Princess at Heart” Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.” Early morning…still dark outside, but the wind howling against Repa’s window kept her up. She had dozed off a bit after trying to hack into PSICOM’s radio waves, to catch onto what they were doing at all times. Anytime one of the generals spoke over their radio, Repa would know. She used a few tricks she’d picked up at home and hacked their frequencies using her phone. Now finally asleep at about 6:00 in the morning, Repa was still dressed in the clothes she wore the day before and never turned off her side table lamp, her phone still going, reading the waves waiting for something to come up. With light breathing Repa was asleep, but barely. Spending hours trying to get access to something…well it just didn’t let her sleep. This wasn’t for herself either, she needed to know everything PSICOM was up to for Cloud’s sake. He was in danger all the time, and if she knew what they were going to do, before they did it, she’d have the upper hand and save Cloud…somehow someway. The phone (which still read all that PSICOM was doing) was silent. Nothing was going on then…but a fuzzy sound came over the speaker, which was on just in case Repa needed to hear this if she fell asleep. The fuzziness was drawn away by a clear voice. It cut out a few times, but the plans were clear as crystal. With a few words catching into Repa’s mind while she was half asleep she opened her eyes, the light from her lamp blinding her sudden idea to open her eyes from being in the dark. After her eyes adjusted to the lighting she sat up and picked up her phone, listening to whatever this guy was talking about. “This is PSICOM director Rosch. We’ve located the suspect’s whereabouts. All units report to….” There was a break, the fuzzy sound again. Repa hit her phone against her palm in anger as the thing cut out, but caught onto the signal once more. “…Outside seventh heaven. The L’Cie is there, 15 minutes before we strike.” And that’s all she needed to hear. Repa jumped out of her bed, not fully awake but aware of what was going on. She’d been planning for this moment. She ran to her closet and pulled out a pre-packed small backpack and threw it on her shoulders. While at her closet she pulled out a pair of non-fingerless gloves and stuffed a few more pairs in her backpack while also grabbing a plastic card (holding all of her money on it). With that she tucked her jeans into her boots, placed a few hair ties around her wrist and grabbed a close fitted red jacket, easy for any type of moving so she wouldn’t snag it on something, and once that was done….she bolted outside to the parking garage where she kept her bike. Speeding down the road towards Seventh Heaven, Repa cut the lights on her bike, so she wouldn’t be as easily detected by PSICOM. It was still pitch black outside by the time she got out and everything. Curving a corner sharply Repa shivered a bit as the cold hair numbed her body and she stopped the bike down the street from Seventh Heaven. As she got off she pushed her bike into a nearby ally, so if she needed to escape with Cloud or something like that it would be easily accessible. With her bike hidden in an ally way, Repa crept up towards Seventh heaven as PSICOM began surrounding the area, front and back. Cloud was in there, and probably had no idea what was going on. With small quiet movements Repa crept around in the dark and got even closer to the building locking her eyes on the PSICOM commander. “L’Cie are heartless, unfeeling, and not human…Take no mercy and bring this L’Cie back, but make sure he is Alive. The Primarch has asked us to bring this fugitive to Cocoon, so the people can feel safer seeing a live execution…now do everything you must to get that L’Cie! Kill anyone in your way.”"tch....right..." Repa just smirked to herself and rolled her eyes as the soldiers used a battering ram to crash through the doors of Seventh heaven. With that She took her own action. Her weapon –a gunblade, in gun form at first- and ran forward, taking shots and taking out a few soldiers before being stopped by a couple of PSICOM’s bioweapons. Soldiers were inside, and Cloud and Tifa were probably awake by now. Repa couldn’t let Cloud get taken by PSICOM! She promised to help him…she couldn’t fail anyone else.

Princess at Heart” Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.” This was it. Repa stood her ground, and fought the hardest she had in a long time. She’d be preparing for this day, the day she could take on PSICOM and finally rid of them, at least that was her intentions. With the bioweapons dead and behind her Repa ran into Seventh heaven, her gunblade folded into gun form as she shot down any soldier she saw, It was a hard thing to do, take lives for the sake of saving one…but Cloud was family to her, she couldn’t let another part of her family fall to pieces, she had to save some of the people she treasured most. She’d do anything to keep her family safe, and if this is what it took…well then so be it. Shooting down the soldiers from behind was the easy stuff, it was the ones that ran towards her and actually took her on which was more difficult. Thank you Delatorr training. Repa moved quickly, evading the attacks and using her martial arts skills to help her out before just annihilating the soldiers. There were plenty more outside to attack, but Repa had to find Cloud first. Once the main area of Seventh Heave was cleared, Repa ran up the stairs and saw Cloud outside his room. She stared for a minute, he looked different…drained of life was probably the right term. “Woah…you look awful.” Okay, so now wasn’t the best time to converse. Repa let her gunblade flip out to sword form and she gripped it tight in her right hand. “We’ve gotta get you out of here…PSICOM’s got this place practically surrounded…” She said with a nod looking down the stairs and hearing more soldiers come. “Hope you’re up for a challenge.” She said with a slight nod. “I’ll take point…I’ll hold them off while you escape…”With that Repa took swift quick steps down the stairs ripping through the line of soldiers. Hoping Cloud moved quickly enough Repa just kept going, starting to feel the burn of all this movement and tough work. With a back flip, her blade flipped back into gun mode and she shot it just before landing, taking out the last soldier at the entrance of the bar. Everything seemed quiet, the only sounds were Repa’s huffing breaths as she tried to gain some air. Her lungs were on fire from all the things she just did. Lowering her gun to her side Repa just leaned back against the wall to rest up for a moment, she looked at the ground, still heaving in air as she heard a shot. Her eyes flicked up and she moved out of the way before feeling the burn of a bullet tear her skin on right knee. Was Cloud out yet? Probably not. “GET OUT OF HERE NOW!” She didn’t know where he was but he was bound to hear her scream bloody murder at him to get the hell out of there. Soldiers were flooding in everywhere! Even the PSICOM commander went in, but he went in for Cloud. Repa was too busy with other soldiers to notice the Commander go up the stairs. “L’Cie.” The man started first. “I am PSICOM commander Rosch…you’re wanted by the Cocoon Fal’Cie…so please…don’t make this difficult and come quietly…unlike your friend downstairs…” He said with a glance towards the stairs and the sound of gunfire and crossing blades.

Princess at Heart” Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.” Giving PSICOM a hard time was very enjoyable, though the amount of work put into it was a little uncomfortable. Being out of breath but having to suck it up and move on, wasn’t that fun. As long as it kept Cloud safe, that was all that mattered. After running up the stairs to see Cloud Repa had a moment to catch her breath some as she saw his weak smile. At least he was okay for now, but the scars all over him said otherwise. He was a wreck, she could tell, and this fight, just wasn’t going to help him. When he said her name Repa just smiled a bit, her eyes glancing down the stairs every now and then. “The one and only…I have great timing don’t ya think?” She said with a small smile, proud of her hacking skills and ability to get here so fast to hold of PSICOM. Pretty impressed with herself Repa grabbed the sword and just stared at it for a moment. Repa…and two swords…oh my, those soldiers better be shaking in their little vehicles! “Are you sure? I mean…what if something were to happen…” But there was no time for this, PSICOM was proceeding into the bar again and Repa went down to fight. After screaming her command she caught small sight of the commander walking up for Cloud. No! This wasn’t happening! Not here! Not now! She didn’t get to hear the conversation the two had, but it just motivated her to get rid of these PSICOM pests as quickly as possible. Wielding two swords at a time made this last part easy, she flipped her gunblade open to blade form and stuck both arms out before spinning in a circle, knocking every soldier around her off their feet. Letting her own sword disappear, she gripped Cloud’s sword tightly as she bounced up the stairs as fast as her superhuman speed let her go without tripping. ------------ Rosch smirked at Cloud, satisfied with the answer. “Don’t you worry. You’re friend will remain unharmed here…” He said pulling a small orb out of one of his weapon holsters. He pushed a button on it and threw it down the stairs before a giant burst of gas flooded the whole bar. Temporary sleeping gas…easy enough to leave without any issues. “Alright…if you’ll come with me…we’ll make your trip as…comfortable as possible.” He said holding a PSICOM army gun in his left hand as he stepped back away from the stairs and let Cloud go first. “Try not to breathe a lot…you’ll pass out if you do.”------------ Repa was downstairs when a small orb hit her in the back of the foot. She looked down at it and raised an eyebrow. “Huh?” Then the cloud of smoke burst out. Her eyes got droopy and she fell to the floor on her back, dropping Cloud’s sword and passing out, while PSICOM started to prepare for the departure for Cocoon…with the L’Cie.

Princess at Heart” Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.” Well…this was a definite step backwards. Passing out was not part of the plan. Repa hit her head hard on the floor as she fell backwards off the stairs. Stupid stupid stupid. Oh and did I mention this was a giant FAIL on her part?! She should’ve seen this type of crap coming from a mile away! This was pathetic. Once Repa finally opened her eyes she saw a white fog everywhere and heard the sound of voices and trucks getting ready to head out. She fluttered her eyes a bit and sat up, noticing the sword Cloud gave her was gone now. GREAT! As she heard the vehicles taking off, her eyes got wide as she tripped her way out of the bar. “no No NO!!!!” she stated as her own gunblade appeared in her hands, and she immediately ran for her bike. Hopping on her bike and kicking the engine to life, Repa sped down the street catching up on PSICOM quickly. She sped faster and faster until she was almost in reach. She noticed a portal begin to appear for them to escape to Cocoon. Repa only had one shot for this. She lifted one leg up onto her set and steered with one hand as she faced the left side of the truck that held Cloud. She had her blade out and ready and once the truck started going into the portal, she pushed off her bike and stabbed her sword through the tough metal of the truck and held on for dear life. Next think you knew, the skies were bright and sunny as they entered the city of Palumpolum. A PSICOM base on Cocoon. Repa jumped off the truck and pulled her blade out folding it into gun form before the doors to the truck opened and she shot the two guards next to Cloud before jumping in. Of course he was passed out, could her job not get any easier? NO. She felt bad but slapped Cloud across the face to get him awake as she pulled him out of the vehicle. “Come on sleepy head. We gotta MOVE!” She said watching for PSICOM.

Princess at Heart” Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.” Repa let out a small sigh of relief as Cloud awakened after she slapped him, which she did feel a little bad about, but moving on from there, she placed her hands on her hips as silence filled the area. Had PSICOM not heard her shoot the guards? Or slap Cloud? What…was going on? WERE THEY DEAF!? “Well I can answer that…we’re on Cocoon…” She said looking out the doors of the truck as the brightness of the sun started to creep into the shadowy space. “I’ve been here once with my brother and his friend…but never to this side of the world…we must be in…Palumpolum…a PSICOM base right below Eden.” With that Repa placed a hand on her forehead, letting her gunblade rest at her side in her free hand. “I never intended it to get this far…I assumed I’d take care of PSICOM before they had to chance to take you back here…well at least you aren’t alone right?” She smirked a bit, trying to look on the bright side. Suddenly a large blast toppled the truck over. Apparently PSICOM was now ready to fight against these two, but Repa knew that Cloud wasn’t in the best condition to fight, besides, as of now he was weaponless, but…didn’t L’Cie obtain some sort of magical powers or something? A summon or something? That’s what the stories had said, though she didn’t know what was true and what was a myth. As Cloud got up and helped Repa up, she just nodded some and rubbed her forehead again. “This is fun…like I said before, you don’t look too good.” She said glancing at Cloud before a green ball of light formed in her hand. “I’m getting so much better at this…Medic thing.” She said with a small smile before casting it to Cloud, hopefully making him feel better than when they arrived here…if they were going to escape, Cloud had to have his full attention and be alert of everything. Repa couldn’t pull the weight of both herself and Cloud. “Okay, so I have an idea…it’s not the best thought out idea but before this thing toppled over and the doors slammed shut, I saw straight back and there was a forest…if I can raise some hell with PSICOM you take a run for it…and well I can catch up shortly, they won’t know what hit them.” Repa said with a confident smile as she walked over to the now stuck doors. With a puzzled look to her face, Repa stepped back a few steps before taking a small leap forward to kick the doors open. The sun half blinded her and she just began shooting like a crazy person. “Go for it! I’m off!” She said jumping out and running in the opposite direction she told Cloud to go to distract PSICOM a little longer.

Princess at Heart” Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.” Repa didn’t have to fight for him? Was he crazy or something? Of course she did, he was family, and she fought for her family. She just shook her head slightly as she definitely disagreed with him. “What are you talking about…I do have to fight for you. I promised to help you through this…and this is part of it. I can’t lose someone else from my family…if I ever did…I don’t know what I’d do.” She said with a sigh as she folded one arm across her chest and looked down. It brought it all back…the memories of her brother’s death back on Delatorr…it was all her fault, and now this time she had the chance to make up for what happened…maybe getting Cloud through this would silence her conscience once and for all, and maybe those nightmares would cease to exist. “I’m glad I’m here too Cloud…I don’t want you getting all the action around here.” She said trying to lighten her mood as things started to play out a little smoother than before on Gaia. As Repa ran out and took on PSICOM for the moment, she was a little worried about how all of this would end up. How would they get back to Gaia? These weren’t questions to be asking herself right now, it was time to concentrate and focus on the more important things, making sure Cloud escaped. She glanced back and saw him enter the woods and out of sight. She smiled to herself and aimed her gun at a gas tank on one of PSICOM’s massive vehicles, shooting her gun and bolting in the opposite direction, the tank exploded, starting a mass chain of explosions with the other cars and what not, a domino effect. As she ran trying to beat this chain reaction to the last car well she entered the woods, caught sight of Cloud and just pulled on his arm. “Unless you want to blow up, I suggest you run. Besides, I don’t think PSICOM will be too happy I just torched their toys.” She smiled to herself way too confident. They were heading in the direction of the Sunleth Waterscape, a nature area where PSICOM didn’t hang around, and past the Waterscape was the city of Nautilus. It would be easy to hide out there with the big crowds around the amusement park. So running off in that direction…that was the only plan Repa had right now…run the other way.

Princess at Heart” Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.” Running was pretty much the only option…getting ahead of PSICOM while they were busy running around and crying like a bunch of babies would give Cloud and herself a little bit of a break later on down the road. But…PSICOM decided not to worry about their vehicles and to come after the now TWO fugitives…great. “Cloud, we just cant catch a break!” She huffed in a breath while they were being followed by PSICOM. But, it wasn’t fast enough, Cloud stopped and let his brand do the rest of the work, wiping out the soldiers in a giant jolt of lightning. Repa’s eyes widened as everything in his path now seemed fried to a nice crisp. As she stared forward, her eyes wide, she slowly shifted her eyes to Cloud. “Remind me to stay on your good side.” A little humor to lighten the mood. That must’ve taken a lot out of Cloud, she had to admit, but when he said his next statement she sighed a bit. “Cloud, if you haven’t noticed…back on Gaia and here, I’ve had my fair share…” Repa said with a bit of sorrow to her voice, it depressed her a little that this was the only way to do things…the only way to stay alive. “Well…no sense in staying around here…you okay to walk? Or do you need another minute?” She asked looking at Cloud just to see if she could judge but really she couldn’t, he still seemed a bit drained, but for now PSICOM would leave the two alone, at least that was her assumption. After getting a giant chunk of their army taken out by these two…they needed to reload and arm up again. Repa looked down the forest, it nice and green, very naturey. And later down the path it cleared up a bit, a few mushy wet spots from rain but all and all a beautiful area. She smiled to herself, this would be a lovely stroll until they got to…well whatever came past this place. “aside from the circumstances…this place is very nice…”

Cloud Strife Nightmares become real... Love remains the same.... But soon everything will disappear.... All because of me....
“Remind me to stay on your good side.” “Cloud, if you haven’t noticed…back on Gaia and here, I’ve had my fair share…” “Well…no sense in staying around here…you okay to walk? Or do you need another minute?” “Aside from the circumstances…this place is very nice…” Cloud stood up then as he took a minute to regain him self as he looked at the dead bodies laying on the ground and he sighed... "Let's get the hell out of here..." He said. As he started to walk away from the scene. That was just the beginning of this. This was far from over. He hoped Repa knew that this was just the beginning of her end...Of everyone's end... "I still don't see why killing me wouldn't be an option...I mean, you would save millions of lives from being destroyed...What is one life compared to all those innocent people?" Right now, Cloud's own mind was not exactly set properly. He was a bit on the mental side. He knew though, that Repa would say no to what he just said. But it would make sense to kill him...And that way the world was saved. Maybe PSICOM was the good guys here and he was the bad guy. "Either way, they will catch me and kill me....I can't die like that...A public execution. I'd rather die with some one that is my friend. Than having many eyes on you as you are executed." He knew she would say no. But even in his mind, he's thought about killing himself and just getting it over with. He knew Zack would not be able to keep a promise. He walked on with her as he just let her lead the way.

Princess at Heart” Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.” Good, they were going to get away from this mess. That was nice. Walking forward Repa stopped to see Cloud’s sword sticking out of the ground. Wow, must’ve flown out of one of PSICOM’s vehicles from the explosion. Well that was handy. Repa walked over and pulled the sword out and walked over carefully holding the blade and handing the handle over to Cloud. “Here you go…I believe this is yours.” She said with a smile. All she could do now was try to be the positive one and try to cheer Cloud up, it was a challenge, but Repa loved challenges like this. Her smile dropped almost instantly then when Cloud was saying they should just kill him. A frown appeared and she sighed. “Cloud. You are definitely pushing my buttons with this type of talk. There is no way you are going to die. Why do you think everyone is fighting so hard for you? It’s a shame you don’t see yourself as well as say…Me and Tifa do…or your other friends like that Zack guy and stuff.” Was Repa going to get through Cloud’s thick head? Probably not, he’d stick onto that idea and Repa would just have to deal with it. Oh well. “Cloud, don’t you worry! You won’t die, and I sure as hell won’t die. I’m one tough cookie.” She said trying to add some petty humor to her eyes. Shifting her eyes back to the path ahead, Repa led the way, letting her boots slosh through the puddles in the grass as the nature smelled so nice, finally out of PSICOM’s view or range, it was nice to be out of a city and into a natural area. “On the plus side…this place definitely beats a beat down city…what you need is a clear area like this to think…to clear your mind.” She said turning around to Cloud taking careful steps backwards. “Here’s another thing you need to think about…think about Tifa…you want to get married right? You want to have a life with her and make her happy…well your life ending wouldn’t accomplish. In fact, im sure she’d be devastated, and I know I would. Losing another brother would just about kill me.” She admitted sheepishly as she turned back around walking through the Sunleth Waterscape slowly as she enjoyed the sunshine and smell of the flowers.
