even in her moment of not knowing, her actions would imply she was quite the regular. Ultimecia smiled elegantly as she was labelled as a local, which did not surprise her, she had gone to the trouble of making her appearance seem as so.
“A lokal? You kould say that, Repa. The name of this city is Deiling, rather strongly kontrolled by the Galbadian army; a major power in … this world as you so rightfully put it.” She took a slim slip of her drink, before lowering the glass as her arm rested over a propped knee. While gently twirling the contents of the drink, she continued. “That does indeed, grasp my interest. You mentioned this world, should I be right in assuming you are from another. I has come to my attention, and I do not doubt the attention of others that there is a konnection between worlds now. Tell me… Repa.” Her golden gaze homed into the black haired girl, her ruby lips curled in one corner, her attention intently held. “What do you know of Fal’Cie?” Not that she was certain this girl would know anything, but it was what was at the top of her priority list.

Princess at HeartYeah I'm a Princess...but I'm no Damsel in Distress...Far from it. Repa sighed slightly at the thought of her home world, which wasn't in the best state right now, but then again, that was another reason to get out of there and see other places...to see if everyone was at war anymore, which this city proved her wrong. Seemed there was peace in some places and that was good, hopefully some of that peace would spread to other worlds soon...or just someday. Repa kind of stared around and looked back at the two drinks on the bar, she figured she might as well be nice and acknowledge the woman's kindness, and take a drink or something, or buy, she didn't know. But with a shrug Repa slid her drink towards herself and took the tiniest sip. If she wasn't trying to be nice then she would've made a face at the contents of the drink for being so strong but she did nothing. Her mind came back to reality as this...Julia started speaking. "Deiling Eh?" A smile stretched across Repa's face as she looked around at the other people. "Well...this city sure seems to have it all together...anywhere i've gone lately...well none of them have been in the best shape...even my home world isn't in the best shape." She sighed heavilly. "The darkness seems to be growing stronger everywhere and everyday..." With that thought aside Repa tried to keep a calm and rather unfazed attitude...she could try, not that it would work all the time. "Oh yeah, Im definately from another world...as weird as that sounds..." Repa almost giggled a bit at the sound of her statement, it made her sound even weirder than she probably already was to this woman, oh well, if people already think you're strange, roll with it? Repa's face went blank at the mention of the Fal'Cie. She didn't have any beings, being the Fal'Cie, on her world, but she sure heard about them. "Oh. The Fal'Cie? I know a little bit here and there...my father used to take long trips to the Cocoon world and brought back some of their history here for stories for myself and my brothers.." The smile from before returned. "The Fal'Cie are given jobs on both Cocoon and that lowerworld of Gran Pulse...So i've been told."Now her mind escaped to the stories she was once told of the Fal'Cie, L'Cie and many other things that her father had gathered up in Cocoon. Like the war of Transgression. "The Fal'Cie keep Cocoon and Gran Pulse working...making sure everything is perfect...like the weather...population...Food supply. Everything. They also create beings called L'Cie...bound to an unescapable focus...from the information I've gathered...Seems both worlds can't live without the help of Fal'Cie rule." Repa shrugged getting out of her dazed thoughts of another world which she really knew nothing about, personally that was. "Have you been to Cocoon before or something? I mean...I've rarely had anyone talk of other worlds with me..."

Ultimecia, under the mocking name of Julia, listened intently to the words of this Princess, golden eyes settled in her face and her slender fingers slowly raising her glass to her lips from time to time as she remained silent. The Fal’Cie seemed like quite a powerful collection of individuals, they keep their world like so to speak. Then destroying them would ultimately resort in their world being destroyed. An unavoidable event that would occur, though then again it was not like Ultimecia cared at all for the well being of that world, nor the inhabitants. She continued to take a mental note of everything the girl said, while it was not vital information for locations of these Fal’Cie it gave her suitable knowledge for future attacks upon them.
The Sorceress let out a gentle, elegant chuckle when Repa mentioned the possible previous visit, before speaking in reply. “I may have briefly visited not long ago. I assure you, being from a different world does not make you weird in any manner, infakt it is rather fascinating. “ Ultimecia gazed around the lounge as well, people drinking and chattering, the band quietly playing in the corner. She soon began to speak some more, the air becoming denser. “Most of these… people do not even akknowledge the large variety of the universe, the worlds that stretch in an endless stream of time and space. Amusing to say the least. Kontent with their limited and kontained lives in this world. I’d imagine this be the same in many other worlds. No, my dearest, I am more like you then you know. I too find enjoyment in the experience of other worlds, yet perhaps in a different fashion than yourself.” Her cold golden eyes lingered back to the girl beside her, her lips pursed in a slim smile. “That is irrelevant for the mean time, however.”
Ultimecia slowly pushed herself from the seat, brushing her dress and gliding towards the exit in a graceful stride, her high heels clicking upon the ground with every step. She spoke over her shoulder, though continuing to face forwards. “Soon the worlds will be thrown into Chaos; it will be a rather vicious madness for humans to witness to. Myself… shall find much pleasure in it.” Ultimecia turned around the corner and up the stairs, out of the hotel. It was time to return to Cocoon, the Fal’Cie will achieve their Chaos, but it will not be her that vanishes from existence, it will be everything else – including them.

Princess at HeartYeah I'm a Princess...but I'm no Damsel in Distress...Far from it. Repa wondered why she continued to babble about the Fal'Cie...She wasn't even from Cocoon so how did she know all these facts were legit? Oh well, it was weird someone would ask her about Fal'Cie, it wasn't exactly a common topic...probably with anyone. Repa was starting to have her suspisions, but for the moment, she just kept smiling somewhat. With each moment passing, and her mind making this out to be, not a good idea, her smile fell some. "Fascinating?" She shrugged a bit but let that thought and another comment she was about to state slide right off. Repa looked at the people, her smile completely gone by now as she let out a heavy sigh. "Some people don't want to believe there are other places out there...they're too comfortable knowing little instead of having to worry about the other worlds and people they don't know." That right there was true, you mention anything different to the people, they become frantic and unwilling to learn about the new things in life, only the very few would embrace change and difference for the better. Repa was one of those few... Nows the part where this all felt like a big mistake. A horrible feeling in the pit of Repa's stomach, as if someone had just punched her right there, came to her as the woman, obviously not as nice as Repa thought had spoke of being interested in other worlds like herself, but in a different way. "..Wait...what do you mean in the mean time?" Repa said but this so called...Julia, had started to walk off, talking of Chaos and pleasure. Oh No. "Repa what did you just do!" Repa thought to herself literally throwing a few bills on the bar and trying to hop off her chair ever so quickly that she fell over. After getting back to her feet, from misstepping when she got down from her chair causing her her ankle to twist and herself to fall, Repa ran after the woman. Sprained ankels and heals couldn't stop Repa's incredible speed, she was very fast for an average human being, of course, she wasn't that average at all anyway...She raced until she caught up to the woman, her expression almost worried and angry. "Wait a second!" Repa called grabbing the sorceress by the shoulder with one of her gloved hands. "Who are you....Really?" Repa breathed heavilly as she caught her breath and put herself infront of the woman whom she knew was not a nice...miss Julia, but something different, something...evil, and if Repa just blew Cocoon and Gran Pulse's Fal'Cie into trouble, then Cocoon's demise certainly would hit her, as her fault.

Ultimecia strode elegantly down the streets, her heels clicking with each step, every step being one of alluring grace. The girl whom had spilled the beans on this Cocoon world was not far behind her, giving chase most likely for questions to be answered. She felt a hand grasp her shoulder, and resisted the urge to retaliate, instead simply watched the girl with her smug expression and glaring golden gaze as she moved in front of her to block her path. The Princess demanded to know her true identity, which was not surprisingly, Julia would only last so long, though it would have been amusing if such information had be relied to the likes of those fools who challenged her once upon time. Ultimeica raised one hand, cupping Repas’ chin as she leaned down somewhat, her ruby lips smirking with a sly taste.
“Me… you ask. The being that is in control of time.” There was a sudden burst of energy as her form began to change, his slender hand turning gloved once more with sharp points of her fingers, as well as the symbols returning to her face, her torso returning to flesh and into view with tattoos lined upon the skin. Her feet shifted into that of a lions once more, and lastly two large dark grey wings spread from her back and in cased the pair in a circle of swirling black. Ultimecia laughed as she held the Princess in place, the yells and crying of everyone around them about the Sorceresses’ return and the like. Suddenly the black swirling turned into a flash of light, pure white and blinding. The Voices replaced with cheers. Ultimecia vanished, and the Princess finding herself on a balcony next to a woman laced in a black dress with a golden addition to her back as well as golden eyes. Beside her a girl with raven hair and in blue standing dazed, and a man dressed in a suit gazing admiringly to the women in green. Below in the streets of Deiling people cheered and showed such dedication as if it was some kind of rock concert. There was a light chuckle, as Ultimecia sat cross legged further up the balcony. “This was certainly an exciting day for myself… and Edea. The start of something truly glorious.” She said to Repa. “Oh, do not worry either, they kan not see or hear you. I made sure of that. Though there is someone I want you to see, but as I rekall he does not make his move yet.” Ultimecia watched the scene as Edea gave her speech to the masses; her compressing of time was as easy to her as breathing to others. Though this was more a gaze upon the past.

Princess at HeartYeah I'm a Princess...but I'm no Damsel in Distress...Far from it. Repa was about to get mad or something, but when the woman said she was...in control of time? well that certainly spooked the princess. She backed away as the sorceress' image changed to something beyond normal. Now if Repa had seen her like this first, she would've labeled the woman as evil before having spoke to her. Once again, Repa was fooled, tricked, and played against. Hopefully her facts about the Fal'Cie were wrong, or they didn't help with anything that would make them easier targets for this woman. The screams and cries of these surrounding people made Repa feel even worse. Why did she ask questions? Why not just run up and attack her instead of wasting time with questions she never really got answered? The blinding light then flashed and Repa covered her eyes with a slight yell. "Agh! What the hell!?" She felt her eyes water from the sudden burst of light but then...the screams had turned to cheers. Opening her eyes Repa almost gasped. The scene was different. Very different. So what was this? a flashback? A vision or mind manipulation or something? Oh so weird. Repa just looked around as no one could see her. "Why...are you showing me this?" Repa asked turning towards Ultimecia, her expression not very pleased seeing as she was only getting dragged into something now. "Im no one important to be showing flashbacks to...its not like theres some important fact im supposed to pick up on to understand all this!" She said throwing her hands in the air before draggind them down and holding her head as she closed her eyes. Her fingers almost digging into her head like claws as she was just frustrated right now.

A fruitful cackle escaped the beauties lips as she relaxed in her sitting spot, legs crossed and one hand supporting her chin as her golden eyes watched the speech. It was a glorious speech of us, the mayhem she caused here on that fateful day was surging, exciting. The destruction was simply wondrous, to do it again soon on that pitiful planet Cocoon would be something to enjoy. As Edea continued to speak, and soon slay the president, Ultimecia settled her attention on the frustrated girl. She briefly quietly studied her. In a way the girl was correct, she had not been identified as significant to the situation, but that was not the Sorceress intention. Not to mention that fate led many down different paths, and nay who meets Ultimecia in person likely had something of interest about him. That was what destiny was.
“Why does anyone do anything, you are all meaningless speks in an endless kycle of time. It is such a surprise you are swept into the events of something superior. Perhaps I have an interest in you, perhaps fate does, or perhaps I am bored, perhaps time is bored… You will never know, nor will the answer trouble you significantly after this encounter.” The Sorceress pushed herself to her feet and glided down to the stand, while two giant lizard-like creatures launched themselves onto the stage and attacked the girl in blue, while Edea floated off to settle into her parade throne. Ultimecia studied the crowd, the past image of Squall and Irvine in the distance. Her brow softly dipped at them, before they were off around the back to rescue Rinoa. The silver haired woman looked back to Repa, her lips curled in one corner. “It is all different this time. I am still here when I should not be. That’s the theory anyway, which means my own fate has khanged, and is no longer bound to the defeat of the Legendary SeeD. I will win…” She laughed again as she strode back up the ramp towards the internal area of the building.
On the inside, Squall was battling the two lizards alongside Irvine and Rinoa. Ultimeica idly motioned towards the brown haired man in leathery black. “Gaze upon him. Remember him. And simply, if you see him… tell him I have someone dear to him. It is simple; he will be in a place called Balamb Garden. If you khoose not to, then when you hear of Kocoons destruction know it was on your hands, my dear. Perhaps he is the only one kapable of stopping my plans...” Her golden gaze returned to Repa, as the scenery around them began to slither and melt away, leaving nothing but a blank white. Ultimecia slowly began to fade away as well. “… Just to see if the fate of time has khanged… I must see…” After a blinding flash of light, Repa would find herself once again on the side path of Deiling, a few Galbadian soldiers poking about at the reports of the Sorceress Ultimecia. Though not exactly taking it seriously.

Princess at HeartYeah I'm a Princess...but I'm no Damsel in Distress...Far from it. Repa just watched, she figured she was here for a reason and if no one would tell her, well so be it. She’d just wander the next few days being so confused. And the sorceress’ statement proved that. Repa would truly never know what was really going on. Fate was crazy like that, dragging her into situations and just leaving her without getting the full story…like getting to the end of a book and the last few pages being ripped out. Leaving someone totally clueless. Of course, being clueless was not on Repa’s to-do list lately, so right now she was getting more than frustrated. Her fists were gripped tightly as he expression was a frown and she just continued to watch, unable to think of anything smart to say back to this woman. Repa followed around as she guessed she was supposed to. Was any of this significant to her? No. But when she saw the battle between the three and some lizards Repa certainly tried to make a mental note on all of them. Ultimecia was obviously talking about the one with the gunblade…leather attire and what not. Who was he? Why was he important? Did Repa look like some sort of messenger girl to her!? “Cocoon’s destruction? So what…I find this guy, or…Cocoon is destroyed because of me?” Oh that was lovely. Balamb Garden. Where was this? Of all people to horrify with this, why Repa? A girl who knew nothing of this world. Oh this would be a fun trip to this…Balamb Garden. “This is not cool.” She mumbled as everything seemed to go back to normal and Ultimecia had disappeared. Feeling like the center of attention in an unfamiliar world was not…pleasing. Repa just walked off quickly in some direction she didn’t know. "This is going to be sooooo fun." If she was going to find this man, she was going to need some help…otherwise well…it wouldn’t end very pretty for the people of Cocoon.
