Cissnei is quiet to those she doesn’t know, often put in the quiet girl sterotype, though she does liven up when she is around those she is comfortable around. aka the Turks. Very motivated, she gives it her all when she is on the job. Cissnei has a very strong degree of loyalty to her friends and colleges. She views Rude as practically her brother, and Tseng was always a father figure to her. While Reno had always been like a brother, she realized she had feeling for him when she came back to ShinRa. To those that she knows though,Cissnei jokes around and teases. She can always be seen with a smile and greats people with politeness even if she is near breaking point, this is her act of professionalism.
Cissnei is calm under pressure and doesn’t over react. A quick thinker, she has the ability to ‘think on her feet.’ Even under panic she does not freak out and plans out her actions quickly and efficiently. Very independent, which can be seen by the fact that she was the youngest member to ever join the Turks successful. She feels pity for those that she fights, although she tries to remain cool on the outside. This is probably because of her upbringing as an orphan. She has a warm heart and looks out for people, especially her colleges.
In her early ears as a Turk she had been raised and trained to think everyone was the enemy. Yet she was eventually reformed by Rude and Reno as well as the rest of the Turks, slowly becoming more soft hearted instead of cold and heartless. After that, Cissnei has taken it upon herself to look out for each and every one of the Turks. Ironically being the youngest, Cissnei is often portrayed as the motherly Turk to the rest. Which can make her seem bossy at times when she chews them out for behaviors she deems as wrong. While on a mission Cissnei usually reverts to 'turk mode' and can be very heartless and reserved, not saying much, keeping her poise and grace. Though she knows what ShinRa has done bad, she has vowed to remain loyal to them, as they were the ones that raised her, saying that though they had done bad things, they did good as well, thus balancing it out.
History: Loosing her parents at a very young age, she was raising in an orphanage at first. ShinRa found her and chose her to become one of the Turks because of her potential. She was the youngest person to ever join the Turks. During the events of Crisis Core, Cissnei is loyal to the Turks and continues to work for ShinRa. She becomes close to Zack, at first thinking herself in love with him, but later realizing he was more of a friend, or a brother then anything else. She meets him when she is in Midgar after the Genesis copies start to destroy Midgar. A Genesis copy almost finishes her off, but Zack intervenes and defeats it before it can finish her off.
After Zack and Cloud were captured for experiments, she goes to investigate only to figure out it in fact is them. She goes to stop the ‘target’ only to realize that its Zack. Not wanting to, but telling him that its her job, she threw her shuriken at him, only for him to block it and subtly threaten her. She then lets him go away without raising another hand to try to stop him, although she knows she couldn’t defeat him anyway.
She goes to where Zack stopped with Cloud and is resting. After a brief discussion, she calls Tseng and tells him that she lost the ‘target.’ She then gave Zack her motorcycle keys, telling him to get away safely. Walking away, she returned to the Turks. She next finds Zack in Gongaga trying to visit his parents. She tells him to leave, and also about Angeal sightings and that his parents are good people. She gives him 10 minutes to get away before she returns to the Turks. Later, she’s on a mission to find Zack and tell him her real name, but she doesn’t make it in time and he dies by the hands of the ShinRa army.
Because of this she told Tseng she had to leave the Turks for awhile. Trying to lead a normal life, she still continues to give the Turks information. After many years of trying to be ‘normal’ she realized that she was a little bit lost without the Turks. They are basically her family. So she returned to Tseng and asked to once again be a Turk. They welcomed her back and so she became one once again, and it fit…she had missed being one. So now she works alongside them, going on missions, a smile on her face as always. After going on a date with Reno of the turks, they have started dating. Being assigned to a mission, she gets separated from him. During this time he is made into a l'cie though she doesn't know. If she did she'd tear down ShinRa to be with him, but he isn't going to let her...

Role Play Sample: Nodding, she clasped her hands behind her back and cocked her head. She sighed, still not knowing if it was a good idea that she was back. It felt good! To be back among her family and friends, but yet she wondered how she would deal with it. The missions, the sneaking around, would they have to ruin anyone else’s life? Hojo wasn’t employed anymore, and Tseng was the new president, those were two very good things at least. She hoped that Tseng being president would make the job of being a Turk easier. She couldn’t deny that she liked being a Turk, but some parts of the job weren’t exactly fun, such as hunting actual people down. She could do without that part, but she didn’t know anything else. It wasn’t like she could just work in a store her entire life. She needed some type of adventure, a challenge.
Giggling, her eyes sparkled, “You do have a reputation Reno…and certainly not a boring one that’s for sure.” He was right, why be boring when you didn’t have to be? Reno surly made everyone’s lives interesting, especially with all the pranks he pulled. Though some got mad when he pulled his pranks, Cissnei had always thought they were funny, even the ones he pulled on her.
She smiled and cocked her head, “Well the files are extremely organized…but that’s what being a Turk is all about I guess…organization. It still doesn’t make the load of work any lighter though…” Tseng, though he made a good leader, always demanded the best of everything. She thought him a little too serious, but then again, he had to be to be the leader and now the president besides. She couldn’t talk though, for she was normally serious and quiet, especially around those she didn’t know. Around Reno, Rude or Tseng though, she felt like herself completely.
“Yeah…the Turks are tight…I guess that’s what I like about it here…I know you guys have my back.” She couldn’t help the grin that crept onto her lips. “ok ok I admit…it’s a lot more fun letting you run free and cause as much trouble as you want! It keeps us all on our toes anyway.” She was all smiles and laughter now that she was back, “Oh? You think you could rival Tseng for the leadership?” It wasn’t that Reno wouldn’t be able to do it, because if he put all the time he spent on pranks and goofing around into his work he would be on a way higher level. Even now with all the goofing off he was still second in command. “Oh yes Reno, that’s really the life for you! Being serious every day of your life…” She poked him in the side teasingly as she said it. Nodding seriously, she did hope for the best, “I guess that’s another reason I decided to join again. With Tseng as the president things can’t be as bad as they were before…he seems like he’s trying hard to clean up the company.”
