Professor Hojo "SOLDIER's duty is not to think - it is to protect men who think for them, like me." Clicking, tapping, and some zapping made their presences known as the workers of the lab went on their merry business. Some were on computers and some were standing and scratching away at their clipboards. All of them unknown to the coming of the insane scientist. A young male with brown hair and pale skin walked out of the room and out into the long hall way. His head pointed down as he walked to the front desk. He glanced up and could have sworn he saw a ghost. A ghost of the scientist name Hojo. He dropped his clipboard and stepped back in shock. How could it be that he was alive? Hojo had been gone for three years now. He made a noise as he watched Hojo walk in past him and glare behind his glasses, "Shut your mouth. You look retarded." was all Hojo said and went down the hall.
He had seen a floor plan of the place before and knew it was a giant maze. He just couldn't remember who sent him the mini map. His arms were clasped behind him as he walked silently to the lab. His nice shoes made clicks and clacks on the flooring. He liked the old version of Shinra and not this one. The younger lad whom he saw earlier ran past him looking scare. He decided to follow the clicks and clacks of the boy's shoes. The corridor was longer than he though and grinned at the thought of the others seeing him. He had plans for them. BIG Plans. He wasn't about to tell them either. Nothing was to be in his way.
The lad went inside the lab and shouted, "Professor Hojo is back!" everyone thought that was funny and the boy sulked. The laughter ended when he was hit in his rear by the door making him stumble and glance back at the one who opened it up. Everyone gasped and Hojo smiled deviously, "Glad to see you as well." The young boy ran down the stairs and began to work. Hojo walked around and examined the details of this new lab. It was now his home. He smiled deeper and looked up, "Now I can maybe finish it after these long years." he then looked around and began to wonder where he would station at. It was unknown to him. And hopefully someone knew.

The area was pretty advance, it was almost scary just how fast Shinra had been able to rebuild. Of course, Reeve was certain that their activities would be limited, considering how much damage had been done the last time the world had been placed in their grasps. In fact, Rufus was lucky enough that he was even able to have people working for him anymore. Or did luck have anything to do with it? In truth, Reeve was risking a lot coming here, but he had to see this for himself. After all, it wasn't everyday you see a dead man walk...twice. While he wasn't sure how, Hojo was alive, even after everything that had happened previously. But then, it had been rumored that many people had been rising out of their graves as of late...but could he really call that strange after everything he'd seen? But that wasn't the only reason he was here. It was no secret that WRO had been funded by Rufus Shinra in secret. As such, he wanted to find out exactly what the man was up too. Though this time, he decided to dress as himself and rather a talking robotic feline. That, and his creation was already on a mission. Not too worried though...I have two agent not too far behind him, encase things jump off. But I'm sure that this can be a friendly visit with little excitement. I don't even think the old man has it in him anymore...Smiling to himself as he stood at the entrance of the lab, Reeve stared at Hojo for a moment, laughing while he placed his hands within his pant pockets. "I didn't know Shinra was hiring the living dead now? Hardly the right steps towards redemption?"

Professor Hojo "SOLDIER's duty is not to think - it is to protect men who think for them, like me." Hojo had heard of rumors that surrounded him, most of them making him out to be some sort of undead being. However he was very much so alive, he had been in stasis which was why he was alive. AVALANCHE had left him mostly dead, till he found out how to be in stasis. He heard foot steps coming and glanced to see Reeve standing before him arms crossed and happy as a yellow Chocobo.
His choice of words made Hojo grin with dark intent of his words that he himself was to speak, "Mr. Tuesti if you wish to be that way then sit in a chair and I'll come back within five minutes to see if you are dead. However this 'redemption' you say of is not what I'd call my being here." he said still grinning with such darkness his eyes shown it as well. It was too bad most were to meet his "creation" that he had made during his so called "disappearance". To be honest he was expecting the experiment to join him soon.
Even if not he'd be fine like Reeve he too had some protection on him at all times. He then walked closer to Reeve and smirked bigger, "What have you been up to hmm?" he then faced the others who turned away at the sight of him watching them. Fear. Such a wondrous thing. Too bad his "creation" didn't show much of it. He was kind of glad. Since he was after all her boss now.If Anyone wishes to know what in the seven layers I was mentioning with the "experiment" and "creation" feel free to pm me. It deals with a friend of mine/new member here. [/size]

Reeve shook his head as he laughed lightly. It was indeed Hojo, there was no possible way anyone could duplicate that kind of dry humor. It was one of the unique character traits that scientist possessed. Of course, at times he wondered just when he was kidding and when he was serious. With such a mysterious person, it was hard to really read him. But as he was asked what he had been up to as of late, the WRO director took a seat in a chair as his hands overlapped one another while he leaned his head upon their combined surface. "I think we both know what I've been doing Professor....The question is what have you been doing? I know you have to remember that you've been dead for some time now..."Strange things had been happening lately. The rise of a certain collection of dead people was hard to ignore and impossible to cover up. Somehow, it had been some what hidden from overall public knowledge, but even he couldn't help keep that up for long. Sooner or later, someone was going to catch wind of the situation, especially if they managed to see a certain man who carried a long sword everywhere.

Professor Hojo "SOLDIER's duty is not to think - it is to protect men who think for them, like me." Hojo watched Reeve and couldn't understand why people were so shocked at him living. After all it wasn't the first time he had done this. During his three years of being missing he had made much progress on his own. Mainly working in an old lab in Nibelheim that was never used. He looked to the ceiling with his eyes and then to Reeve as he spoke.
Hojo laughed heartily at what Reeve said. He was only somewhat dead when he started the fragment program. He looked to him and spoke in reply, "I was to a point. However it was entirely different in my view. That is for another matter though." he said pushing his glasses up on his nose. He however had knowledge of the rise of the old scourge due to hearing the wild fire rumors going around. He was glad one experiment from the past had risen. He didn't care for the others. They were only clones and not work the toll he did working on them.
He then looked around the room and clasped his hands behind him again after giving his arms a break. He walked to the chair by Reeve and kept standing. His eyes fixed on the scientists working, "What do you think of the rumors?" he said with a glance. Reeve would know of the one he spoke of. Mainly because he started that flame years ago when he made it. Only a matter of time till that monster did more destruction than before.

His eyes narrowed as he remained in his current sitting position. Reeve knew well of what Hojo was referring to, he just wasn't sure how to respond. After all, they were just rumors. No one had produced any evidence proving that the person in mind was indeed alive. But then, with people coming out that had less importance, why not him as well? It was scary to consider, but better to do so than to simply ignore it. What would he do if he was alive? The WRO would provide a strong defense, but against someone of that power they would be slaughtered. "I'm more than willing to believe that they hold some truth...But it's too early to do anything just yet...."That was a lie. It was the perfect time to do something. In fact, as soon as he left he planned to have a massive operation started to gain information and to set up some kind of means to handle this. Not only that, but he would also be making phone calls....lots and lots of phone calls. Cid would be the first of them. Of course, he wouldn't say this to the professor. He was sure the man had his own plans in the works as well, he always did. "But then again....Who would know him better than you? Do you believe them?"

Professor Hojo "SOLDIER's duty is not to think - it is to protect men who think for them, like me." Hojo stood by Reeve and sat down in the chair by him and watched the man. He seemed edgy, then he had brought that up about "Project S", and couldn't help but feel a bit of pleasure knowing that the silver haired man was alive. He watched the expression with great happiness. Knowing his greatest feat lived made him happy. However when Reeve spoke about it being too early to assume that the rumor was true or not, Hojo let out his strange laugh. The same one that makes him look somewhat demented.
Hojo had a clear remembrance of the past and never forgot how much the old AVALANCHE with the rag-tag group of those Jenova-forsaken idiots had thwarted his perfect plans for Gaia. His laughter made the scientists curl up and wince. The one boy from before decided to quit early and began to sneak out without Hojo noticing. If he had done so he'd be in trouble. He got out into the hall and then ran to the front lobby. Hojo quit laughing as fast as he had started and heard what the man said last and grinned.
"I would not 'assume' to know Sephiroth. After all he is just an experiment with no soul, and a being with no soul can not be 'known'." he said with a short glare at Mr. Tuesti. He then stood up and turned to the door, his white coat drooped back down. His arms crossed behind him and he began to walk to the door. He then reached to the door knob and placed his pale hand over it, turning to look back at Reeve his eyes narrowed, "Besides he would have done the world a favor by getting rid of the illiterates such as yourself and your friends." he then cracked the door and turned just as he opened the door. He began to walk out but paused at seeing who was before him.

Sandrilene "Nothing pleasant ever lasts." She glared up at the building, cursing that deranged scientist for making her come to pick him up. Was it bad enough that she had to take care of his damned experiments?
She slipped through the doors and into the air conditioned building. Immediately she felt that she was lost. Hojo had failed to mention where the labs were. She slowly walked into the group of people, passing by silently, making sure to avoid all contact. She continued to walk around, looking for the labs becoming increasingly irritated.
She was ready to just leave and let Hojo deal with it himself, when she saw a young dark haired man rushing to where the bathroom was. However, what caught her interest was his outfit. He wore a slightly dirty tan shirt, and over it, a white lab coat.
She slowly made her way to him, but immediately stopped as a man with a dark navy blue suit came up the the dark haired scientist. Her eyes narrowed as she peered at them from a short distance away, keeping herself away from the Turk's eyesight. She waited to pounce, and after a couple minutes the Turk left. She immediately set after the scientist and circled around him so that she came up to him from behind. She moved his lips to his ear, like she would a lover, and quietly whispered into his ear.
"come with me quietly, or I'll make you regret it."
She slowly took his arm into hers and began to walk off with him in tow. "Lead me to the labs,"
She smirked as she felt him shake, but gave herself a mental slap,
'Damn it, I'm acting like Hojo.'
She continued to follow the scientist's shaky orders until she arrived at a large door. She let go of the poor man, and continued to stare at the door, deciding whether she should go in or wait outside. Out of the corner of her eyes she saw the man fly down the hallways, more than likely getting some idiotic guard to try and take her down.
She glared at the door some more, her morbid imagination imagining Hojo having a sudden heart attack in there. Her idea was dashed though as the door slipped open to reveal Hojo's smirk. She look at him with a bored expression, before turning her eyes into the room, and to the man whom she assumed was Reeve Tuesti. She looked at him, then gave a wide smirk. She secretly hoped it scared him. It was always fun to scare people.
Damn it, she's sounding like Hojo again. She really needed to find a new person to be around.
She snapped back into reality as Hojo walked passed her.
She glared at Hojo's back then followed him; but not before sneaking a final glance at WRO's famous leader.
This should be fun.

As the two started to walk off together, this left WRO director with a rather confused expression upon his face. Not for the fact that a young woman was following Hojo, the man's ability to appeal to young women wasn't too much of a shock to him anymore, it was the fact that she was there at the door. Reeve couldn't help but think that something was going on, but attempting to explore such a matter at the moment would be out of the question. He had completed his reason for coming here, and now was the time to exit. Standing up as he dusted himself off, he smirked towards the back of Hojo before turning around and making his way towards the door as well. Hojo was indeed alive, what he was planning though was still a mystery. Of course, that wouldn't be the case for much longer if he had anything to say about. As for the young lady that accompanied him, the older male would have someone special keep an eye on her. Just as soon as he could get a confirmation on her daily routine and whereabouts during the day. Illiterate......You would think he'd know me better by now....Oh well...

Professor Hojo "SOLDIER's duty is not to think - it is to protect men who think for them, like me." Hojo sneered seeing Sandrilene and crossed his arms giving her a very dark and nasty glare, "You are late Sandrilene. Must you irritate me even more by lagging behind me." He then looked at her and then to Reeve smirking, "If you are thinking what I think it is Mr. Tuesti - stop it now." he couldn't help but smile wider as he then remembered that Reeve would probably keep an eye on Project L. He walked up to Sandrilene and whispered as he passed her, "Careful Sandrilene. You might become his pet as well." he chuckled as he was a few feet away from her and soon broke into laughter.
Reeve had ways of spying and Hojo knew it. Too bad someday they would regret trying to end him. His new work in progress was being made and soon that project would become greater than before. His laughter soon ended as he got to the lobby and waited. He left Sandrilene with Reeve. After all she was meeting her first new AVALANCHE member. As well as an old enemy of his. Hojo sat down on a bench and began to plan in his mind what he was to do next.

Sandrilene "Nothing pleasant ever lasts." Sandrilene slowly made her way up the halls, following the deranged scientist. She glared at his pristine coat, and she decided that she now hated the color white. She perked up as he stopped and turned toward her.
"Careful Sandrilene. You might become his pet as well."
She immediately narrowed her eyes, then continued to follow Hojo as he walked on. As they neared the busier areas of ShinRa, she quietly slipped away from him and hid behind a part of the wall.
Sandry waited for awhile, annoyed at everything. Sure, she never had good days anymore, but this day was just nasty. She had to clean out a lab, pick up Hojo, and now said man was having her spy on WRO's President. The words, 'You might become his pet as well,' were part of a code he had her memorize.
She flattened herself further against the wall as Reeve passed by then after ten seconds followed him. As she walked past crowds, following Reeve, she grabbed a hat and a scarf. She pulled her long hair up and carefully arranged her last minute disguise, all the while keeping track of Reeve.
She hated spying, but she always loved the feeling of adrenaline it brought.
