Appearance
Fujin has a crimson red eye. Her left eye is covered completely by her black eye patch leaving one to wonder if the eyepatch is for show or if there's a real reason why she wears it. Her silvery faintest of purple hair reaches to the middle of her neck in jagged layers. On her feet, Fujin wears what looks to be combat boots that are the color black.
She’s also seen wearing a blue formal jacket. A silver zipper goes up and down it. Waist level, she leaves the zipper on the jacket open. Fujin also wears pants that are a dark blue color. Fujin has a slim build and looks frail but her looks can be deceiving. Granted, she’s not as powerful as Seifer or Raijin is physically but she too can hold her own in a fight. She’s built like a runner and has an hourglass shape to her.
Height wise, she’s no taller than five feet and six inches. Weight wise, she’s probably no more than one hundred and fifteen pounds. Her complexion is light.
Personality: Fujin doesn’t talk much. When she does, it’s in strange one word to three word sentences at the most and can be choppy. Why she does this is because she feels the less time she spends talking the more beneficial it would be to get something done faster. Her words, though choppy, have meaning to them when she talks. The only time she’d ever talk in a complete paragraph is if she feels it’s absolutely necessary. If not, which is mostly the case, she will speak in her usual odd sentences and leave Raijin to do the translating to outsiders. The way she talks also shows how intelligent she really is for one word or so few words to get her point across without the unnecessary need to talk it all out.
She’s a dedicated friend and member of the Disciplinary Committee. She puts her mind to good use and is generally the one to get her duties completed with a high success rate. When it comes to pain, Fujin is quite stoic and does her best to hide it. Only when she’s in a lot of pain does it show. Her friendship is such with Raijin and Seifer that if either were to go missing, she’d go looking for them. Fujin cares a lot for her friends and if something were to happen to either of them, she would not know what to do with herself since she’s been around with them for as long as she can remember.
For the most part, Fujin is a silent person but not at all shy. She just chooses not to speak a word more than needed and therefore makes herself more useful in the group because she’s able to complete tasks in a swifter amount of time. She is also a perfectionist, everything has to be done and it has to be done well or she won’t be satisfied with her work. Failure, in her eyes (figuratively speaking), isn’t an option.
History: It's uncertain when Fujin met up with her friends, Raijin and Seifer but it's obvious at some point that they became friends and formed the Disciplinary Committee. Balamb Garden was their home. It was there that Fujin and the rest of the posse used their 'disciplinary measures' to bully the other students with detention and punishment. In their eyes though, they were keeping the riff raff from acting up. Seifer was their leader.
It's unknown what happened to Fujin's eye but the presence of the eyepatch leaves one to wonder what exactly happened to it or if anything happened at all. Anyways, their friendship is so strong that when Seifer broke free from the disciplinary room, Raijin and Fujin went looking for him even though Quistis was sent after him. They refused to be stopped and thus the Headmaster, Cid sent them out with new instructions to give Squall's group. They find him at Galbadia Garden learning that supposedly, Seifer had been executed.
It was Fujin whom had been the first to deny that claim. She knew Seifer wouldn't go down without a fight. So, the two set out to find him. Prior to reuniting with Seifer, Fujin and Raijin aided Squall's group in evacuating students from the Garden during the missile threat. It was during after that, that they discovered Seifer was alive and joined forces with him. Fujin becoming a commanding General over Raijin.
They encounter Squall's gang in Balamb when looking for Ellone. It was there that Squall defeated them but allowed them to escape. Neither is seen until Lunatic Pandora where once again, they are looking for Ellone. For the second time, they fight Squall's gang. Once again, they end up defeated and retreat further into the strange block to locate Seifer. It was when Squall's gang arrives on the scene to fight Seifer again that they arrived to try and talk some sense into their friend. Unfortunately, Seifer believed he was too far gone and refused to go with them but wished them a happy life. Sad that their friend wasn't coming back, Fujin and Raijin left Lunatic Pandora.
After Squall's group eventually went into the future and defeated Ultimecia, the posse is seen once again. Fujin kicking Raijin into the water while Seifer and Raijin were fishing. Right now, Fujin hangs with her best friends unsure of the events yet to come concerning the Fal'Cie.
Abilities:
1. Zan: This is an ability she will perform with her weapon. Raising her right arm backwards and high into the air, Fujin tosses the weapon downwards at the ground in a spinning motion. The momentum developed by the toss into the ground makes it spin rapidly in a saw-like fashion. Once it gains enough momentum, it darts forward at an opponent. This move can be blocked or dodged as well as avoided if one were to step out of the twelve foot range it has.
2. Metsu: Another move she can use with her weapon. Using her right arm again to lift her weapon in a sideways fashion, Fujin throws the Missile Weapon. It slices at the enemy in a curved vertical fashion to return to her waiting hand. If there are more than one enemy in a set line vertically, she has the potential to hit them all but of course that is unlikely depending on the other rpers’ choice. Like the previous move, this can be blocked, dodged, or avoided.
3. Sai: Another move that she can only make when she has the Pinwheel. With this, instead of throwing her weapon, Fujin lunges at her foe with it in hand. Slashing downwards with the weapon, she then swings it to the right slashing at the enemy, and then finishes up with an upward slash as she backflips away from the foe. All is blockable, avoidable, and dodgeable.
4. Tornado: This is the most powerful air magic attack that she’ll be able to use. With this, Fuu can conjure a small tornado that has the potential to pick up an enemy off the ground if they’re caught in its winds and drop them upside down onto the ground from twenty five feet in the air. It’s avoidable, of course, if you stay out of range from the winds that try to drag you into them. The Tornado stays in place unlike real ones created by storms. She also cannot create another one once one has been caste for a set of five posts.
5. Regen: Fujin can caste Regen, a restorative magic, over her allies and herself. However, unlike Cure/Cura/Curaga, this magic ability heals steadily over time. In other words, if this were to be caste, their health would be gradually restored if they are not hit and only for a duration of five posts. Must wait three posts to try this again after those five posts are up.

Magic: Aero: A small gust of wind circles about the opponent and starts closing in from all around. Enemy can avoid it if they leap out of the circle in time.
Strengths: Air/Wind magic heals her. Is a good long range fighter. Built more for agility and flexibility than brute strength. Very keen minded.
Weaknesses: Has a blind spot on her left since she's missing her left eye. Is mostly wind based magic and a long range fighter. The Earth element is her weakness. More physical, ripped fighters could hurt her badly too.
