Hogwarts Trepidation.
It has been a long time since the wondrous times of Harry Potter and friends, so long now that people rarely talk about them anymore. Almost two hundred years have passed at this point, and the castle's still standing strong, all thanks to the powerful magic holding it up and keeping it in shape. Ancient as it may be, it's still a marvelous place to explore. During the two hundred years, changes have been made to Hogwarts and the grounds it rests upon. Cages are in the Forbidden Forest, while the dungeons are kept clean. There are more rooms now than there have been before, repairs having been made to any of the damage that would come to the castle. There are much more to learn in terms of both exploration and magical knowldege by now.
The minister of magic has decreed that young vampires and young werewolves are allowed access, to study, as long as they are kept away from the humans as to prevent any unnecessary harm. The cages are there when a full moon approaches, and the dungeons are full of rats to feed on, but the young students do not like being locked up like animals. Most of the humans don't care, as they would rather prefer their own safety over the freedom of the others, even if the others would be harmless. But some of the humans are planning to rebel, wanting to give those students rights and to treat them as humans. They know there are ways to sustain their beastility, to sustain their thirst, but none of the staff would hear it. The right to freedom, or the right to safety? Which is better for you?
The ghosts are making things even worse, by distracting the students and confusing them here and there. The professors want them gone, but the minister and the headmaster feels that they are of value to the school, as they've been here for a very long time. Which side would you be on? Vampires are starting to go missing just before it's time to put them in the dungeons, and some of the cages are getting so old they are becoming worn out and easy to break. The humans, having been raised to fear the others and not to treat them normally, walk the halls in trepidation, looking over their shoulders every now and then. What would you do?
