They were both shocked... and his neck prickled with the stare he felt from the little blonde boy and Alex. He had successfully avoided Repa's contagious happiness after that hug and the huge smile that lit her face by walking away, but sometimes it was irresistible to want to laugh so bad, a syllable or two slipped out anyhow.

It was confirmed that he had not hallucinated; there were some things he was never affirmative about but now, he too, wanted to state outright that Alex had spoken. Emphasising on the spoken part... this was a big deal, his reflections told him.
Of all of them, someone could've flown and he would be less intrigued, but his quietest friend had made first motions to introduce himself too.
Now that Alex was actually enthusiastic about playing a game, and had referred to the word 'fun' without a dictionary reference, he really found it difficult to remain solemn in any way. The unusual smile on the dark haired boy's face slid to reveal his bafflement; little did he know that he would be forced to apply this expression more often than not once he grew up and had to adjust to Storm's headlocks.

In spite of how the conversations had rolled out, his mind relayed that every time Storm pointed out the facts, it just made him want to crack up. It was no wonder to him now, that today had felt very enlightening for him, from the moment he had been allowed outdoors without reprimand. When Stella mentioned about being ready, he felt a wave of self doubt as shyness began to pick on him again, and just nodded once, exceedingly slowly with his eyes averted from her face after the first three seconds of a gaze.

Noctis was at a road block, with an overload of questions flooding him but he didn't utter a single sentence. This was only about the second time he played a game involving a number of people and from his lack of mind for such games, came very little memory of how to start it off in the first place. He wasn't even sure about what he was doing, except that it wasn't going to be too difficult for him to hide, or seek if he absolutely had to do that.

Unlike most situations where he debated his choices repeatedly, even at this age, he knew specifically what he wanted and didn't want; he didn't want to be 'it' and have to chase after everyone or count to whatever number it was he might have to before he could start a search. These were radical defects of a character, existing inherently within him that he was such a spoil sport when moods possessed him; he wasn't one to do things he didn't want to without a 'why', whether answered to him or as a reason he found... but there were eventual exceptions.

"I'm... Not it..."
If anyone waited for him to speak up with such pauses, they would have imagined he'd continue onto another subject but he was now positive this was the first chance to voice his opinion on getting out of chasing someone.
Thus, hair strewn across his cheek, he watched his peers react; having a hunch for what the outcome will be.

Warrior Princess
Yeah I'm a Princess...but I'm no Damsel in Distress...Far from it.

This seemed great an all, but just standing around talking and staring at eachother wasn't that fun. Repa wanted to PLAY. Isn't that what the park was for? To PLAY at? When were they gonna start the game?! Well now that everyone was introduced or somehow aquainted, the game seemed to be getting closer and closer. Repa shifted her weight quickly, stepping from one foot to the other with her arms behind her back as she was getting impacient. Seemed that Storm kid was getting there too wanting to play. "Im Ready to play too!" Repa piped in before that Alex kid finally talked. She smiled at him and nodded some. "Nice to meet you Alex!" and then her small intention span went back to the game.

Repa looked at Stella, then Storm, then Alex, then Noct. And thats when Noctis said he wasn't it. Repa gasped as she then quickly yelled out. "NOT IT!" Because after all, the hide and seek champion had to hide of course! So that left either Stella, storm, or alex to be it. And Repa was still plotting her hiding spot, she needed a good one to prove that she was good at this game. But winning wasn't always everything, Right about Now, repa was more focused on having fun and creating new friends today, so that maybe one day when she came back, she could say hello to them and what not.

Repa smiled huge as the game was finally getting ready to start after calling off 'not it'. Repa figured that this would be a nice group to hang out with, little did she knew she would see some of these people in the future. More of Noct than anyone, her soon to be trustworthy and best friend. And while still hoping whatever her father was doing took a long time, Repa's mind started to space out, waiting to figure out who was it and once that was decided Repa would bolt and hide in the perfect spot before anyone else decided to take her hiding place. "SO...Who's gonna be it?"

“I like Hide and Seek too! Any game is great. I just wanna play!!” “you talked!” “I’m ready!!!!!!” Alex jumped when Storm practically busted his ear drum…But jus gave his friend a raised eye brow after wards. Alex did talk. Just not very often...But Storm was right. Alex was pretty quiet even around his group of friends and especially around new faces….But this time Alex spoke up….Which would surprise not just Storm but Noctis too probably….

"I'm... Not it..." Another surprise would shock them all….”I’ll be it….” Alex said quickly….But little did they all know that Alex needed the exercise . And was ready to play…Deep down, Alex was wanting more than any thing to prove to his friends that he could be more than the quiet guy. He wanted them to know he was there as well….and not isolating himself into the back ground. He knew these guys opened up to him to be his friends….and that meant some thing to Alex…The way, Alex treasured his friend ship with these two was more important than his own life….


"Im Ready to play too!" "Nice to meet you Alex!" Alex gave Repa a weak smile and looked down…."NOT IT!" "SO...Who's gonna be it?"….Alex looked back up at Repa then…There was some thing about her. She always wore those gloves all the time? That was weird….But he kept his thoughts to himself….He didn’t want to make any one feel bad and say some thing out of place…So he remained quiet and waited for Stella to tell them that the game was to begin….

“I like Hide and Seek too! Any game is great. I just wanna play!!” “you talked!” “I’m ready!!!!!!” "I'm... Not it..." ”I’ll be it….”"I'm Ready to play too!" "Nice to meet you Alex!" "NOT IT!" "SO...Who's gonna be it? Stella saw that Alex volunteered to be the first one to be it! And she grinned….As she dusted off some dust that got on her tail of her skirt from when Alex leaped down….But she knew he did not do it on purpose….And that was when she sneaked up to Alex’s back….And poked him! ”Good! Then you’re it!” She said happily as she darted away from the group….


The nanny smiled as she looked up from the book she was now reading and saw that Stella had made a few new friends….She was glad of that….And that she knew Stella was going to be okay…The nanny could not tell who Noctis was any way…so there was like no threat there at all…Stella ran as fast as she could to get away from Alex and the others would soon follow her probably and get in on the game….This was so much fun for her! She couldn’t believe that she was making new friends!
