Appearance
A face full of determination and arrogance, his expression usually holding one or the other, and then again rage if the situation calls for it. His eyes glimmer an almost teal light blue, with thin eyebrows overhead, his facial structure being strong and masculine, though he remains cleanly shaven most the time. All in all he holds a rather handsome face, though perhaps not as attractive as his rival. He also has a scar heading downwards from the left side of his forehead to his right cheek, placed there in a duel with Squall, after Seifer had done the same.
He stands at 6’2’’, being the tallest from Edeas orphanage, with a strongly built body and firm muscular structure. He is usually seen wearing his trade mark trench coat, a light grey colour which reaches down to his shins, along with red crosses on the upper sleeves of the coat, his personal symbol. Under that he wears a blue vest with a cross shape emblem in white. To keep his hands undamaged in battle he wears a pair of black gloves. Seifer also has a silver chain around his neck with a tag on the front. In truth, he is very much the opposite of Squall, his rival.
Personality:
Seifer is a stubborn, unpredictable and reckless man; the view point of his way is the right way. While he is overly arrogant in his own skill, he does pose the skill to back up his claims yet even so he does not have the attitude for what it takes to make it into SeeD, hence being an easy target for the Sorceress Ultimecia to malnipulate. He enjoys being the leader and showing off his superiority when he has the chance to, having an incredible resistance to following others orders. He can be very loud and outspoken in his rebellious nature, being under no illusion that he is not favoured by the authority of Balamb Ggarden.
Being head of the Disciplinary Committee Seifer often passed judgement and punishments to those who broked the rules, another sign of his enjoyment of being in authority, even if he does not follow it himself.
Yet, even with all these traits Seifer is not without heart or care for others and is willing to go to their rescue if he believes they are in over their head, a prime example being when he storms out of the detention room at Balamb Garden upon hearing that Squall and company were sent on a mission in which they could end up fighting the whole Galbadian Force. While he sometimes has good intentions, they are often executed in the wrong manner.
History:
Seifer was orphaned after his parents were killed in the Sorceress War and sent to Edea's Orphanage. From a young age he bullied the other children in the orphanage, especially Zell. As he grew up, he became a student at Balamb Garden, where he studied to become a SeeD. Seifer would later forget his past in the orphanage due to the memory loss that usage of Guardian Forces cause. When Seifer was a child, a popular movie was released about a Sorceress who stood to defend her country, and her knight who protected her. The film was Seifer's favorite, and inspired his dream to become a Sorceress Knight himself. He even copied the battle pose of the actor who played the Knight in the film.
A year before Squall and Seifers SeeD exam together, he became romantically involved with Rinoa Heartily, even trying to convince Headmaster Cid to take on her request of assistance for the Timber Owls, however he their relationship ended sometime later.
At Balamb Garden, Seifer found friendship in Fujin and Raijin, and their posse was rarely seen apart. The friends later became the Balamb Garden Disciplinary Committee, abusing their power to give fellow students punishment and detention. Even though he forgot his past, he became a rival to another student at Balamb Garden called Squall Leonhart who had coincidentally grown up in Edea's Orphanage as well. Of all the students at the Garden, only Seifer and Squall chose a Gunblade as their specialized weapon, and they would often duel to hone their skills.
Even though Seifer had great potential to become a SeeD, his behavior made him fail the exams needed to become one and he was labelled a "problem child". Seifer also develops a "romantic dream" about becoming a Sorceress Knight, whose job it was to protect the current Sorceress, and borrows several books from the Balamb Garden related to the subject.
Then came the destined SeeD field examination, Squall and Zell Dincht another coincidental orphan, with Seifer as their leader, are put into one group to form a squadron of SeeD for a military operation against the Galbadian Army. While Selphie Tilmitt, yet another orphan, later joins the group because of his disobedience during the engagement Seifer fails his SeeD exam once more. He applauds Squall, Zell, and Selphie, all of whom passed.
While Seifer is sent to be disciplined for his actions during the exam, Squall, Zell, and Selphie are assigned a new mission, their first as SeeD mercenaries: to aid a resistance faction known as the Forest Owls in their mission to free the occupied nation Timber. In this resistance faction, Rinoa, Seifer's former love interest, is a member. Having heard of this Seifer breaks out of the discipline room, injuring many people in the process, and embarks to assist them by holding the President of Galbadia hostage during a broadcast worldwide from the Timber TV Station. Backed into a corner and watched on by Squall, Zell, Selphie, and Quistis Trepe; who had been sent to retrieve him, he attempts to retreat and is saved by Ultimecia who appears in the body of Edea Kramer. Appealing to Seifer's darker side, Ultimecia successfully convinces him to follow her. Seifer is officially announced executed by the Galbadian government.
Seifer is believed dead until he suddenly shows up in Deling City, standing at the side of Ultimecia. He has become the Sorceress' protective Knight. Irvine is convinced by Squall to shoot, but Ultimecia blocks the shot with a protection spell. Squall is then forced to break into the Sorceress' parade and fight her one-on-one; however, Seifer stops him, claiming his new status as hero and Knight of the Sorceress fights Squall. After Seifer's defeat, Squall fights Ultimecia, but he is defeated when Ultimecia casts Edea's Limit Break, Ice Strike, which pierces Squall's chest, nearly killing him.
When Squall comes to in Galbadia's D-District Prison he is quickly transported to the torture room by none other than Seifer who tortures Squall for the truth about SeeD. Squall, who does not understand the question, only further enrages Seifer who then turns on the electrical torture instrument to full, which leaves Squall unconscious and incapacitated. While Squall later escapes with his friends, Seifer, now head of the Galbadian Army, invades and takes over control of Galbadia Garden under Ultimecia's orders. Enabling the Garden to be airborne he then embarks on the search for a girl named Ellone whom his Sorceress wished to be found. Eventually, whether the encounter was accidental during the search or intentional is unknown, he manages to intercept a similarly airborne Balamb Garden over the Cetra continent near the ruins of Edea's Orphanage.
With Seifer as commanding officer the Galbadia Garden launches a full assault on Balamb Garden. Eventually however the Balamb students and SeeDs turn the battle and make their way inside Galbadia Garden, where Squall and his party encounter Seifer. He is defeated once again, and is left unconscious and disgraced on the floor. Despite Seifer's determined efforts Squall's party eventually defeats Ultimecia inside Edea's body, which results in her leaving Edea's body for Rinoa's body and ordering Seifer to raise the Lunatic Pandora from the sea.
Under the orders of Ultimecia, Seifer embarks on a new quest to resurrect the Esthar weapon Lunatic Pandora from the depths of the ocean. Restoring the device to active status he then directs the pillar to be placed upon Tears' Point, starting the Lunar Cry and bringing into motion Ultimecia's plan for Time Compression. However, Squall and his party once again move to prevent this, invading the construct with an Estharian airship and battling their way deeper into the Lunatic Pandora. However, the many toils had begun to take their toll on Seifer, as his hair is unkempt and his coat is blackened and falling apart. Fujin and Raijin, who up until now had followed Seifer loyally, beg him to stop following this path and go back to being their friend
Seifer claims that it is too late to go back, and wishes them a good life, before he fights Squall one last time. During this fight, if the player has obtained Odin, Seifer manages to bisect him when he is summoned in battle, and Gilgamesh takes his place, and knocks Seifer down. Despite his defeat, Seifer manages to capture Rinoa and offer her to Ultimecia in the body of her new host, Sorceress Adel, whom she had just resurrected. Seifer is not drawn into the Time Compression at first, and never sees the defeat of Ultimecia. However after her hold on him is released upon her defeat, Seifer leaves Balamb Garden with his two best friends.
With the new threat to the worlds coming to light, and the whispers on Ultimecia rising once again, Seifer begins to move, but for what side shall be play…
Abilities:
Gunblade Skills – Expert in close combat and mid range
No Mercy – Seifer casts a fire spell onto all of his enemies and takes a balanced battle stance. He then spins his gunblade around wildly with one hand, starts focusing energy into it, and then, in an upward slash-motion, launches circular blades of energy at his foe. The blasts fly through the enemies and continue towards the sky, dealing exploding damage on the foes.
Demon Slice – eifer starts his skill by casting a fire spell on one enemy, takes on a stance and starts spinning himself rapidly around, forming a whirlwind around himself. His gunblade works like a circular saw's blade as he twirls with a distinctive speed. He approaches the enemy as a tempest, slicing him/her multiple times, finally lifting him/her up in the air and delivering a blow that sends the foe head-first down to the ground and jumping back to his original stance.
Bloodfest – In the beginning of the skill, Seifer again attacks all of his enemies with fire spells. He then jumps high in the air and swings his gunblade twice, vertically and horizontally, forming a huge fiery cross on the ground beneath his adversaries' feet.
The cross explodes and the enemy party flies up in the air. A hole opens up in the ground and the enemies fall into it. They keep falling through an underworld-like space and then suddenly fall back to the ground where they were in the first place, heavily damaged.
Forgiveness – A newly trained skill, Seifer hardens his resistance to damage from enemies, and uses himself as a shield to protect overs.

The air felt thick, the snores of Raijin echoing in the room as they always did, and he could tell Fujin was getting annoyed even as she slept. They had travelled like this for some time now, the three of them together simply enjoying being alive. While he was still the man he used to be, he did seek to atone for his actions in some places, protecting the weak when under attack or simply helping someone move something heavy. It was what the three of them spent most their time doing, it was not like they could ever return to Balamb Garden after what happened. A smirk grew Seifers’ lips as the blonde pushed himself from his bed and strode to the balcony of the inn. Wearing only his trousers, the topless former knight of the Sorceress lent on the railing, his teal eyes gazing over the dawn lit scenery. It would be morning soon.
However, he intended not to be around when morning did come. He had begun to felt it himself; his connection to Ultimecia had made him aware of something. Like hell he could put his finger on it, but if something big was going to go down there was no way he was going to miss it.
“What are you gonna do… Squall” He muttered to himself as he slipped back into the inn room, glancing to the pair still in deep slumber. The gunblade specialist snatched up his trench coat and vest and pulled them on as he made his way to the door, also taking up Hyperion as he passed the gunblade propped up against the wall. Outside was cool, only a few fishermen were awake at this time readying their boats. Fishermans Horizon was always like this in the first light.
Seifer walked down the long metals paths until he reached the endless train tracks which connected the two continents. Considering he had been meaning to slip off for some time, he had already prepared his motorbike by the tracks, covered in a black sheet. With a swift motion, Seifer whipped the sheet away, and hopped onto the bike, sparking her up and swiftly taking to the tracks towards the town of Balamb. A grin ran over the warriors face in a smug fashion as he sped at high speeds, enjoying the wind in his slicked back hair. A fight was coming, he could feel it, and it was a damn exciting feeling to say the least.
