Princess at Heart”Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.” Repa burst out laughing at Storm, it was exactly how she imagined having a little sibling, the silly arguments and random conversations. It was a nice thought, but it was something that would’ve never happened. Repa was the baby of the family, her mother died shortly after she was born so that was the end of the Royal line…until Josh or herself had kids of their own, and Repa didn’t even want to think about that right now. Right now, she wanted to be carefree and enjoy life…not gain a thousand more responsibilities. “Fine fine fine! I’ll bury you with the shotgun! Just don’t expect me to protect it once people see there’s a shotgun laying with you…they might try to steal it, and I’m not running after a gun.” She said with shifty eyes before laughing a bit more. Her face was more serious when listening about Storm and girls, it was a true fact though, Storm needed to find himself a girl and try to not be in love with the shotgun, that was one project Repa would assign herself to.
Crazy life…Repa knew all about that. She sighed and shook her head some, it was hard to maintain relationships, even with your friends when at any moment you could be gunned down for almost no reason these days. It was stressful, but she chuckled a bit when he asked if she had a sister his age. Another reference back to her wishes of a younger sibling, but oh well, she loved her family the way it was and would never change it, sure she’d like to have her mother and brother back, but everything happens for a reason. “I’m sorry to say no…but I’ll keep my eye out for anyone who can handle the Amazing and Crazy life of Storm.” She said happily and proudly with a wide grin as the topic of conversation seemed to keep her mind busy and it drifted away from anything utterly horrible or depressing.
Oh yes, the shotgun jokes WOULD live on forever, but they were all in good fun, and Repa’s tone said that. She wouldn’t make fun of the shotgun on a regular basis, but it made for some good jokes and Storm was the type of person who would gladly take them too, or at least it seemed like it. It was nice to be able to joke around and have fun, even when things in the big picture, weren’t all that great. “In your head? Nah, I can’t do that sort of stuff…” she said before she chuckled a bit. “But I do have a way of reading people pretty clearly…” she said with a shrug before he ‘noted’ no doom and gloom, which Repa should probably abide by that rule herself…though later on mentioning her brother didn’t exactly scream sugar and rainbows to her. It wasn’t a subject she talked about all that much, in fact, she rarely talked about it at all. She never did and never really got it off her chest after the event happened…who wanted to dwell on memories like those? No one.
Repa wasn’t really an emotional person, meaning she wouldn’t spill out her emotions randomly, she wouldn’t cry if she felt sad, she kept things more bottled up than anything, wearing the mask of a happy face most of the time. It was hard to make everyone happy, so Repa just tried to keep a bright disposition on life, even through all the horrible things that were happening, especially with Cloud. He was so depressed as it was, adding her sad mood to the mix would make it worse, so she made everything seem positive, even when it wasn’t. As Repa paid for the items Storm had picked out, she nodded at him once when he said he was going to go change, and with that, she just walked up to the front of the store and waited for the guy. Leaning against one of the walls near the doors Repa had her eyes locked on the ground, just thinking, wondering about life and where it would go from here. She’d been doing a lot of thinking lately about life, and what would happen.
Her face brightened up when Storm’s voice was heard, again, putting on the mask of a happy girl was easy for Repa anymore. Almost natural, so she was going to ‘be’ happy. She kept a smile on her face as went towards the door, and she walked out as he held it open. Back on the streets Repa took in a deep breath of the fresh air and just kept silent, that smile on her face quickly diminished though as Storm asked her about how often she talked about her brother. Repa blinked for a second, her crystal blue eyes flickering around a bit as she thought silently before looking at Storm. Why did he want to know? “Not…a lot.” She mumbled a bit giving up on the whole mask thing.Words: 958 Muse: Good! Tagged: Storm & the shotgun! Notes: None

{{Storm Zarxen}} ”Bring the rain!” [/color] Storm's eyes got a tad bit larger when Repa mentioned them stealing it. “THIEVES! Better not or I'll come back to life just to track 'em down and kick 'em for trying to steal my gun!” That was given with a firm nod, but his cool moment of 'I'm just awesome that way' was ruined by her laughing at him. Sending her a mock glare, he wrinkled his nose, “Thanks for ruining my moment Reeeepaa!” Still, the smile -as always- was still on his face. No matter the situation Storm was always smiling, or had a smile on hand. That was one of the ways he was truly great. Sure he had grown up on the streets in a gang, he was tough, you had to be to survive, and yet he was the kind that didn't need to be taken seriously. Like now, he didn't have to defend his abilities or anything, just joking around and being silly was good. Most that saw him just in day to day life never would guess what happened when he was fighting with a shotgun in hand.
Storm turned into a different person altogether when he was in 'fighting mode.' If you walked the streets where he had grown up most knew Storm, though he hadn't been the gang leader. Handy with basically any time of weapon, he had been forced to become good at hand to hand, long range and basically every other type of weapon. Yet as always he never bragged about his accomplishments. He wasn't just the happy go lucky guy he came off as, but why bother going in depth about a life you were ashamed of. Hadn't been his desire to become a thief and gang member, just kinda what life thrust upon him. Finding Noctis that one day and helping him out in a battle had been the best thing he had probably done, not only because he had met up with a previous friend, but because Noct had gotten him out of the vicious cycle he had been in and just wouldn't admit it.
Storm snapped, “Aww shoot, to darn bad. I woulda swept her off her feet!” She said she'd keep a lookout for a girl for him? A little smile lifted on his face, “Man you're one of a kind Repa! I'll take you up on that, I like blue eyes by the way.” That was said with a wink toward her, “Can't blame me for a physical trait desire can ya?” Of course, he was only kidding, but slightly, he did favor light colored eyes versus dark. However, as long as the girl could handle his lifestyle with all the go go go and almos no quit and liked him, he was pretty much good. “Still wish you woulda had a sister though...that'd make this all easier since you could put in the good word for me ya know.”
“Telepathy...scary. Remind me never to think evil thoughts when I'm around you.” That was when they finally got out of the store. Storm had on his new clothes with his wet ones in tow and smiled at her when he got close. So this day was turning out to be a bit better. But he WAS going to get to the bottom of Repa. She, like him, was just to darn happy to be completely so. Just like he had the ghosts in his past, he was sure she did, at least with the brother thing. At least he had gotten somewhere, although his idea hadn't been to get her depressed or anything. However she needed to let it out sometime. “You know, usually I'm not one to pry about your personal life, I mean, we all have our problems...but...” putting his hands behind his head, Storm walked a few steps. “I know myself the whole happy facade, and sometimes its better to just let it out ya know?”
He was probably going to get one of two responses here. Either a 'shut up and mind your own damn business' or she would actually get it out. Of course, that was up to her, Storm was actually a good listener, and unlike a lot of people, once this conversation was completed, he could cheer her up. He knew he could. That was one of the great things about him, no matter what or where, he could always get them happy again. Call it a secret talent if you will, almost like Pumba and his secret weapon with his stench. Glancing down at her, blue eyes held compassion, not pity. Words: 897 Muse: good Tagged: Repa Notes: none

Princess at Heart”Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.” Repa shook her head slightly as Storm claimed he would come back to life for his shotgun. “I can only imagine…” she said with a sigh and a chuckle at the same time. “You totally would knowing you.” She said with a smile as the joking continued. Repa was one who really couldn’t hold back laughter, she enjoyed funny things and jokes so laughing about it was just who she was, even if it wasn’t meant to be funny. “Ha, I’m sorry Storm! I can’t resist a good laugh.” She said before reaching to ruffle his hair again with a huge smile on her face. It was nice to be happy and forget your worries for once, Storm was good at being happy and funny, Repa liked having him around. She remembered how happy-go-lucky he was way back when they were just little tikes on the playground, so full of energy, that never seemed to change. He was still a happy guy and you could definitely tell.
Repa couldn’t help but shrug a bit with a grin on her face as she stated that she didn’t have a sister. She never felt like she wanted a baby sister or anything, she loved having brothers, despite the noogies she got years ago, they were quite enjoyable, now all she had was Josh and she was going to make the most of the one sibling she had now. “I’m sure you would’ve Storm.” She said encouragingly before he stated that he liked blue eyes. She just shook her head and smiled, taking a mental note of what he preferred. “Thanks! And Noted…blue eyed girl. That helps me narrow down the choices.” She said with a wink of her own before a laugh escaped her lips. Put in a good word for him? “I’m sure I could put a good word in for you no matter who the girl is.” She said with a confirming nod before nudging him in the arm. “I’ll totally find you a winner. She’ll be super cool and be able to handle your awesome lifestyle…though you’ll probably have to distance yourself from the shotgun, she may get jealous if it and try to hide it.”
Not responding to the telepathy thing, Repa just shot a mischievous smile his way and continued to walk around, just looking like she were plotting something, though knowing Repa she probably was plotting. Whether it was daydreaming or actually plotting something to do, it was a favorite pastime for her. Especially the daydreaming part. She would sit there for hours and imagine her future just the way she wanted it, change things a few times, but eventually she’d figure out the perfect life she wanted to have. Get married one day, have a family, and forget about all the worries she had during times like these. But the daydreaming thought would have to wait. Her smile faded down some as her mind started going back to that day her brother died in battle. She always thought it was her fault, for trying to interfere and help out, only getting herself in a tight spot…thus her brother died trying to save her sorry butt. Accidents happened, she understood that, but when it resulted in loss of life…she buried herself in blame and guilt.
Taking in a deep breath and exhaling just as big, Repa just kept her expression and composure calm, cool, and collected. She nodded a bit at Storm, understanding where he was coming from. It was good to let things out every once and awhile, otherwise you might explode into a sea of emotions, and Repa didn’t want to come across as too emotional, especially for a girl. In fact she was pretty surprised Storm wanted her to talk about such a dark subject…something that could very well result in an emotional break down or something like that. Men weren’t all into emotions and watching girls cry right? It was nice to know someone was there to listen though. “I know that…” she started hesitantly. “I just…never wanted to burden anyone with my own problems…or maybe I was just trying to forget about it all…but things like that…you can’t forget about them just like that.” She said with a snap of her fingers before shaking her head again, she was starting to ease out the emotions little by little. “You don’t forget the problems you’ve caused…the mistakes you’ve made…the lives you’ve effected…but you try hard to push them away…and they just come back to haunt you.”Words: 903 Muse: Good Tagged: Storm Notes: SO HYPER!
