Appearance
Seifer is a young man of 18 years old. He has short blond hair, cyan eyes, and light skin. He has a muscular build and an over all powerful physical appearance. He also has a scar betwen his eyes that goes up his face, from under his right eye to over his left eye.
Clothing wise he wears a blue vest with a white trim, and a pair of dark purple pants. He also wears a white long coat, that is black on the inside with black cuffs. The coat also has red crosses on the arms. Completing his outfit is a pair of black gloves, black boots, and a black belt. His overall appearance brings to mind a white knight.
Personality:
Seifer is a bit brash, easily succumbing to anger when it comes to enemies. This is reversed when it comes to others however, as he will insult people freely and simply shrug off there insults, much to the anger of others. He is a very determined youth, doing whatever he must to achieve his goals. He's also hotheaded, sometimes letting this get the best of him and rushing into situations. This trait can get him into trouble at times.
He also has the heart of a hero, and despite his attitude all Seifer really wants is to be seen as a true hero who protects others. He can be nice but rarely shows it, instead showing this side of him with his actions more than his words. Overall, Seifer is a determined young man and a powerful fighter, if not a bit misguided. He has the heart of a hero and would do anything to protect his friends.
History:
Orphaned at a young age due to the Sorceress War, Seifer grew up at an orphanage alongside his rival Squall and most of the main characters of Final Fantasy 8. He and Squall would always get into fights, and Seifer was generally a bully to the rest of the kids. Later, he went to Balamb Garden, as did Squall, Zell and Quistis. He and Squall we're fierce rivals there whole lives, eventually giving each other mirroring scars in a sparring match.
Failing his test to become a SeeD, Gardens elite mercenary force, multiple times, Seifer eventually went on one final test with Squall and Zell. He failed while Squall passed. Even though he clapped for his rival, this was the final time Seifer attempted the exam. Over time he learned Squall and his crew were attempting to stop the President of Galabadia. Deciding they couldn't do it alone, Seifer rushed in to help. However he was met by the Sorceress Edea, who slowly manipulated her to help him, as Seifers dream was to be a Sorceress Knight.
Seifer ended up fighting against Squall and his team many times, becoming general of the Galabadian Army and slowly being brainwashed by the Sorceress. After many battles, his close friends Fujin and Raijin eventually left his side, realizing he had been brainwashed. Seifer himself started to realize this, but felt he had gone to far to stop now, and fought one final battle with Squall, where he was defeated. Seifer made one final act to please the Sorceress, and brought her Rinoa, his ex girlfriend and Squalls current love, who was also a sorceress herself. Squall and his team managed to defeat the sorceress, and were plunged into the future in order to stop Ultimecia, the true villain and Sorceress controlling Sorceress in the past.
Seifer wasn't seen during these events, and not again until time was restored. As Balamb Garden flew by, Seifer, with Fujin and Raijin by his side again, looked into the distance and smiled at his old home, showing that he had truly regained his mind. No longer brainwashed and feeling regret, Seifer now attempts redemption, and maybe even to return to his Garden someday. This is where his journey starts...
Abilities:
No Mercy: Starting the attack with a fire spell, Seifer spins his gunblade around covering it in energy, and then releases the energy in an upward slash, causing energy blades to fly at the enemy, knocking them up and exploding.
Demon Slice: Starting the attack with a fire spell, Seifer spins wildly, causing a whirlwind to form around himself. He then attacks the enemy, still spinning, slicing them four times, before knocking them into the air, and spin-jumping and knocking them head first back to the ground. Can only be used every three turns.
Reversal: A defensive technique. Seifer holds his gunblade straight ahead of him, and causes the enemies attack to backfire and damage them instead. Can only be used every three turns.
Bloodfest: Casting a fire spell that hits all enemies, Seifer jumps into the air and swipes the air twice with his blade, causing a huge cross made of fire to form under the enemy, which explodes and sends them flying into the air. The ground rips open and the enemy keeps falling through a flaming dimension, feeling constant pain from the fire, until finally falling on the ground back where they started. A powerful attack, can only be used every five turns.
Knight Heart: Casting a firaga spell at the enemy, Seifer then draws fire power in until his blade is covered in fire. He then dashes at the enemy, striking them a total of nine times with the flaming blade, ending the attack by drawing all of his power into one final strike that causes an explosion of fire, making the total hit count ten. Can only be used once a battle.

Fira: A basketball sized fireball that Seifer launches at the enemy, doing moderate damage.
Firaga: A large sphere of fire that Seifer blast at the enemy, doing heavy damage.
Flare: A huge sphere of extreme heat/fire combined with pure energy that Seifer sends exploding at the enemy, causing extreme damage.
Strengths:
Physical strength, agility and magical powers. Seifer is very well rounded.
