So yeah. I went to Dragoncon as Tifa in 2010; here are my pics.
So here me and my BF are... 5 minutes after we arrive at the line...
They almost look real!!!
Once we got through the line, we were rewarded with a mass of costumes!
We headed to where the Parade people were gathering to participate.
Stormtroopers getting ready!!!
High School Band for the Parade music.
Here was were the Parade participants were gathering.
YOSHIE!!!!!
So we were now walking around looking for the anime and gaming section of the Parade. Guess who was there to point the way!!!
Best Cloud cosplayer there was; just standing up with his swords and holding a sign. Of course, we didn't need to read "ANIME" written on the sign, to know we were in the right place.

It was crowded!!!!
Netherworld float was EPIC!!!

Another great Cloud cosplayer. I saw a total of 11 that day.
Cloud showing Cloud how to use the swords and how he made them out of wood and silver duct tape. XD

I thought they were cool, but I had no clue who they were. XD Can anyone tell me?

These guys look and sounded like their designated characters! They were amazing. Yay for Pirates of the Carribean.

OMG! SORA IS IN TROUBLE!!!!!
I got to hold 2 of Cloud's swords... They were HEAVY!!!
SWORDS UNITE!!!! Seph had to crouch down really low so that we could get the other swords to reach the tip of his. lmao
This was EPIC! Notice how Sephiroth's shadow is perfect for this scene reenactment!!!
LOL Ok, Sephiroth was complaining about how heavy his sword was; so Cloud insited that they trade. So they did, and Seph decided to stick with his own sword after the picture. LMAO.
So I went as Tifa to Dragoncon; I'll be going as Nanaki to Momocon. Here is my current costume state; it's not done yet. I still gotta make the wristlets and anklets; as well as get some hair and feathers. I also still need to fix the baggy ankle fur and wrist fur. XD
BTW, feel free to post comments; or make your own post with your Convention pics. Just if you add more to your convention collection, modify your post, instead of making a new one. It will reduce clutter here.
I might also reduce these pic sizes, just so they aren't all over this thread.... *headdesk*
