...Forgotten Turk..."Wings symbolize freedom for those who have none." Cissnei shrugged off what he said, “I shouldn't get in trouble, so please don't worry about that part. I'm used to...figuring things out without to many of the wrong people finding out. The rest of the Turks would be good with helping you and I out, but the president...not so sure he would appreciate this.” She tried to smile reassuringly and was pretty sure she failed at it. She was thinking about if they would find what he was looking for soon, or actually, if ever.
She hesitated as he insisted, “You're sure you wouldn't mind?” With this mission out of the way she would have more free time to help Servos and not have to think about her own mission. “I would like to contact one more person before I leave this place, he's kind of, well he knows most of what goes on beneath the surface around here, he'd know about what I'm looking for if its here.”
She shook her head when he said that she might get a raise and promotion. “I'm one of the highest members of ShinRa, I couldn't get promoted to anywhere other then the head or second in command of the Turks, and I wouldn't want either of those jobs.” She had to smile at that, Tseng was first in command and Reno second, and they did a much better job at those positions then she would. Besides, Tseng's position had a TON of paperwork, and she didn't want any more of that. “And I don't exactly have a family to spend money on so I'm good with that." She said while tucking some of her hair behind her ear. “Ok, so lets go see about that guy who knows all about the stuff going on, the sooner we get to the bottom of these portals the sooner we can move on and find out more about what you need to find.” With that she nodded her head in the direction they were going to go in and walked around the chopper until she was standing beside him once again. Glancing down at his legs she had to ask a question, “Does it hurt at all?”

Although he really wasn't buying her smile, Servos smiled kindly back in understanding. She was definitely an abnormality for the Turks. She was almost too kind. "It's the least I can do for you. Just lead the way to this guy and I'll do whatever I can to help out."
When she asked him about his legs, he just smiled and shook his head. "No. Part of my design was to be a perfect soldier. The less pain I feel, the more I can fight. However, fighting isn't my main directive. My primary directive is... its..." Servos trailed off as he tried to remember. "Its seems I've lost my primary directive. Stupid corrupted memory files." Yet another thing lost to decades of disrepair.
"Well, for now, let's just say my main directive is protection. From the sound of it, we're going to... the unseemly side of this town, aren't we?"

...Forgotten Turk..."Wings symbolize freedom for those who have none." She shrugged a bit at his words. “This guy knows me, the Turks have gone to him for information in the past, so it shouldn't be a problem.” She said absentmindedly, while thinking about just what she wanted to ask him. She knew better then what she said though, the guy was often demanding in what he wanted to get paid. The problem was the Turks often didn't pay off those they found things out from. The Turks had ways of getting information without that, a subtle threat worked. Cissnei didn't always approve, but she was good at that sort of thing, blackmail went a long ways. The thing was most people, just from her short stature and small body thought she was defenseless. Far from it. Cissnei knew her way around most weapons, and wasn't afraid of getting her hands dirty.
She glanced at him before lengthening her stride out and starting to walk toward where she had to go. She felt bad when he was trying to remember and couldn't. “We'll find what you're looking for Servos.” She said softly, one of her downfalls, or weaknesses was her kind heart. She had always had a problem with that, especially toward orphans. Being an orphan herself, she had always tried to be kind. Unknown to most people though, the Turks weren't as heartless as everyone said they were. Reno and Rude had always been like her brothers, looking out for her and taking her to get ice cream and things like that. Tseng, even with his cold exterior, had felt a lot of pain when his friend Zack Fair had been killed. He had had them out looking 24/7 to try and find him before the army did, although they had all wanted to do it.
She smiled when he said they were going toward the bad side of town. “I guess you could say that. Although we're only a few blocks from the house, keep your eyes open, though I'm sure it'll be fine. This guy wouldn't dare to bother a Turk and bring the roof down over his head. Turks are loyal to each other.” She walked and talked at the same time, they were getting closer to the man she wanted to talk to. If there was a portal at this side of town, he would know about it. Servos nodded and followed her through the streets, which seemed to be getting more and more deserted as they went further in. Servos did his best to try not to grab any attention to himself, though it was difficult with the noise his legs made.
He trusted Cissnei. She was genuinely caring about his plight and helping him. There weren't many, even from his time, that would do that for someone who could probably be accused of abandoning humanity.
"I just thought of something. Servos chimed in from out of the blue, "Isn't it possible that more people could wander into town, like I did, with information about those portal things?"

...Forgotten Turk..."Wings symbolize freedom for those who have none." Cissneicontinued to walk and at his question wondered just how much she should tell him. The portals were highly classified, if the general public knew they would probably have chaos on their hands in ShinRa. Since the peoples looked to ShinRa as their guidance, it was best if not to many people knew about the portals. And yet, she had heard that quite a few people had been sucked into them. They were highly unstable and for that reason did not lead back to the wherever they had appeared from. Thats what was said from the people they had found anyway, which were quite a few. Crimson eyes glanced over at him, and taking a little breath, she realized she could tell him. He seemed to be in on this now, like it or not. “The reason I'm on this mission is because its a high level mission. ShinRa has talked to a few people that got sucked through these portals, and for that reason I must be dealt with as soon as possible.”
Getting back home if that happened to you was a slim chance. If course it wasn't impossible, but very unlikely, and people had better just get used to life in a different place if they got sucked through. “Everyone that was pulled through is freaked out and they do not adjust to being in a new world very well. That's why this mission is so important, we need to get these portals shut down, but so far we cannot find a portal to even study. Hopefully I find something here.” With that they were there. Walking up to a nondescript building Cissnei shook her head and went to ring for the guy. “We're here.” Was all she said as they waited at the door. A reply came from inside, “Go away!”
Cissnei took a little breath and glanced at Servos in a 'he does this all the time' sort of look. “Jackson I'd really love for it not to go down like this. I need to know something and you need to keep your life running. Why don't we negotiate? This can be easy.” Arms were crossed and she glanced pointedly up at the corner of the house where the porch started. Of course he was watching them. “You gonna cause me a world of trouble like you Turks did last time?” Cissnei sighed, “You know why it was so hard last time, now open up.” A grumble came from inside before the locks of the door were clicked back and the door opened, revealing a big man. “Fine then, make it snappy though.”
Cissnei nodded and ducked under the arm that had been resting against the door to try and keep her outside. She didn't want to talk about this from the outside of the building. The guy glanced at Servos, “This the army to back you up? And what do you want? I've got enough problems without the Turks messing up my life.” Cissnei resisted the urge to roll her eyes, always full of the same crap. “If you didn't know so much about what was going on around here under the surface we wouldn't check up on you so much.” With that he waved it off and glanced once at Servos again. “Alright, what do you want this time?”
“I need some information on portals that seem to be popping up around Gaia. ShinRa heard that one may have been seen around here, and since we couldn't find it, I was sent to come ask you about it. If its here you'll know about it.” He narrowed his eyes and looked from her to Servos and back again. “And just why would you need to know that? And who are you?” the guy asked that to Servos pointedly, not trusting him. Cissnei decided she should let Servos answer himself. From the look he had given her Cissnei realized that he must know something about the information she needed. A master at reading people, he was now fidgeting. Well that was alright, she would get the information one way or the other. Since Jackson knew that she realized he would tell her sooner or later. Cissnei was standing strait and as tall as she possible could. The man dwarfed her, but onlookers could see it was her that was in control. She felt no fear and was all business as she stood and watched him. Words: 867 Muse: good Notes: None

"The rough equivalent of an army. My name is Servos, but I'm sure that is of little importance to you." He answered to man. "But I was just picked up by her. I'm not any sort of re-enforcement. Turks have never needed that." Servos walked in behind Cissnei, his eyes scanning the hazy room.
Not what he really expected from a group the Turks used for reliable information. He would tell this to their faces, but he was thinking it. These people weren't among his favorite types, but he wasn't going to go about antagonizing them for fun. He walked to a wall and leaned back as the dealing took place.

...Forgotten Turk..."Wings symbolize freedom for those who have none." Cissnei crossed her arms and waited while Servos talked. Then she cleared her throat, “I need to know, actually ShinRa's trying to help with this.” Meeting his eye, she held her gaze and didn't flinch or blink while Jacksom mulled over what had been said. It was true, ShinRa was actually being helpful with this mission, trying to keep people from falling through the portals, or have people come to Gaia from that. So this was a good thing. Still, she understood why he didn't trust the Turks. After all, ShinRa hadn't exactly been a nice place to raise the kids forever.
It was only in recent years that they had begun to redeem themselves, and even then the Turks were fiercely loyal to ShinRa, though they had been known to break the rules, especially when it came to one of their own. Like allowing Veld to leave after finding out his daughter was alive even though they had been ordered to kill him. That was just one instance when they had went above ShinRa and stuck to their loyalty to one another. Though this guy wasn't what you'd call a fancy man, he was a source they had used often and was quite reliable once he had figured out the Turks could and would destroy his life in a matter of hours for being lied to. Which of course made them seem like a horrible organization, and though they weren't, they would resort to blackmail and violence if diplomacy failed.
The guy eyed them up and then sighed, “Fine. I haven't known anything else other then some gossip about it. Something about a flashing thing that sucked someone through...over north of town in that old warehouse. Other then that I don't know anything.” Cissnei nodded and smiled at him, a knowing smile, “Thanks Jackson, I owe you one.” With that she turned and headed back for the door, holding onto her red tipped shuriken. Clasping the door handle with her hand, Cissnei opened it and stepped outside quickly, glancing over her shoulder. Words: 442 Muse: alright Tagged: Servos Notes: none

Servos waited in the corner eying those that looked at him funny with a look of confusion and curiosity. Of course, then they would just quickly then act like they weren't glaring at him in the first place. He merely would just chuckle to himself and then continue listening in on the conversation.
As they finished. Servos pushed himself off the wall and followed Cissnei out. Something then struck his mind as they left. While he did have his strength and durability, he lacked the firepower that might be needed in this operation for his files. What he needed was some materia.
"Hey Cissnei," he started as the door to the building shut behind them, "Would you mind if I did a few things before we take off for the lab? There are some last-minute preparation I think I need to make."
He took the shotgun off his back and flipped out the cylinder. Hmm it also appeared he needed some ammunition as well...

...Forgotten Turk..."Wings symbolize freedom for those who have none." Stopping when she heard his voice, Cissnei turned to look at him for a second as he asked her a few things. “Whatever you need to do to prepare is alright with me. If you want to go alone you can, or I can come with you.” Cissnei wondered if she was really being helpful or a more of a hinder to him. Straitening up her suit, Cissnei leaned back on her heels and glanced over her shoulder once again, crimson eyes watchful.
Eyes turned to him once again as she waited for him to say something. Cissnei was just glad she had found out something to report back to Tseng and President Rufus. Since being back to the Turks Cissnei had been working diligently to reclaim her title as an elite Turk, as she had been before the 3 year gap she had been away. It was easier said then done, but with her serious nature and the quality of work she did, it was quickly becoming apparent that she was one of the elites. The only mission she had ever not gotten her man/not completed had been when she had willingly let Zack Fair and Cloud Strife go. One mission...Rufus Shinra had mentioned that when she had come back, how she had a clean record except for that mission.
For a moment there she had thought he had known about the circumstances, but she had just played it cool and told him that a Turk was no match for a SOLDIER operative. He had taken that into consideration and had agreed with her, meaning that her secret was still safe. If the President ever did figure out that she had let them escape however, there might be hell to pay for her. He demanded complete loyalty to ShinRa from the Turks.
Of course she wondered where Servos would be going to complete his preparation. Yet as a Turk she knew how key preparation was, and thus had no problems with him doing this himself. Good at adjusting to new situations quickly, she rolled with the punches, and thus didn't mind taking some time to go do whatever needed to be done.

"Its very menial stuff. You have already promised to help me with so much, I couldn't ask you to come with me. I'll only be gone a couple of hours. Who knows, I might make another friend." Servos smiled as he flipped the cylinder back into its place in the shotgun. Slowly he walked out of an alley into the light of the busy streets. He turned around briefly and waved to Cissnei before taking off to the right.
Hopefully he wouldn't be too long and she wouldn't think he ditched her.

...Forgotten Turk..."Wings symbolize freedom for those who have none." With a nod Cissnei simply waved and turned back toward the helicopter. Time to check in her report so far. Stepping up, she opened the helicopters door and put her rekka down for a second. Flipping out her phone once again Cissnei dialed the number and put it up to her ear. Time to report to Tseng. His voice greeted her, “Cissnei reporting in.” Muffled on the other end she listened as he asked her what her status was. “I've spoken with the informant and figured out what was needed. The old warehouse north of town.” A team would be there in under half an hour, she'd better get moving to the place. Yet the voice spoke one more thing. “Cissnei I have some news I don't think you'll enjoy...I'd rather tell you face to face though.” That made her stop for a second. What news? “Tsen-” “I'll tell you when we get there.” A click was heard in her ear. Blast him and his ability to hang up on them and get away with it. If it were anyone else she could call back and demand to know, but with Tseng his word stood.
She should get going, but thinking about Servos, Cissnei tore off a piece of paper and wrote a message telling him where she was if he came back early. She should be back before then though. So with that she started walking North to the warehouse. She got there and looked at the warehouse. Of course it had to be dark and scary...of course. With a little shrug she went to where the door was open and falling off its hinges. The place was a mess. Still she pressed on and wandered through the warehouse until she saw what she believed to be the portal. Blue and swirling, it was there and Cissnei hesitated before walking closer. Unlike many people before her, Cissnei didn't touch the portal out of curiosity. Who knew where it would take her.
So she studied it until she could hear the helicopters overhead. Walking back out, she greeted Tseng and the team and led them back to the portal. As the team of scientists studied the portal, Cissnei crossed her arms and faced Tseng. “What is it?” Crossing his arms as well, Tseng glanced down at her. “Hojo's back and working for ShinRa.” THAT hadn't been what she was expecting. It floored her, and for about ten seconds she just stood there staring at him. “Hojo!?” Was what she finally burst out. “Calm down and lower your voice.” Cissnei put her hands over her face and rubbed, trying to figure out what to do. “Hojo? What is President Rufus thinking?! How could he allow him to come back after all that he's done? He's ruined so many peoples lives.” With a shrug Tseng sighed, “ShinRa needs scientists, especially with this portal situation. Hojo is brilliant, even though he is unstable.”
Cissnei's mind flashed back to the Nibelheim incident. “ShinRa's going to have blood on their hands with him back, even more so then before.” It seemed both their minds were on that day. “I wont let anything happen like what happened in Nibelheim.” This day was turning out to be a bad one. Hojo was back...what was she going to do? How could she deal with the crazed man? It was hard enough being under President Rufus' orders sometimes, but Hojo? She couldn't allow any more of this 'testing' to take place on those that were innocent. For the remaining few hours Cissnei stood by as the team of scientists looked at the portal, but her mind was far from any portal. Hojo...Nibelheim...Zack...Cloud...Sephiroth. So many people had been affected by Hojo, how could they simply take him back? And yet deep down inside Cissnei understood. Didn't mean she was going to like it though...finally she was dismissed and was headed back to the helicopter. Yet all she could think of was that Hojo was back...how many more lives would he ruin this time?
