Cissnei
Crimson eyes looked around her. The new ShinRa building wasn’t quite like the one she had been used to previously. But since that one had been destroyed when Meteor had destroyed all of Midgar, she was surprised that ShinRa was still around, although the fact that the staff was so dedicated helped. She herself was back, back to being one of the Turks…or she would be officially once she talked to President Rufus. Tseng had already told her he wanted her back when she had asked about coming back, but she still had to ask or tell the president. It would be weird, working for the President’s son, many changes, she realized, would be very different. She wasn’t used to the building, although it was set up somewhat like the old ShinRa building, just not so high.
She followed Tseng’s instructions toward Rufus’ office, wondering what he would say, or even what he would look like. She hadn’t ever seen him before this day. Glancing down the hallway, she walked into the elevator and proceeded to the President’s floor. Brushing off her suit, she decided oddly enough that it felt nice to be wearing a suit again, it had been years now. She smiled when she thought of seeing Reno and Rude again, those two were like her brothers, and she had purposely asked Tseng not to tell them, that way they would be more surprised.
And then she got to his door. Raising a small hand she knocked lightly, waiting for his voice to tell her to come in. The President was always shown the upmost respect. Crossing her arms, she waited, hesitant to go in, but waiting nonetheless. Raising her chin, she took a deep breath and straitened her shoulders.
[Blech sorry it sucks I didn't have aaaannnnyy muse! ]

Shinra Enterprises
Shinra Electric Power Company had been taken down, it to some extent had been defeated by AVALANCHE, Cloud and his gang, they had been defeated by Sephiroth and his Meteor and it's final death blow came from Reeve Tuesti. The traitor threw them at the feet of the people, created an organization, a temporary government which he would use for himself on the basis of being for the people and the planet. His father's empire had been destroyed by it all, but it was Rufus Shinra who allowed and even gave them the go ahead to use Shinra's tools to build the new settlement east of Midgar. Edge was pioneered by him, however much the people would not want to believe. It was Reno who even helped build their precious Meteor Monument which was funded and given to them by Shinra itself. A new Shinra was alive and strong, their new headquarters built on Edge's main Asgard Boulevard was known as the Valhalla Building or Shinra's Valhalla.
It was built to be shorter of course, farther from the center and to seem like any multinational corporation as their home. The memory of Shinra Electric Power Company and it's misdeeds were in the hearts of the people, Rufus and his Shinra Enterprises would try to change this preception. The new company was working in many fields as an "ally" of the World Regenesis Organization, at least for the time being. They were developing alternative energy resources, developing new medicine, medical hardware and providing defense products towards them as well. It was a return to the past, although they did finance for the time the WRO, they held competitors now but Shinra was allowed a lesser Paramilitary force to protect it's own interests at least for the time being. Gradually, when Reeve could find a means to replace him from his financing, Shinra would be stomped upon. Rufus was prepared though, or rather preparing for the time being.
Rufus sat in his office, which was on the last-to-top floor of the Valhalla Building while the top floor was reserved for a well managed garden, the portion of the building that was tall wasn't towering above the cityscape either. The Presidential Office itself had lessened in size to allow the Turks their own Lounge, as well as a corporate conference room on the same floor. It allowed him to feel more at him, it was not so disembodied, lifeless or machine-like as his father once had it but more personal and human. The change would be for the better.
The doors held the the symbol of the company, as she would knock upon them he sat on his desk looking through files on his computer when he heard a knock, "As I'd been expecting." Rufus said to himself as he got himself up from his black leather chair. Brushing himself off, attempting to fix up his hair and white suit, Rufus walked over to the doors, opening them himself, finding the red-headed young woman donning the typical Turk uniform, with a smile upon his face he motioned her to come in. "Miss Cissnei, pleasure seeing you again. I remember our first meeting actually, when you and your partner had arrested me after the discovery of my part in financing the original AVALANCHE." Rufus told her as he walked over to hold out Cissnei's seat before heading over to his own black leather chair. "Time has passed since then, we've saved each other's lives without knowing it." Rufus said referring back to when the Turks had their lives saved by Vice-President Rufus when they did not do what was in the Company's best interests, preventing their extermination and instead gaining their utmost trust even in his Junon exile. "While you never served under me as President of Shinra Company, in this new Corporation, I trust in you and what your fellow Turks, both past and present have told me." Rufus stated referring to her past partner, her past comrades and the current Turks. "Veld even spoke highly of your work, although Tseng did say you failed to capture a certain two subjects which became thorns at the company's side in the future. But digressing from that you were trained by Shinra, you have been in a coma because of us, you were part of the Turks whom defeated Elfe, Zirconiade and Jade WEAPON even helping during the evacuation of Midgar because of the Meteorfall," Rufus declared to her commending her for her efforts yet referring to her slip up with SOLDIER Zack Fair and his fellow escapee Cloud Strife letting her know he had done his homework, his icy blue eyes almost continued to pierce at her yet, "Your loyalties certainly lie with Shinra, it is my pleasure to allow you, a person of such trustworthy and fidelity, to join Shinra Enterprise's Department of Administrative Research and Security." Rufus finished as he moved his hand over an envelope and moving it across over his desk before extending his hand for a shake. Rufus barely ever spoke how he felt about things, but one thing which he highly valued was fidelity. She exemplified it like her fellow Turks, Rufus could not deny her it.
"Now, I'm sorry to make you hit the ground running but luckily you arrived prior to when I was to start the briefing on the next tasks at hand. I'll call your superiors in."
Apparently, President Shinra was objective and to the point after this. Surely telling her, he would not always speak so highly to them, this was a one-time thing.

Quiet Warrior"Wings symbolize freedom for those who have none." Cissnei wondered if she would like it here as she waited by the door. And then the door was opened. Pretty crimson eyes glanced up at what was the new president. Her arms were crossed neatly as she studied him, he was strangely different from what she had expected. She had expected someone like his father, but he was much different. In his 20s, light haired, he was wearing the whitest of white suits. How it wasn’t dirty was beyond her. She nodded slightly when he spoke her name, her arms unfolding from across her chest as she followed him into his office. “Mr. President.” She said softly in a greeting, wondering what exactly he was like. Cissnei was quiet around those that she did not know, and she did not know this new president, so she chose to observe him for a few minutes before making her judgement about just what she was getting herself into. She did smile when he spoke of when she and her partner had arrested him. “Of course Mr. President. I do remember that, it was when I was somewhat new to being a Turk.” She accepted the chair he held out for her ad sat down, her face calm, but with a hint of a smile. “It has been quite some time since then though.” She glanced at him when he spoke of trusting her, and actually laughed softly, “What can I say? I guess being a Turk made me extremely loyal to the company.” She looked at him sharply when he spoke of her failing to capture Zack and Cloud. Did he know? She doubted it, after all, how could he? She hadn’t told anyone, and even if the rest of the Turks knew, which she suspected Tseng did at least, they wouldn’t tell the president about it. Though they were loyal to the president in every aspect, they were even more loyal to each other, since the Turks viewed each other as family. She knew at least Reno and Rude would never tell anyone any of her secrets, they were like her brothers, and were very protective of her. Carefully she spoke, “A Turk isn’t exactly a match for a 1st class SOLDIER, but yes, that was one of the only missions I have failed in. I take my work very seriously.” She felt like she was being interviewed, though he seemed to know all of her history…he must have read up since he had heard she was coming back. His blue eyes pierced into hers, and yet she was not intimidated by him. She held his gaze evenly, though her heart was pounding in worry that he knew what had truly happened when she had failed that mission involving Zack. She was calm, though she gave him a smile when he told her that her loyalties lay in ShinRa. She nodded and continued to smile as he told her that she could rejoin ShinRa. “It’s a pleasure Sir…I oddly enough missed it here. The Turks are the only family I’ve ever known, and ShinRa has been good to me.” As he extended his hand she met it with her own slender hand, looking into his eye as she did so. Nodding, she knew that from now on he would be all business, which didn’t bother her in the least. She had Reno, Rude and Tseng to have as family, and he was the president. Tseng knew she was there, but Reno and Rude didn’t, which made her smile in excitement at seeing the two that she considered her older brothers. Her Shuriken was held at her side as always, so in fact, after pulling on her gloves, she was ready for whatever mission he sent her on. “I understand sir, any mission you send me on I shall do, I’m used to the running part.”
